We were really impressed that they told us they would not start work until they had all the materials they needed, completed the job in 3 days, very detail oriented. Highly recommended.

Immediate assistance was needed to patch my roof before the rain started again. Paul Davis was at my house within hours after I contacted them. Robin contacted me shortly thereafter to begin the process of replacing my roof and repair internal damages. He was very professional...listened to all my questions, gave me answers that I understood, worked with my insurance agent directly, kept me abreast of the process, made sure my new roof was installed correctly, and internal repairs were completed. I want to note that the roof replacement and internal damage repairs were completed in advance of my expected timeline. John and Wes were both out the same day I called AllState. Both were extremely respectful, professional and helpful, talked me through the process and helped give me an idea of what would come next. They went out of their way to help me move stuff and did a great job cleaning up. One of my biggest concerns with the water damage to the house was what to do with the dogs while the contractors and workers were here, as I have two large six month old puppies, but everyone who came here from the cleanup crew was nice to the dogs and willing to put up with them being in the house, which helped relieve a lot of stress. After they dried everything out, they even came back on a Saturday to get everything out of the house and do some more cleanup to make our life easier. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Robin Altmeyer, Bobby East, and Eric (the technician who did the restoration work) were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process from estimate through completion of the work. Their advice on how to accomplish our restoration was invaluable. Eric was efficient, personable, and pleasant. The work itself has made our basement look better than it ever has.

Our whole downstairs was flooded and our insurance company recommended pauldavis. When Chad (who no longer works with them) came out to give us a quote he was very nice, but then after we hired them everything changed. He subcontracted some guys that did halfway work and the job took 4 days longer than what he quoted. When I tried speaking with him about what was going on and why the work was not being done right he got very defensive and aggravated, and threatened to pull out of the job and take everything with him. We did finally get the job done and it wasnt half bad, but there were still quite a few defects. The manager ended up coming out and looking at the shoddy work and refunded us $500, which was our deductible that we had to pay out of pocket. He did this because they did not lay the flooring right under our dishwasher or our stove, the paint did not match on our walls, and Chad was very unprofessional. In the end, it definitely was not the worst situation, but could have been much better and more pleasant.

Communication has been great, and Josh is a great manager by keeping up on things. Theyre very comprehensive and I couldnt be happier with the project.
