Purchased a home and decided to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. We werent there during the service visit to talk with the technicians. But during our inspection of the carpets we couldnt see any real difference. If it wasnt for the faint smell of cleaner we wouldnt have know they were there.We were hoping for better results or feedback from the technicians on why they couldnt get it any cleaner.

What wonderful and extraordinary service. They arrived about an hour after we made the phone call, it was already late and worked till past midnight to insure that the damage was contained. We had the grout deep cleaned on our tile flooring and there really is no difference in the color of the grout. I could have used a mop and seen the same effect. Smells clean but shows no difference.The guys were all very nice and professional just wish the cleaning would have been more noticeable.12/3/2020Ok so the owner called me, we talked about the flooring and they sent the guys back over to reclean the floor and WOW what a difference!! This is my second experience with First Serve, and I remain very impressed. The crew was punctual, responsive, and efficient. Though my job this time was relatively small - den, hallway and stairwell - the 21 year-old carpet is white with personalized pet spots. I was hoping for presentable, and the result far exceeded my hopes. The quality of the work was superior, and the results far exceed the price.

First Serve and all employees are superb. The deck (and siding on the porch!!) look brand new and I havent even re-stained it! They are the bees knees and I recommend them for any of their services.
