Rude, unprofessional, no respect for customers. I made an appointment for a repair and was told to show up at 8 am. When I showed up, a woman, looking angry, stormed over and told me Id have to leave - she couldnt fit me in today. I explained that she didnt need to fit me in - I had an appointment. She said she didnt have time to do it and demanded I leave and make another appointment. Businesses need to realize that people take time off from work, and get others to get up early or take time off of work as well to give them rides when they are given an appointment time. Not keeping appointments and then rudely driving your customers off like street beggars is NO way to run a business. I will NEVER be back, and I will tell everyone I see to avoid this place.

I am so grateful we found Slacks Automotive when we moved here 4 years ago. Car problems are so stressful so Slacks has been a life saver. They have fixed our cars multiple times and have done a wonderful job EVERY time. They are knowledgeable, honest and give the best price around. My son’s 2017 Dodge Charger had work done on it that should have been a simple fix but turned into a much bigger problem for us. He came across Slacks auto & THANK GOD! Not only did they fix his car the price they did all the work for was unbelievable!!! We are so happy & grateful for the hard work that was done.
