Our capacitor went out mid-day during the Texas heat, we called a few places, everyone was booked out by a week and couldn’t squeeze us in. With two babies in the house and internal temps reaching close to 90. I called Prime AC and despite their busy schedule, they came over after their scheduled appointments and knocked it out and got our AC up and running before bed time. While replacing the capacitor, he walked me through the process, explained what happened and did a walk through to check for any other issues. Prime AC and Heat provided world class customer service.

I woke up not expecting to have to make a big purchase but I was glad to have Prime to help me figure it out. They took the extra time that I needed to decide on the best solution. The next day they came out and installed a new system for me. They made sure every part that needed to be replaced was replaced. Our new AC is quieter and doesnt have to run as much as our old one. I am not an expert but the work looks good and no mess was left. Times are turf right now, but Prime offered several financing options and I could pick the right one for my situation. I recommend them for a yearly checkup or a new install and everything in between.

Service tech was awesome. He came out within 45 minutes of my call, after hours. He explained everything. The first few attempts to fix my outdoor a/c unit were a bust, but he kept trying and found a solution. It was quite a bill, but worth it for just a couple hours in the heat.

This is my first time to ever post a review for any company. But, I must now. Prime has been beyond even being believed! I first called Prime about a year ago, with a furnace vent that had been left damaged and disconnected by my previous Heat A/C company. Jorge came out the same day I called, repaired and connected the vent and would not even charge me for his service! The other company wanted $150! And just yesterday, I had to again call in with a compressor issue. Jorge came the next day, fully checked my problem with the utmost courtesy, knowledge and professionalism-- and again, he did so without even a fee for his service!My business will most certainly be with Prime, so impressed with their service and top notch professionalism. After several calls to schedule an install went unanswered with one of the contractors, I went to Google and found Prime AC and Heat. All 5 star reviews, can those all be real? As others have stated, Jorge and his team were very professional, courteous and answered all questions. Jorge provided a detailed written estimate, including model numbers of the equipment to be installed along with explaining everything in detail. On installation day, Jorge and his team showed up on time and had my A/C replaced in a few hours. After completing the install, Jorge showed me the work that was done, went over the warranty information and made sure I was happy with the install. I am. Let me start by saying- All this 100% 5 stars is Not Joke,My heater was broken from days and I had Toms mechanic came and Quote for $498 for only blower motor replacement and it end up with they walking away from contract.However, George from Prime Ac & Heater came (i called 8am- he came 10am repair time 40-45min) and offered same repair for $250. After further more diagonist I decided to go with both board and blower motor replacement and it was came to $389 which was still cheaper then other.I highly recomend this people to eveyone.Let me end my review with they care and they are not here to rob you

I met the family of owner of this business at McDonanlds during the middle of summer and we were having issue with our thermostat sending the call for coooling to the air handler/condenser but they were not kicking in. I called the company and owner literally guided me over the phone and we were able to troubleshoot the problem to the point of finding a broken wire that goes from the wall to the outside condenser unit. Bingo, it worked! I must say that he owner is very technically qualified and knowledgeable about what he does. I am not trying to be a judge here, but I am a very handson person with strong background in physics/science as well as life sciences and generally get a fair feel about the person I am interacting with. I would like to thank the owner for his time that he gave me and for the courtesy of extending help to me over the phone. I also have a feeling that prices of this business will be fair enough.
