Just recently moved here last month, I love it. Great apartment, very clean. The staff are great.

The managers are great and very welcoming, if theres ever a problem with something they make sure to get it fixed as soon as possible. The environment in general is great . I grew up In these apartments and the changes theyve made have been for the better.

Maintenance always comes quickly to fix any issues we have. Our bathtub was clogged and they came within 5 minutes and had it working within 10.

Moved in last month after careful comparisons to other properties. This place actually turned out to be as good or better than I hoped for. Nice staff and neighbors too!

Good place. Parking sucks but so does all parking in EVERY apartment so no big deal to me. Office people are very helpful. Nice looking upgrades. You get forward you pay for and Im happy.

Love the new update!! Apartments have this new Modern look. All my neighbors are polite and quiet. Ladies in the office are super helpful, nice and just over all beautiful people

Recommend these apartments for everyone theyre putting everything new and playground is awesome dont have to drive to go to one my babies love it.

I caught 7 mouses/rats in 1 week !!!!! I told the manger there is rats here and she just gave me Traps. My daughter is 1 and getting sick from how many rats are here. Very scary!! Idk who to call ?!? The city? THIS APT IS INFESTED WITH RATS. someone please help who do I call the manger is doing nothing about these rats it’s been 3 months!

They lost my rent 3 times and charged me more than what i had to pay and put a lock on my door for not paying 7 cents wich i dont know why i need to pay 7 cents because the rent does not have sents ???

Bad bad custermer sercvies. They always open late. And they leave early ❌❌❌❌

Cant wait for lease 2 b over. Apartments are infested wit bed bugs cockroaches n fleas. The manager does very little about it. Dont move here! Ull regret it as much as I do!

The parking Lot is always a problem, You come home at 6pm And thieres no where to park.

Horriable experience i regret moving here the biggest mistake a lot of flying roaches once i seen a rat in my kitchen took them about a month for them to do something about it Managers are so rude and can careless about anything .

Firstly it is a very nice clean place I have been living here for 3 years now I love it it is a safe and quiet place the office people very friendly cease and jasmine very friendly with all the people the maintenance staff very friendly always doing very well their work thats why I give them 100% of my grade

The APTs are very picky they charge you parking they are left with 50% of the reca of cars and of pylon they charge you $ 75dlls more of the rent x a day that you take even if you take you paid of the day 2 wow RATEROS
