My temp was close to 89 at it peak and now my system is cooling again. Jeremiah was prompt, professional and detailed. I had been quoted by another company outrageous prices and service fees and Cool Experts AC were the best value. I had been with a company and hadn’t changed because I was use to just calling them my service today had me happy for change. Sometimes you feel like you have to take slight from service providers because you need service and can’t wait but Jeremiah proved you can have prompt, quality, and valuable service

Awesome experience with the Cool Experts! Our A/C unit went out in this Texas heat last Saturday, which is our busiest day of the week at our shop. We searched the web and called a few companies and none of them could make it out to us. Finally, the Cool Experts came to the rescue. They came by within 2 hours and got our A/C back going right away. They were honest, reliable, and extremely professional. I will tell everyone I know about them. Thank you guys so much. I called Michael as I was new to the Frisco, TX area and he said that they would try and get there either in the afternoon or the next morning. He ended up changing their schedule around for me and said that Gustavo Gonzalez would be there in 10 minutes. Gustavo came out and fixed everything. He was amazing and so knowledgeable.!! The AC works great now and I wont use any other company but this one. (I had another AC company come out who told me that I needed all new AC units). If you are looking for any type of AC service, only use them as they were terrific!!!! I have been telling everyone I know about them....they are fantastic and gave me such a great price!!!

Gustavo Gus came over and immediately knew how to fix our duct/vent issues. Very polite and knowledgeable, plus he was able to give us an affordable quote and a quick available appointment. Javier and his helper Luis cleaned out our ducts/vents, sealed the returns and installed a UV home air purifier. Both were extremely kind and efficient while they worked thoroughout the rooms as my sons were in virtual school. We have lots of pets and didnt realize that all the hair they shed was getting sucked into the cracks of the return grilles, no matter how many times I would clean the floor it was no match for having cracks in the returns. Gus found the problem and gave us the perfect solution! Javier and Luis were very professional, experienced workers. Loved how they took care of all our furniture and collectibles, making sure that nothing got damaged. Cool Experts AC are our new heroes, no more dirty air for my asthmatic kiddos! I will not hesitate to contact them in the future, they are fast, efficient and truly experts.

Kind, efficient and very cost effective! My new go-to for HVAC maintenance and repairs.My ac stopped working just as the Texas summer heat was kicking in. I WFH and fans weren’t enough to cut it. Thankfully they fit me in same day and got everything back up and running. Who knew your supposed to clean the coolant lines every year or they literally stop working (at the worst time of course)! Ha.

I have had several other companies to diagnose the issue with our AC unit that was out of order for past few days but their efforts proved out a waste. I was too frustrated and decided to have it replaced and contacted them. Their tech inspected the equipment and told me not to go for replacement because he can repair it, he took an hour for repairing work. The unit is working great. I saved my money. Thanks!!

It was really hot outside. I came back from the market and sat in my bedroom and started AC. It created a strange noise and stopped working. It was too annoying. I wanted to have it fixed immediately. I called them and requested to come immediately. Their serviceman showed up in 30 minutes and got the equipment fixed in 15 minutes. They saved my life.
