We used Delta Restoration for the mitigation and restoration of our basement after our ejector pump failed. Kevin came out immediately and began removing the carpet and vanity that had been damaged. After removing the carpet and vanity he began cleaning and sanitizing the basement. Kevin and his team were professional and did amazing work. He answered all of our questions before beginning any work. Kevin was very thorough in making sure that the work was completed to our liking and in a timely manner. Kevin Jones of Delta Restoration Services was a Godsend when our upstairs bathroom flooded, and we had water cascading through the floor and downstairs into our laundry room and utility room. He was very responsive, coming out late on a Friday afternoon, when several others wouldnt, explained everything he would need to do step by step. Other than the noise from the blowers drying out our carpets for several days and nights, this was as pain-free an experience as we could have hoped for. He came back just about every day to check the moisture levels, gave us great advice and was just as kind as he could be. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend him!

Kevin Jones (owner) personally came out to my house within 45 minutes of me calling him. He accessed the problem area and got right to work. He made sue I was informed of everything he was doing the entire time. He also made a best friend in my cat, lol. I would definitely use him and his team again. They will be my first call if I have any more water issues.
