Bought a Mexican insurance policy through BestMex, had to use road side services in Mexico. Took them 2 hours to get a supervisor approval. By then, my family and I had found help through some great people that stopped and assisted us. Or else, wed probably would have been there on the side of the road for God knows how much more time.
