Im not for sure how to explain this place but theyre not professional and if you have two cars on one policy they charge you $30 or more to remove it dont make no sense so I have to pay for insurance for a car I dont even have unless i pay 30 or 50 to Remove it.. this is the only insurance place I know that charges to remove a vehicle

Its better to go through the insurance company directly. A-max is a third party that OVER charges for EVERYTHING! I tried to add a car to my policy and they wanted to charge me a $75 fee. Called the insurance company directly and they added for free. Called today to add SR-22 insurance. Ruby told me it would be $222. Once I got a copy of mypaperwork the insurance company is only charging me $22, A-Max is charging me $200. Which was not explained before hand. At which time I called and told Ruby she DID NOT explain before hand.

This was my first time at A-Max. I was looking for a new insurance agent, and i have found them. This place was the best!! Shout out to Samantha!!! She was very helpful, professional, efficent and knowledgeable. Customer service is my make or break point! The people here were amazing and made my experience here wonderful! I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!

We did ended up buying an insurance policy for our 20 year old, however our experience was less than a good one. Had a very poor customer service incident with a sales person there. David our sales person was nice enough, also seemed like he was the supervisor however I do not feel that he handled the situation well. Definitely customer service is not a priority here.

Walked in today to pay an insurance bill. The insurance company that they had given me a policy for tried to swindle me out of more money every month... The staff here totally had my back even after the insurance company they called to fix it were completely unhelpful and rude to us. Its good to know the staff here has my back. They defend their customers. I recommend this place to everyone. Theyre awesome and will come through for you. Thank you for everything guys!!

I cant even begin to explain how horrible this company is, but I will try for the sake of future customers. The first problem we ran into was them completely losing ALL of our information when we came back after receiving a quote to buy the insurance promised to us. We then got another quote and we wanted to make sure that our previous accident was INCLUDED on the plan. We were told many times that it wasnt a problem and the companies would include the accident on our quoted price. So we got a decent plan for one month, then the second month comes and now our plan has increased $200 per month. Now they claim that we never told them about the accident and the insurance has gone up because they found the accident. We were upset, but we told them to cancel all policies through A-Max. Now two months later, we are receiving a letter from the insurance company they had found us. The letter states that they will be sending us to collections if they do not receive $365 by 12/24/2015. When we brought this to A-Max, all they can do is lie and put the blame on us by claiming we never told them about the accident. Overall, I wouldnt even send my worst enemy to this place it is so pathetic. The staff is not educated or trained in their positions at all...the manager was the first person who lost all of our information. These people have no business selling insurance and I have no idea how they are still operating. I sent this same post to the Better Business Bureau, which was probably a waste of time as well. FUTURE CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ THIS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They are always show. All the agents are always taking calls and it takes them forever to assist the customer waiting in front of me. I always wait @least for 30 minutes or over for the simplest stuff. They can have two on the phone and assist the customers in the store.

They will sign you into a year of high rates and threaten your credit if you attempt to cancel

They are pretty reasonable my insurance went up because of wrecks and wouldnt lower my rates. They were way cheaper

Im sick and tired of crappy service. My husband and I had cancelled our policy at the end of month last month and they charged us again for this month. The girls there suck at their job. Im sorry you have a crappy job in which you depend of on scamming people just for commission... every time Ive called asking for my money back, they cant seem to help me. Taking this to corporate. Heres some advice to you.. dont go there and try to get home, auto insurance, youre just getting scammed. At the end of the day, they dont care about you..only their stupid commission and their $10 an hour.. get out. Never again will I work with such bad insurance. Save your yourself some time and go with the big people!

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! I will never recommend anybody to get insurance with them! They mess up your paperwork and pretend its your fault! You have insurance one day the next day you dont! I will never deal with them again! Number one worst company ever!

Worst customer service. Liliana lost my inspection paper and claimed she did not have but yet she managed to have a copy of it. Thanks to her I had to pay for my inspection twice. The employees there do not care about their customers, all they care about is getting paid by the hour. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

They are not professionals in their work, they are not honest, I took insurance for my car with this Company, and they never let me know what they charged me for a service, a service that they charge 60% more, on the price of the Insurance, and the Ms. Mónica Godinez Juárez, by the way, you do not have a license to do this work, and A-MAX auto insurance has stolen $ 367 dollars from me, this company makes a general charge, saying that is the price of the insurance, without indicating the real price, and only They say sign here, sign here. And they wash their hands as one signs or way, and that sadness that people like us Hispanics, of the Race, who earn money for us, and also take a class on Ethics, Human Relations, and that is why we must accuse these people to Texas Deparment insurance / TDI Texas.
