Keisha was awesome. I was nervous about driving into the bay area but the entire staff made me feel comfortable. I would definitely keep using this service I didn’t have to leave my car and the experience was fast and friendly! Kudos to Keisha she left me with a great message there is nothing that’s put in front of me I can’t do! I just love this place one of the guys in the tire area had such great customer service I came back to do my oil change!

How damn cool! My first visit ever. Was assisted by Keisha, who got me in a bay in no time for an oil change. Quick service, super friendly. Extremely pleased! Didnt realize they keep someone in the pit who drained my oil and changed my filter and I didnt even realize it until I asked. Just an overall great experience!

Friendly. Prompt. Assured me that I would be in and out as fast as possible. 10-15 min at most. Definitely better than waiting 1-3hrs for an oil change at the dealership.

Love this Place! Everybody is so friendly and so nice. First time I came to get my tire plug & they did it for free which was surprising. Oil changes are quick no hassle . They get you in and out. Tony is great most friendly person, if you don’t know something he’ll definitely inform you of everything.

I stopped by today to get air in my tires and Tony W was phenomenal, and very helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and helped me through the process tremendously for my first time! Wouldn’t want anyone else doing it, definitely will be coming back for oil changes or anything else and asking for him!! GREAT experience!

Prices are a little higher than some places, but one thing your cant pay for, great customer service and honesty. I would recommend this place to anyone. I took a friends car there to get serviced as they couldnt remember when they last took it there, the gentleman pulled it into the bay, came back and said it was serviced not that long ago and still had a few thousand miles to go when her couldve just did the oil change and charged for it. Her topped off the fluids, checked the tires and told me to have a nice day, no bill. Who does this? Awesome people

Car had some issues. Ended up replacing alternator. Desmond and his team found the problem and got the job done in a few hours! Where every where else has a wait until middle of September!! Desmond called me every so often to let me know what was going on!! Very professional! Quick! Pleased to say I am one happy customer!! And I will return and refer customers too this location !!

As usual, I had a great oil change experience. During my oil change they found a leak and I took it over to the mechanic side. They were very diligent and although it took longer than expected, they were extra cautious and made sure nothing else could go wrong. Then at the end of the week they didn’t increase the estimate even though it ended up taking way more labor than expected, and in fact helped me get the best price possible. Big thanks especially to Billy who was a huge help and to the mechanics working tirelessly on my car. Express is the most reliable and trusted by me and my family!

I scheduled an appointment at 9 am understanding that the oil change is firstcome first serve basis. I waited almost an hour and thirty mins before being told my car would not receive the scheduled rotation and balance. I understand that there were other cars ahead of me, but what is the purpose of scheduling online when theres already booked appointments. The only reason Im giving this review a three is because Tony was amazing. His customer service skills are phenomenal!

I’ve been going to this express oil for years just to get an oil change and always had a great experience. This was the first time I went to get maintenance done and everything went so well. Desmond and his tech Orion were timely and always transparent about costs and the expected timeline for repairs. Absolutely incredible and greatly appreciated.

Do not like the women employeeVery odd. The one is fine she knows what shes doing but the one trying to act masculine is very uncomfortable to be around. The one girl is very good. The one is very lazy was steadily playing on her little smart watch. Need to get rid of her. Constantly asking the other girl before she makes any move. I hated being here. I really like the black guy. And the other girl.

Had my brakes done before and was very satisfied but took Ford in for air-conditioning and very disappointed, cost me $145.00 and still dont work. I talked my son in taking it there, I told him they were dependable, wrong. I was going to take my truck back to have it worked on but I think I will change my mind.

Keisha is by far the most contentious customer service representative I have ever encountered. I could probably get an oil change and other services a little cheaper somewhere else, but as long as Keisha is there, why would I want to? I’ve been in the area for work for the pastCouple of weeks and driving all the way from NH I found I needed an oil change before I head back. Keisha greeted me with a smile and got me situated right away. She showed me patiently how to do certain steps - which I was able to follow. The oil change was fast and thorough. I asked Keisha to do her best to keep it within a budget and she helped me do so. For what could’ve been a pretty boring To Do list experience, Keisha made it enjoyable! Great service, nothing negative to say at all honestly. I ended up here as I missed my appointment with the dealership yesterday. Keisha is awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. Theyre fast, efficient and very informative regarding giving consumer information about their vehicle while performing services. I literally only spent maybe 15 minutes total there...ok that may be reaching, Ill say 20 mins tops..the oil change literally only took 10 minutes though and me personally Ive never been to an establishment to get an oil change and the manager comes out to greet/speak and make sure youre satisfied before leaving, first time for everything..Cant help but to go back in March when my next service is due and big ups for honoring our Military as well. Thanks again ;)

An honest mechanic, what a breath of fresh air. I thought I needed an oxygen sensor but their analytics proved the part was not defective and they even rotated my tires and changed lug nuts for free. I highly recommend this location for all your car related repairs!

Im typically not a fan of chain mechanic shops, but the folks at here are an exception to the rule. My first trip here just happened to be because I needed a quick oil change and my usual place couldnt get me in - I left impressed....so much so that I went back for my next two oil changes. Then my air conditioner stop working and they checked it out without charging me and gave me an option for fixing it. It ended up being two issues, but they fixed them both and worked with me on pricing as well. I cant say enough about how friendly everyone is here and I dont feel like Im being over charged for the services they perform.

Service here is always the very best. My family and I have been coming here for some time and enjoy the quick and professional work they perform on our vehicles.
