Beware if you have a multi car policy-they have multiple billing issues, erroneous cancellations and when you call to inquire a breakdown of your billing and the errors they cannot tell you anything about your account-yet State Farm corporate States on your customer portal that if you have billing questions talk to your agent.They didn’t try to salvage our account when we wanted to cancel for the poor customer service and account handling. We switched to Travelers Insurance instead and are much happier with this company.State Farm is helpful, but I suggest finding a different agent if you are in the Dallas/Irving area.

Everyone is super nice and professional at this office. Once Sandi came in and took over everything has been running very smooth. I have not had any problems at this office. They are bilingual which is a huge benefit. Elizabeth and Alexis are my go to people when I come into the office.

Sandi Brown State Farm Insurance is an excellent agent. She takes the time to listen and give you all your options. She has helped me immensely. There are times when Sandi has been unavailable and her staff has been knowledgeable and helpful.I recommend this agent highly.

Sandi Brown has been very attentive and informative. Her staff has always been there to answer any questions or concerns Ive had. Due to previous bad reviews I had been skeptical about switching to state Farm, but Im definitely not sorry I made the switch.

Ive had my insurance here for years. The agent and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention I had no clue they had a bank!! I refinanced my vehicle and they saved me tons of money! Y luego hay personal que habla espanol! Definitely recommend to everyone!
Our relationship started 5 months ago with a Quote of 51$ that jump up to 56$. Why? Bc you need to install a chip in your car that will track you 24/7. No thank you. Than the 56$ turned to 57$. Why? Bc I pay by credit. So 1$ fee. And then the 57$ jump to 59$ still dont understand why. Anyhow I was asking not to renew my policy after the 6 months ends. They understand that I want to cancle. 6 weeks after that call I found out that Im driving my car with no Insurance for 6 weeks. Even tho the kept charge mt card. No Good!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dont recommend it. Citlali Sierra is very rude and does not listen to my questions. She has no clue all she kept saying is that she does not know and talked over me. She offered to transfer me to Sandi Brown and placed me on hold for 10 mintues and nobody picked up my call. I called again and Mayra Johnson answered the phone and told me Sandy Brown was not even in the office. I am very disappointed why would Citlali placed me on hold if Sandy was not even there; it was very rude of her. And I am not even sure if Mayra said the truth or she was just covering for Citlali and Sandi was actually at the office. Horrible and unprofessional customer service.
TERRIBLE customer service! Every time I call it goes to voice mail. And then no one returns the call. I have to keep leaving messages and send emails. Two times I had to call the State Farm 800 # because I couldn’t get anyone to call me back.

A bad service completely, you call to change your address, they do not do it, they never send you your card of the flame policy to ask for them to send and they tell you there is no problem if the police for you know that you bring insurance, they end up not sending you what you ask When I went to get service with them, a lady went to claim that they were still withdrawing money from her account if she had already canceled the service with them, they just told her we can not give you your money because you did not cancel 30 days before they robbed the Mrs!! . So, since I did not want you to give me the same thing, I cancel 30 days before and it turns out that they left me stealing, I call them and they tell me why they took me money if I cancel 30 days before and they leave me with no, you did not cancel. Do nothing !! What if they robbed me too? If they buy insurance with them, do not give your account because they are going to steal you too.
