Horrible experience!!Went for a car wash, paid $24.99 for vacuum inside, wipe down and outside with tires. When they were done, all four doors compartments/ cup holders had some crumbs. When I pointed out to them, that it was not vacuumed. His answer was We do not do that, because it will damage the door ???!!! I will do it for you just this time, but in the future pay Extra $30 to get all vacuumed!! Who the heck wants to pay $25 dollars and get a portion of the car inside vacuumed?!!Windshield was not cleaned properly, still has bug stains. I will not recommend this place.😕

Not a very good job but they were very short handed. Incomplete vacuum and several streaks of dirt on body.

During the last month texas has experienced a large amount of rain which for vehicles translates as really dirty exteriors. The folks at the car wash really went out of their way to get my truck clean. In fact the attendant said when it goes through if its not clean enough Ill run it again. So to the GM and his workers I applaud your customer service and quality of work.

Yesterday gave my vehicle for interior and exterior cleaning and this what the end result, bird droppings still there. Back seat carpets untouched. Interior glass cleaning was hardly done. M &M under the seat not cleaned. Sky roof still had the finger print marks.Worst service, I am giving 2 starts because dont want to ruin people lively hood.

20.00 for a wash and no dry and never even got the tire shine I paid for. Not to mention had to stop by a self serve to get the truck clean. The truck wasn’t even bad to begin with.

Love the fact that they will do in 20 mins what others will do in 2 hours and at a cheaper price as well. And you get a re-wash in 3 days with the Managers Special. Just wish the airfreshener I chose had a strong scent. Will definitely go there often! 👏👍

So I will say that at one time my mother and brother came to wash car my mom 4- got she had $200.oo in an envelope afterwards it came up missing!! We know it was the workers that took it!! Never got any where with them as far as compensating for the theft of $200.oo

I enjoy my good deal I can wash my car anytime I want and even up to twice a day but the guy guiding you into the car wash needs to be trained a little better sometimes directs the driver incorrectly and the tires rub up against the car wash tracking. I think I got it down now I dont even pay attention to him

I went for a complete car wash and I noticed the outside was washed, but inside the interior was not cleaned, I still saw crums in the cup holders and a cleaning towel was left on the floor

They didnt do as good as I thought they would. Still had dust in the car water spots on the window. To many cars not enough workers.

Not too good sat inside for 30 minutes before I went to see if my car was finished thet left soray bottle and towels 8n my back seat. Did not get the service I paid for. $25 down the drain.

The staff is was very nice. The car wash itself was not that good. I purchased the $7.99 wash. The only item that really touch my car to wash it was the stuff hanging from the top of the car wash. The spinning things on the side did not touch the sides of my car. My car was rinsed and soaked well and the fabric hanging from the top did a great job, but as far as the sides being washed, it didnt happen for me. Im not sure if it was because I purchased the basic wash or not. But I did enjoy the fact that there was someone at the end of the wash to wipe down my car as I exited. My car looked great because of them.

They schedule me for a time to come get my car buffed, but when I got there they said they couldnt do it,they are short habded

I have two cars on a monthly memberships. I have been coming here for three years. Today I had one of them washed. When I went in and the cashier gave me my complimentary fragrance, I asked if I could have two. These fragrance strips probably cost them less than .05 cents each. She very rudely told me they only give out ONE (yet I have TWO cars, TWO monthly memberships). I then said I would pay for another one. She charged me a dollar. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated rudely by the cashier here but it will be the last. I immediately put in the request to terminate my membership. Will use Carmel right down the street instead. Typically I wouldn’t bother to write such a review about this experience but there is no way to contact their corporate office available on their website

Horrible service, paid extra for the vacuuming and so much dirt missed. Cup holders were still dirty with food crumbs and they didnt even clean my front windshield inside. Also the hand drying is a joke, they use the same wet towels on 3 to 4 cars and smudge all the dirt and moisture from the previous cars on to your car.

I purchased the Manager Special for around $21 that was supposed to be full service to include interior and exterior wash. I was in a rush to leave after my vehicle was done so I didnt notice right away but the entire roof of the vehicle hadnt been cleaned and the windows were poorly washed. The interior was cleaned fairly ok though. I am disappointed in the overall quality of the car wash and would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Workers seemed confused and were not smiling, any of them. Did not present specials. Had to redo tickets several times because they did not explain add ons...

This is a great spot for a quick wash. The staff is friendly and they move pretty quick, even when theyre busy. They have a full detail service I havent used, but the basic wash is really solid for the price. Excellent service for an excellent price.

Best car wash place i have been in the Dallas Fort worth area. Moved 30 miles away couldnt find a better place and still drives 30 miles each weekend to come wash our cars.

Nothing wrong with the site just checking on prices for monthly wash pass. I got yelled at by another Owner for giving a 1 star and said it was unethical. I was not trying to be mean, but the site asked for a review cause I visited the website.I have had my car washed here before in the past and had great service. Unable to use vacuums. Employees are not friendly. Paid $12.99 for a quick rinse and hand dry, not worth the money. Theres a carwash nearby that charges $5 for a quick wash and free vacuums.

Everything from exterior wash to full detailing can be had here. Personal favorite is the Wednesday Managers Special discounted full service wash. Special services also available including road tar removal which saved a new car paint job from detour into fresh blacktop. Hand wash and wax shines like glass and tire service gives that really black look. Can get busy but they do move quick, still can be 20+ minutes during rush, but worth all of it.

I think the car wash is a little bit Mi-T pricey, but the washers relatively do a good job.

Their washing services are quite good though its little bit expensive. Customers services are also very good. I always prefer to wash my suv here.

Nice place with great prices. No wait if you go between 8am and 9am. For some reason communication is poor, they did not inform me that the vehicle was ready untill 20 minutes after it was finished. I also paid for internal cleaning which was not performed.

My vehicle was still dirty, one on the managers had to spray my vehicle down to remove the stains or dirt. One of the workers used my car charger to charge his phone and left it in my vehicle. The place has gone down throughout the years. Very disappointed.

Car looked nice, but not really nice. I specifically asked for them to clean the mess in the back, and it was vacuumed, but not cleaned. Ive had better cleanings on this car, but the cost twice what this did. So, overall Im satisfied and will probably go back.############### UPDATE: I went today and got the Managers Special ($24.99) and a $5 spray on wax. Well, my car looked AWESOME, both inside and out! Everything was clean, windows are perfect, and Im sorry I didnt come more often! I was there about 12:15 on a Sunday, and there was no wait. By the time the car was ready (~15 minutes), there was a line of about 10 cars. My headlights have fogged over, and they do have a service to fix them, but it is $50, so Ill wait until next month on those.

Purchased wash and vacuum and window cleaning. Wash was great windows and vacuum was not acceptable. Next time I will just purchase wash only.

If I could give a zero I would . I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and every time I expect them to do a good job and give them the benefit of doubt but it just doesn’t come out as I thought . When I started going, in the beginning it was really good. Now they just want to get every car out as fast as possible. When you’re in the line they say your car will get cleaned a certain way and then when they are done they don’t do anything they said they would . I’m so disappointed because I could be cleaning my car and doing a better job at it. This will be the last time I ever go to any one of y’all locations. If I could post the pictures of their job I would . It’s horrible !

Save yourself the money and go anywhere else or do it yourself. Came in after a road trip. Paid almost 60 dollars, tipped 20 (clearly too soon) and there were still dead bugs on the windshield and the interior was barely wiped down. Backseat wasnt even vacuumed. Still dirt and dust everywhere. Spoke to manager, said they would take care of it. He and 4 guys stood around laughing and wiping random things and did not address the two main complaints. Im off to just do it myself.

Good work from employees, if something isn’t right they’ll do their best to fix it .Sad to see how the management can come up with ways to better protect the guys from the Texas 100* heat.

There is “ Happy Hour” deals during the day if you don’t want a service plan. Call to find out times. Check the web site for hours and locations, holidays may very otherwise open 7 days a week. Great service. They do a handy service, but stow away things you don’t want misplaced or lost.I have a full service membership and they clean the car well on the outside and lightly touch up the inside by wiping surfaces and a little vacuuming.If you want the inside cleaned well, that is a paid service and you will get a decent discount off of premium detailing by enrollment in one of the service plans.They are ride share and Taxi car friendly as of the date of this review 3-5-2019.There are restrooms, car convince items, free coffee, water fountain, lobby with seating and bench seating in the hall, and is a wheel chair accessible facility.

I had the worst experience at 8:30 am this morning no other cars were there I paid $15 the service was poor and lazy manager Roland was no help and rudeI do not recomes this place at all I’m shocked at the reviews and how bad this place is

My T fine is my to-go place in Irving for a car wash. The prices are decent and its easy in easy out. When people want to know something to get me, I recommend gift cards from there.

I went through today and my front license plate was ripped off by something in the wash. This thing I had two screws and lug nuts in it. How!? Got my plate back and had to put it back on.

The mgr for the car wash employees rude. The front desk person had absolutely no personality or care about your quality of work. I had the unlimited washed been trying to cancel for months. I asked a guy could I see his cloth to wipe the back part inside of my car. The gut says Ill do it. Then this mgr comes out and says we dont do that. I just looked at him. Nothing to come out to tell me. Ill never go to this place again. If u dont want customers money with respect dont own a business

Price was good paid for interior and reg car wash... the wait wasnt bad. Didnt realize until I got home my dashboard was so dusty look like it never had been touched on the side on the floor by door entrance didnt look touched.and my windows was smeared. I didnt bother to drive all the way back due to I was already told not to go there from others but I didnt listen.

Rolando was awesome. My car had some sort of grease splat all over the side, tires, and wheel well. He personally took care of getting it all cleaned off, including manually working it out himself, and taking through the wash twice. The car was spotless. If you have an unusual cleaning situation, ask for Rolando - hell take care of you.

Because the attendants do not let you know when youre finished I almost got rear ended at the location on N. Beltline in Irving, Tx .I purchased the unlimited plan for 30.00 a month . After they wipe my car down they just walk away, without signaling, in the mean time another vehicle was coming up the rear .Attendant had to stop the conveyor, Need to do like other car washes put up stop light at the end of the conveyor, because the attendants do not pay attention!!

I mean u pay 25 bucks for a car wash you shouldnt have to come behind them....right??? Well the last 3 times this is what Ive had to do. So frustrating!!!

My favorite car wash to go to and I love how close it is to my job! I like to go on Wednesdays when they have the Wednesday Special however Ive noticed those are busier days and my car sometimes gets washed in a rush. However, the service is great and Im always satisfied with how clean my car looks!

This was my 1st time getting my car washed at the beltline location. The man who greeted me in the car lineup was very nice and so was the cashier. However once my car was getting dried off, I had to ask the employees to dry the water dripping from my trunk area of my SUV. I had a cup of water sitting in the cup holder which someone place on the passenger seat and wasted water.. They only cleaned the outside windows which was half washed. I am very displeased with my 1st visit here. The employees rush their jobs on your vehicles. I saw a customer actually drying off his own car. An other customers had to point out to the employees what they missed. Go to this location at your own risk,

Ok, not great. They wanted 20.00 extra to wash front and back floor mats. Seems really off when a full wash, wax, vacuum, tire protectant, etc was only 18.95.Left bug remains on windshield. Interior not wiped down completely.Also changed radio station and left it there with loud volume.Prob wont be going back.

The carwash is awesome. I generally do managers special because I have coupons worth 25% off but today when I went there, I was suggested to save the coupon for next time and would be even cheaper since the day I went there was Wednesday. Yes they run special on Wednesday. I had my car to a full service wash worth $15.99 that covered Vacuum, dash cleaning, windows inside and out, and top wish that they have to offer. The result was up to the mark as always. As soon as I approach with my car, the staff will approach you and help you with what you need and is properly guided through the process. Nice service and not too long of a wait.

I elected the monthly car washing option and I have to tell you, Ive bee VERY pleased with not just the price but the quality of the wash and the professionalism of the people. I have since relocated to Boise, ID and these guys here need some lessons from the My T Fine professionals. Something as simple as taping down the window washers, or pushing in the mirrors actually go a long way.Great company and great product!

3 STAR! Tell you why. Once I made an appointment for a detailing but the manager refused to do the service because they were short-handed. They were taking in the walk-in customers and yet one with the reservation was being refused. I planned my schedule around it which was completely overthrown. Finally the hispanic customer service lady inside is not friendly. I wonder if its because I dont tip her every time I see her. Other than that, everything else is great. Thank you for having complimentary coffee for your customers! Keep up the good work and hope you guys do even better!

Insiste not wipe at all and very poorly vacuumed even that we paid for full service cleaning, outside was decent but not they missed parts, they tried to make me buy a membership but with this quality no way.

The one on McArthur is better they waxed my suburban didnt use enough wax (I watched) left marks on my paint I love this place but I wont ever go back to the location on belt line

The customer service here is horrible. The only advantages is that they have a monthly membership. However youre required to drive your own car through the car wash. The car never ends up totally clean, never dried completely off, and is always done by teenagers who really dont show interest in their job. Today I decided to borrow one of their towel and dry my car off. I was then approached by a worker who snatched the towel out of my hand and said that I need to bring my own towels if I wanted to dry my car off. Yes! I was doing their job that they didnt do and I was treated like this. Horrible customer service! I plan to cancel my membership and never return. Unfortunately they dont care. Look at their reviews that they dont respond back too.

Ive never had to leave such a bad review but this is warranted. I asked for and paid for a complete interior detail ($104 + tax) I arrived 4 hours later to find ONLY the seats and carpet shampooed (I have rubber mats). So I had to wait while they quickly cleaned out the console, dash, doors, cup holders etc. which was not quality time spent. I was told it would all be wiped down, blown out, and conditioned. Never going back!
