Got me right in and got insurance on my new car when I needed it done fast.

Called for information on how to make a claim, and not only was i on hold for about 30 minutes, they hung up. I called back and was getting sent straight to voicemail. It wasnt until the 4th call that i got the correct phone number i had to call and the lady who answered seemed bothered that i was calling. Was not pleasant at all, I sincerely hope this was an isolated incident and not the way they treat all of their customers.

Lopez auto insurance, has a pecimo customer service since last Thursday 19-2018 I checked so that they would give me an estimate of my car and that in one hour they would love me and throughout the day they did not receive anything, I returned to book the same day and They asked me for my information and they told me the same thing, that they marked me in an hour! And the same thing happened, and I returned to tie up the next day and Maria answered me and said she asked me for my information and they told me again that in one hour they would mark me, and until the date it is already 30 to open and they have never ablated me,
