Came in with my mom as she recommended State Farm after been with Allstate for a little over a year. After speaking with Gabriella over my very first policy on my own and life insurance I knew without a doubt making the switch to State Farm was what I wanted to do. Gabriella was not only very helpful but made me laugh as well. If I’m ever asked where to go for car insurance I will instantly point them to State Farm and tell them about Gabriella.

Came in as a walk in about three weeks ago to ask about switching over from Allstate and Gabriella did a wonderful job explaining both State Farm’s auto and home policies. I’ve never felt more informed and confident on what my homeowner and auto policy ACTUALLY covers. I immediately made plans to switch over and she made sure to handle EVERYTHINGGGG. I barely talked to Allstate only to confirm the termination which felt amazing! Let me start off by saying that I do not have State Farm insurance. Since moving to Irving I have received several mailers from Claudia Salas. Because my current home insurance is about to renew for $300 more (YIKES), I decided to give these folks a call.Cut to the chase, I spent 34 minutes on the phone with Sugey. She was SO NICE and SO PROFESSIONAL and even though I didnt end up getting State Farm, she was so helpful. I mean, Im still shopping around so Im not going to write them off. Sugey matched my current coverages to try to get me the closest and best price to what Im currently paying. She also gave me SEVERAL tidbits on what to look for while shopping around to ensure that I get the best coverage. I have gotten a few quotes from different companies but I have not gotten the experience or assistance like I did from Sugey. Other companies were quick to hang up when I said I was still shopping around.If youre looking for someone who is going to LISTEN and truly wants the best for you, please call Sugey!

I called to get a quote on the insurance on a vehicle and someone answered and said “umm” and then hung up in my face. I called back and someone else told me they would call me back to give a quote but I never received a call back. This is the worst experience we have ever had with an insurance. Different people called my sister asking for specific documents that had nothing to do with the insurance. Even after she sent everything, they canceled her insurance without notification. She called to make a payment and found they had canceled her insurance. They then asked for her to pay and extra $100 or so to reestablish insurance and we’re going to increase her monthly premium by another $100 for canceling the insurance. SHE DIDNT CANCEL IT! YOU DID! Needless to say, we didn’t pay anything and chose to Farmers Insurance instead. Farmer’s agent was awesome and had no issues. I will never get with State Farm again nor deal with this office in particular! WORST SERVICE EVER! RUDE PEOPLE LACKING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

We signed up for renters insurance for our apt here in Irving. Then 1 person sent over an email doc for us to sign and send back. I kept faxing it but it would not take it. (Later found the # they gave me in their email to me for the fax was their voice line. When I finally called about the fax situation a 2nd person told me that I did not have to sign and send in that form.Then later a 3rd person told me they were sending over a doc for me to sign and send back. Then later they called and asked if I was going to send the doc over? I let them know that I had faxed it over already!!Then my daughter let us know she received mail from their office, and my daughter lives in California. When I got the mail from my daughter here, sure enough the address State Farm put on there was to my daughters place in California! Still trying to figure out how I sign up for renters insurance on my Irving apartment and then get a homeowners policy for a California address? A real head-scratcher.AND we have never received any correspondence from Claudia herself... but to be fair all the correspondence We have had has been very professional and polite.. and after all this Im still not sure if we have renters insurance or not..... if we dont hear from Claudia herself, I think we might have to change companies.... sorry.
