Have never had an my issues the multiple timed we have booked here. Willing to upgrade for no extra charge if what you booked is for some reason nkt available.Will pick you up for no charge if you need a ride to get your rental, and will drip you off if needed after returning.We just out 3k miles on a 21 rogue, and it only cost 240 for the week. Much better than oil change fees, wear and tear on own car, tires, etc.
I rented a car and the next day the service indicator came on. I called the location and they said it was fine. A while later the oil indicator said there was 0% oil life left.. I had to go have the oil changed two weeks after I had it while my car was still in the shop. Upon returning the car I found out that the rep who put me in the car upgraded me without my knowledge. When I turned the car I found out and disputed it; they did refund me the upgrade fees. Dont just go by what they tell you all of the boxes mean. For real read every little thing.

Refrain from ever using this location at 2210 N. MacArthur Blvd with Trang. Geico insurance arranged for a car rental due to a fender bender by Geicos client . They declined for a car rental due to fees I owed previously. Mind you my car is already at the shop. Trang and her supervisor left me STRANDED IN THE STREETS!!! I dont want to contact and further discuss this matter. Whats DONE is DONE!
Absolutely horrible location. I had a horrible experience here. The Manager Mike gives the least bit of customer service and does not even attempt to show effort to provide decent customer service. I do NOT recommend this Enterprise location and I will warn everyone that I know, to NEVER come to this location.

My insurance setup a priority pass for Enterprise to pick me up at Auto Repair location with date and time. The website never flagged me for out of location for pickup, I waited and waited, I called to confirm if someone had come and bring me the car and found out that they wont do the pickup at my Auto Repair location. As a courtesy of business operation, one would think to let your customer know in advance so they can make other arrangements. Poor management.
I typically rent with this location when I need to. I’m not sure if I will anytime soon. First, they pretty much tell you what kind of car they’re going to let you rent, you do not choose like you’re able to with other companies.The tags on the rental I had not only EXPIRED the month prior but also did not meet the toll tag requirements. The rep stated I could be charged for toll usage which was fine but in OK they don’t read your tag to send you a bill (including rental car companies) you must have cash only.You need to update your information because it could truly inconvenience your customer.Aside from that, they’re typically pretty good.
Call them on a Saturday for availability and to make reservations for a car which was going through my insurance. Made the reservation and the young lady said she has me in the system and when I get there on Sunday she said I had to call my insurance and ask them to send it again on a Sunday when there close. I asked her and she said she got it taken care of and didnt do anything. Ridiculous that they don’t know whatThey are doing.
So very disappointing. The car I got was dirty and the employees answer was its been cleaned. You can tell when something has been cleaned, it smells clean. No one of course returned my call about it been dirty. Covid is a serious thing and cleaning is a given for people health safety. Avoid this location for sure.

Damian Shepard at enterprise in Irving Put note that windshield was cracked when I picked up my rental. I spoke with Evan at Enterprise car rentals in Hurst/North Richland hills checked and confirmed that there was a note in their system stating that my rental car had a crack on the windshield when I picked it up Friday February 19th. Now Enterprise Damage Recovery is calling me accusing me of causing that crack, when I did NOT damage the rental. I had never rented from enterprise because of all the negative things Ive always heard about them, but the service department at Automation Hyundai set Up this rental for me because my car was not ready yet. This seems like such a scam that I am actually leaving a review which is something I dont do!!!
I really enjoyed the truck I was give for my trip.On too of that the service was outstanding I wasn’t wait for help no more that ten minutes. They assured me with a my question. I had a reservation on Wednesday 23, 2020 Ive been a Enterprise customer for about 3 years now here and in Illinois. Ive had the most horrible experience, The person who helped or should I say bullied me that day is Mike Bell, he was rude from the beginning, he wouldnt take any of my statements( because they were on email) thought i showed him my rent statement that said PAID status and the date, obviously knowing rent comes once a month, he wouldnt take it, then i showed him my credit payment that was done on the Dec 18th and had a 0.00 balance, he wouldnt take it (If manager wants proof i would gladly email screenshots of the 3 documents I showed him but refused), i had to call my electricity company to ask them to send me a statement. I tried telling him that last time i came on March 2020, those documents were accepted to which he loudly and in front of other customers said well your profile has a gray dot, which means theres some deliquency going on i felt SOOO humiliated, and told him to run the report again, he then said its a new credit check company, and theres nothing he could do, while he finally accepted my statements, after an a hour and 15 mins, he starts going through the process which he skips to offer me the insurance and road assistance offers in which i usually get, i asked him why didnt you ask me about those? So he went back and asked me which ones i want? With such an attitude like i was bothering him. He then goes to tell me i have to be here at 9 am, so i ask if theyre gonna have that key drop box like they did back in March during the pandemic, which he replies with ooooh ive been here 5 years and Ive never heard of that but why in the world would i be lying? By this time im already very upset, he hands me the keys and the paper receipt with such an attitude. I go to see the car by myself because he didnt even bother to come outside to look around the car, and gave me the crappiest car (obviously on purpose). So i call the Enterprise hotline and they say that they have an extra vehicle at a different near by store, i go inside the store and the very nice gentleman assists me but tells me its already gone. So after so much disappointment, and 3 hour and 25 mins of my time on just getting a rental and disappointed, i go back to the original store and ask for a full refund. Of course Mike Bell gave me the refund with such a smirk on his face. I went to a different company and rented a vehicle, quick and easy. Enterprise has lost its customer service value throught the years. Such a disappointment.

Customer Service is exceptional. Only thing that concerns me is the wait time. I believe the company should have more workers servicing clients because the wait time can be very long. Other than that, the customer service is exceptional.

I had the worse day! My car was overheating and I needed to get back to Abilene. The staff was courteous, kind to me and understanding of the delima I was in. They even let me leave my car there til I could get it towed. I was upset, hot and didn’t know what to do. My anxiety was through the roof that HOT July afternoon. But the team members I had the pleasure dealing with were so great to me and put me at ease. Thank y’all so freaking much. I came in crying and left smiling. We were thrown out of this office today by a Hispanic guy and his manager today, and denied service. Sorry for using race but I didn’t get their names.We took family from out of state there as they needed a rental car while they are traveling within the state.Due to their policy, they are not allowed to accept a debit card from someone out of state. They provided at least one credit card but we’re told it was a debit card. They didn’t have anything else to provide.I’d offered to pay with a credit card to help them out. I asked for an explanation, was first told that it’s for a deposit and it will be credited back . Then I’m told it will be a charge for the total rental amount and needs to be paid up front. The employee was not very clear about what would be charged and very confusing to speak with. I go ahead and give him my credit card to just take care if it and he tells me that it’s debit card. I say it’s a credit card. (Please note that I live locally and should be able to use a debit card per policy, I wasn’t provided this option. He then immediately tells me that he can’t help us and them we need to leave. His manager also told us to leave as well. I asked to talk to someone else, he just said he was the manager.There were other customers in the office and we felt embarrassed and felt as though we were being discriminated since we provided everything that was asked for in good faith only to treated in this manner.The employee and the manager should be dealing with the public. The manager should have addressed this issue as an employee in this position, however he chose to make sure we were thrown out of the office.We own a business, if employee behaved this way toward a client it would definitely not be tolerated. I would hope that a company this size would not condone such behavior and for customers to be treated with such actions.We went to another company and they were able to take care of us without an issue.I have used your company for rental business before but I will not again. I also will not use your services for any future business needs.I will make sure that this review is shared across social media platforms, a complaint forwarded to the BBB, and request this be forwarded to Enterprise executives.
I arranged 2 days in advance to have a rental car at the repair shop between 2-3pm. The repair shop called enterprise at 3pm to request my rental car delivery. 30 min later they said the car would arrive in 5 minutes. After personally calling another time, enterprise arrived at 4:05 pm 1 hour and 5 min after the request. Upon arrival I was informed by enterprise staff that they have cut back by 1/2 on employees and are short several cars today. I wish my insurance company didn’t cover enterprise so I could use a different service 😞
Worse experience ever!! DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH!I have been a loyal customer with Enterprise since 2008. But today was a different experience. I made my reservation and booked Uber to get there. I used my international visa but did not work. So, I gave them my debit card but they refused to take it unless I have a flight reservation!! I asked to speak to the manager, who apparently was the same person who handle the reservation. Her name was LaKeisha James! She did not even bother to look at my records to see that i am a loyal customer! At least what I felt, she treated me like someone who was about to rob their car!!I am definitely not going to be their Customer ANYMORE!!!Hertz sounds an excellent option!

I reserved a car several weeks in advanced and then was told the day before that they may not have a car available.I then try to call them several times the day of and no one even picks up. Very bad service, will use another company moving forward
INSURANCE FRAUD: I rented a car, and returned it here after getting my car fixed. There was a light hail storm while I had it, but I didnt even notice damage until the attendant pointed it out. About a month later, they sent me pictures of severe damage and filed with my insurance company. Mind you, my 2014 Chevy Cruze has never had repairs, has been outside for MULTIPLE hail storms, yet these moronic imbeciles thought I would just roll over and accept their bill for over $2,000 without a fight. Oh....sweetheart....you are so very sadly mistaken :)(Picture of my car for reference. Nothing on roof worse than this dent.)
The car had chips all over it. It had stains on the seats. It also had stains on the inside of the car up on the ceiling. It had a funky smell. It was my worse experience with Enterprise.
I am a longtime Enterprise customer. First time at this location. Not exactly problem solvers. Unless your situation is perfect, they are of no help. They are not empathetic and seem to focus more on getting the customer out the door to attend the next. Not how I run my business but they seem busy so I guess it works for them. Just my opinion.

The customer service I received was top notch. I dealt with two managers in the Irving, TX area and was treated with respect, which is rare these days from young people. I was properly informed of what the costs would be to rent the car. When I returned the car the check-in was effortless and smooth. I have nothing but the highest regards for Enterprise and if I need to rent another car this is the only company I will deal with.
Turned my rental in within 10 minutes out the door. Great service and the gentlemen was the only 1 working.
We had a reservation at 10am, arrived at 10:15 and it’s taken an hour to get a vehicle. We saw this nasty did get out of the car assigned for us and watched them clean it not even with sanitizer. Now I’m going to be late to work because it’s taking so long to get a vehicle. It’s really frustrating!I honestly wanted to just cancel my reservation at one point because it was such a pain.

Everytime I deal with Blake my weekly charged change.As for the other employees especially Marie they r amazing. Best customer service. To all employees at N. MacArthur location Iam so sorry u had to get one star, but the way Blake does business is not right. I will be turning my car n tomorrow and never will I do business with this location again.

This place is amazing. Everyone has an outgoing personality, they smile, they laugh and they joke. Super professional from the time they picked me up from the dealership till the time I dropped the car off. The was spotless smelled new and gas topped off. You can honestly tell these people are happy with their job. The owner, what can I say? Other then funny, smart and quick witted, he was able to handle my northern personality with typical Texas charm. The guy who shuttled me back to the dealership was very polite and had great conversation made me feel safe and relaxed. I highly suggest to rent from this Enterprise over any other one. You won’t believe me how good and excellent the customer service was. These guys deserve more than 5 stars!Amazing cars collection. Pick up and drop off was so easy. They can pick you up if you want them to within 5 miles radius of this location and the last pick up time is 4 pm.
The staff were really nice. There was a small wait, but everything was good. Excellent service, and I was able to rent a great vehicle that was excellent on gas.

The employee that helped me was awesome!! She was sweet and knowledgeable!! It literally only took maybe 5 minutes to go over a few things and out the door I went with a nice 2019 vehicle!! I had it for 1 week and it was super cheap and so nice!!! The whole experience was great!!
We usually rent from Enterprise. This is experience was the first hiccup that I can remember. We rented a minivan for a drive from DFW to Central Coast California. I picked up the van and it wasnt quite cleaned to the usual standards. There were hand prints on the back windows and it hadnt been vacuumed very well. In this new era of COVID-19, we just didnt feel good about it. We even cleaned it ourselves w/ Lysol wipes. Ii contacted Enterprise and they were very apologetic and accommodating. Went to the airport for a quick exchange and in a short time were in a new van. MUCH cleaner. We still wiped everything down, but this can was definitely cleaner.Minor hitch that was quickly fixed. Thank you, Enterprise!

When your rental breaks down on a Saturday morning don’t expect any kind of help very fast get ready to deal with it all day when the 2020 suburban battery went dead i called enterprise roadside assistance it Was nothing but a f... show I was told that it would be 1.5 to 2hrs for them to get to me and that I would have to pay 55.00 dollers to get it jump started i had no other choice so in the mean while we (wife mother in-law and my wife’s friend and me)were setting on the side of the road with the windows down it started the Florida rain festival so you know what happened then finally after that i was told that to get a different vehicle that I would have to find my way to Panama city cause I could not ride with the wrecker driver so while i was waiting on the wrecker I called the enterprise in the airport to make sure they had another truck and I was told no they didn’t so I called enterprise back they tell me to contact Pensacola so after 30 min trying to get in touch with them they told me the same thing but they wouldn’t have any kind of truck like that until the middle of the week so finally after getting the run around they tell me if I wanted to get my truck running that I could buy a battery for it and see if I could get refunded when I turn it back in after telling them that they were crazy That I wasn’t going to pay for the repair of there vehicle and hope to get refunded they tell me when you get it started to take it to a pep boys or a firestone and they will fix it so when I finally get it started close to 2hrs later and get everybody dropped off so they would not have to put them through any more mess I get to pep boys to get a battery only put in i was told that they had to get it authorized from enterprise so after another 2hrs of waiting I get on the phone again getting all kinds of run around they tell me the store where I rented it from would have to ok it guess what they closed at 5 they were already gone so the lady from roadside assistance told me they have this problem all the time she had 4 or 5 calls like this so after 3.5 hours they finally put a battery in it so I go out to check the battery sure enough the cables weren’t so even tight so I talk to the manager he tells me the kid that put the battery in was new that he hasn’t put many of them in so when I get back to Dallas and drop the truck off I get the bill and had the 55 dollar charge on there talk to the manager and finally he took the charge off and that was it didn’t take off the day of rental charge that I had to spend getting there truck repaired and didn’t even get a thank you for replacing the battery very poor customer service i called to speak to a regional manager and it’s been 3 days still have not got a call which I know that I probably won’t because they don’t care about customer service like they say they do
These guys were set to pick me up at a Service King and apparently sent someone out, which I dont belive as nobody pulled up or called, who supposedly picked someone else up and went back to their location. Then they took about another 45 minutes to send someone else considering their location was only 5 minutes away. Afterwards I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get me a rental car ready.
First off I want to think the all the staff at the enterprise office in Irving Texas on MacArthur Blvd. They are awesome . In believable since of compassion. The customer service is by fall the best on the planet. We have been using enterprise for years and it seems like you guys only hire the best of the best. Strong work.

I rented a car yesterday from enterprise 2210, irving, Texas.And today I brought on time by 2 pm. And there was no one in store at 2 pm although they were supposed to be open till 4 pm.I had parked my own car in their park area but unfortunately all the gates were locked and I could not go with my car.Furthermore, I put the key of rented car in drop box since I did not see anyone around before go my own car and realized gates were closed.it was raining heavily so I got also wet.i called the customer care to find a solution and they were shocked when they heard that there were nobody in this branch of enterprise rent car at 2 pm.After talking customer care then they tried to text store but no solution.After talking customer care service almost 1 hour then there was no any solution yet.

I am new to this state moved from San Diego CA, I had only been here for literally one day and was extremely stressed trying to find a rental car place that doesn’t require credit cards since I don’t use them. I’ve never rented a car before so I was unaware that was the process. I relocated with my company so my car wasn’t due here for another week. Addea Glover assisted me at the MacArthur location, when I came to them hoping they wouldn’t require a credit card as the manager advised. She was absolutely amazing! Was able to not only assist but completely calm me down and relieve all my stress entirely. She was extremely friendly and approachable and was able to show compassion to my situation and meant it. I will ALWAYS go back to Enterprise. All of their staff were pleasant and nice, very clean building, and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone today was amazing as well. Thank you guys for everything!
Started with a clean place, friendly busy staff, got my car almost immediately, just had to show my ID, look the car over, & I was ready to go. Got a Dodge Challenger that performed phenomenally & still got 25.5mpg hwy, that I drove to Gary, INDIANA. No problems, will always use Enterprise for my rentals.
After an absolutely horrible experience with an agent and a supposed manager over the phone with the customer service department, Sonoma (in the local branch) took on my reservation last minute and fixed all of the issues for me. She was very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much again for recovering this experience for me!
The few times that a have been to the Enterprise on MacArthur, I have had fabulous customer service. I have never waited more than 15mins to pick up a rental or return it.
Only lets residents pay with debit cards, other wise need a credit card to pay,..... not all enterprise do this, dont waste ur time here

I needed a large for SUV for 1 day during christmas holiday. Other rental car companies told they had a 3 day minimum on rentals. Not only did this location assist me; they gave me first choice between SUV

I had reserved a full size car, I was looking for Toyota Camry but Unfortunately they were out of Toyotas so the executive requested me go for Ford Fusion. I was not happy at that moment, she suggested me to go for Infinity Q50 I was very glad to rent Infinity car. White Lady was really good, she was down to earth while talking to everyone, which is really Important. Only thing where they can better Is Saving the customer time they were only two People working on Sunday.

I’ve always had a good experience with this Enterprise, so I keep coming back. I discovered Enterprise at airport destinations, but their good service has inspired me to rent for other reasons locally. As my beloved commuter car ages, I have started to rent for road trips to avoid the risk of breakdown outside the DFW area. Also as my family ages, I rent something larger to have room to load up all the elders and their walkers for family outings. This location is convenient to my home, so it gets used the most. They always go out of their way to accommodate me, such as most recently Sonam very patiently met my complaint about the assigned vehicle with a nicer, cleaner car with more gas in the tank. I have come to rely on Enterprise to improve the experiences of travelling, driving an aging commuter car and dealing with an aging family.

I recently rented a car from this location. I really want to brag on the assistant branch manager Tyler Roman. Even though they were extremely busy when I was there, Tyler was hustling to assist all the customers within a timely manner. He greeted everyone as they came in and reassured them that he’d get to them as soon as possible. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Great experience. I would rent from this location again.
The manager, Tyler, helped me out greatly simply by making sure I was taken care of. I had just been denied a car from a Hertz dealer in Dallas that I already had a reservation for and upon arrival they told me they had no vehicles left. As you can imagine I was in a panic as I was in from out of state and needed a car for the weekend. I spoke with Angela initially to make sure Enterprise had a vehicle and she was happy to let me know they did. Tyler got me squared away very quickly and painlessly. After the weekend finished Angela gave me a follow up call to see how everything was in my return at the airport. Great customer service and great staff!Thank you for the assistance and helping the headache of Hertz.

They took very good care of me. Christian there was amazing. Despite being understaffed and overwhelmed with customers, he was alone there on Sunday Dec. 30th with about 11 people waiting for help as soon as the place opened, he was so polite, helpful, professional and accommodating. He took what could have been a disaster, and turned it into a positive experience for everyone he helped. I was very happy and will only use this place in the future for any rental needs I may have.
Worst experience in an enterprise I’ve ever had. I rent cars often because I’m on the move for work. But unfortunately the staff member we talked to was unbelievably vague in the reasons we couldn’t do certain things.I had to provide information I’ve never provided. My passport number, wasn’t allowed to pay a deposit on my debit card, asked me certain strange questions about my travel plans. When using my fiancées credit card he then asked for a policy number (even though we refused insurance) and don’t have to provide a policy number until something occurs.I asked for the manager and without checking he told me he was in a meeting for 40 minutes even though I saw the manager go into the back room just prior without him saying anything.The worst was that he said he couldn’t cancel the reservation eventhough we had an enterprise confirmation number.Really strange behavior - shocking customer service. DO not go here.
We rented a SUV through Enterprise to drive down to my nephews wedding in Pensacola, FL. We had two adults and 4 children traveling to the wedding. We wanted something big enough for the whole family and that is just what we got through Enterprise. I booked my car rental through Costco Travel because there are a lot of benefits in doing so like the second driver is included and better pricing on the extra coverage. I will definitely be booking here again.
Fantastic team here at Enterprise! Never have I had a better experience. I travel to Texas to visit family often and while this location is not convenient for me because of the great level of service and care this team gives I will go out of my way to do business with them again.
I totally recommend this car rental. The location is very small but the staff is very friendly and understanding. They picked up my husband and daughter after the accident and when I dropped the rental, they drove me back to the paint and body shop that my car was in. I will definitely be coming back to this location when I need a rental. Love them! ❤

Ive been a customer at this particular location for the past several years, and Im happy to say that Ive never been disappointed. Seriously, the staff is always polite and helpful, and many times have gone out of their way to help make every experience worthwhile. I once left a very expensive baby stroller in the trunk of one of the cars, and didnt notice for over a week. When I called, they not only managed to track down the car with the stroller still inside, but they had it waiting for me in the office in less than 24 hours. As far as Im concerned, this Enterprise location has a customer for life.
Whole rental from start to finish was easy and even upgraded my vehicle for free because the one I reserved wasnt ready. Friendly and professional staff ready to make your rental process fast and easy. Gabriel was awesome.
So many good things about my Enterprise rental experience. For starters they were open on Sunday. Second, they had an office on the medium size city where so live. Third, their charge for a one-way rental was reasonable. Fourth, the car I was given was an upgrade and it was clean and drove well. Fifth, the service I received on the phone and at the offices was exceedingly concerned and friendly, unlike the competition. I felt as though the staff really cared about me. As a result, I became a member and will use Enterprise exclusively from here on.
Ease of renting although they need to hire more staff to accommodate pick ups and drop offs.

Always a good experience they are always nice price is reasonable when I got stuck in nabraska in a bad winter storm I called and it was no problem they said thats fine and be careful and have a safe journey home and I believe they really did care. I will always use enterprise. Thank you
