LaShawnda and her entire office staff are all AMAZING! I moved to Nashville (Bellevue) from out of state a while back, but never got around to getting my insurance switched over to TN. I went in and was greeted by Carrie and Austin immediately upon walking in the door. We sat with Austin and discussed my needs and configured my policy in the best way possible to ensure that I was fully covered while taking advantage of the best pricing possible. While we were working with Austin, LaShawnda came out from her office, greeted us with a smile and we chatted for a while. My initial meeting with LaShawnda Bryant was nothing short of amazing. Im a new professional, just starting to get my life in order and I could not have asked for a better agent! She took the time to get to know me AND explain everything in detail. While I have been a State Farm customer for years, I have never experienced the type of knowledgable and personal touch that she provided.

After a week of frustration with LaShawndas office, I decided to switch my auto, rental, and homeowners insurance to another State Farm agent in Nashville. I called LaShawnda to describe to her why I switched, but my message went unreturned — so, I am leaving my message here.My husband and I are building a house in Bellevue, and our builder suggested getting our own liability insurance during construction. I tried for over a week to get someone at LaShawndas office to look into my request. First I left a message, which went unanswered. After a few days and a few more phone calls that went to voicemail, I finally reached a man who didnt know what I was talking about, but, to his credit, he said he would leave a message with someone who might know. (He also said he would watch them process the request so he could learn how to do it himself, which I appreciated.)However, that message too went unanswered. I called again the next week, and a woman spent most of our conversation arguing about what I was requesting. Although she said there was probably no need for liability insurance, she said she would contact an underwriter and call me back that afternoon. That was two days ago, and still I have heard nothing.I finally called another State Farm agent in town, who immediately clarified what I was looking for, noting that it is a common product and that it would be an important policy to carry during construction.Reflecting on the experience, I realized I had spent many phone calls and over a week trying just to enroll in a service; what could I expect if I actually needed assistance on a claim? For these reasons I have switched to another agent, and LaShawnda, I am sorry that I was not able to express my concerns directly to you.

LaShawnda has a way of simplifying insurance and financial terminology in a way that makes you comfortable and confident. I now understand how easy and necessary it is to have a plan in place for my future and my family. I encourage everyone to sit down with her ASAP and get a plan today.

I was recently in town helping my aunt with her estate after the passing of my uncle and we went in to LaShawndas office. I was astounded how they loved on my aunt with Karen and LaShawnda hugging her and showing such concern for her. LaShawnda even helped go through all the household bills and help my aunt prioritize expenses days after my uncles funeral. On the heels of my uncle passing away, my aunt had a large water loss when the toilet tank in the upstairs bath cracked open, flooding the house from top to bottom. LaShawnda, Karen, and the rest of the staff were there again to assist my aunt through the claim process. LaShawnda was the BEST part of two of the WORST days in my aunts life.
