I rented from National. Quick service. The rental Center is very easy access from interstate with close by gas station for filling up car before you return it.

Dropped off car at 3am. No personnel to accept car. Read sign to leave key in car.. Got email later in day that my paperwork was done. Almost easier than if someone was maning the booth

Great experience. I enjoy not having to wait in line to have a car assigned as well as not having paperwork. I received an email regarding my assigned car but just in case you can’t locate that email, they have the “board” that lets you know. I have been fortunate with receiving upgrades (when available) and am very appreciative of it. I traveled to a new destination this time and was concerned about making sure there won’t be any issues with getting from airport car rental center to the airport I would be there for 4am. Avis also sends an email sharing that if we have questions to contact them and provide you with not only a phone number but also an email. The one I received was from the airport manager at Dallas, Daniel Carmines. I did email him and asked my questions and he responded not only in a timely manner but also thorough. I appreciate the time he took to respond to the email I sent.

Ive been renting cars through Hotwire or Priceline & picking it up at the DFW airport car rental place every 2 months for about 3 years now. But on May 10, 2021 I was totally surprised when I was told by Dollar Car Rental that I had to have another form of ID & a credit check before I can get the car I had already paid for to use. I just want everyone that reads this to be prepared in advance & not surprised like I was. If you need any extras like maps, toll road tag ask for them while you are there. Not all car rental places are the same because most of them charge a fee for those kind of extras.Have a beautiful day

Horrible signage! The first sign you will come upon for rental cars is actually a drop off area and gas nothing to do with returning your car. The next sign in the distance is the actual car return.

A nightmare! Took 43 minutes of driving around and around to finally find a DFW employee to help find drop-off. Then bus was late took too long to get to terminals causing missed flight when arriving 2.5 hours early for domestic flight from DFW to CLT.

Impossible to find the car drop off using Google maps. 9/15/21

It was early in the morning but did have to wait about 10 minutes for abus to arrive for the E terminal.

Another car rental center that requires a bus ride to get there. Bus ride is long and you can expect to wait a while in the morning. Not enough busses running and they fill up quickly. Remote car rental centers at airports are the worse.

Rental area is fine but theres a long shuttle ride, the centers at far end of airport...

So far from airport

20 minute bus ride to get there, 35 minutes wait, no information about which line to be in.After drop-off, which was fast & convenient, the wait for the bus was almost half an hour, then another 25 minutes to get to the terminal. My advice: take a taxi or an uber.
