The owner came out and quoted a job that I thought would cost a lot more. He went above and beyond. He’s honest and dependable. I didn’t everything cleared because I forgot to be honest. He came and couldn’t do the job. Contacted me. I fixed the clearing, he immediately came back and was nice about it. His honesty is worth it all. I’ll never use another company and will always recommend him.

I was waiting on our buyers home inspection to post my review from attic mold remediation....Paul came out quickly and on time. His estimate was the lowest and compared to other estimates, he was going to provide the same necessary service and was not trying to scam me into unnecessary services like some of the others. When you walk into your home and your home is unexpectedly filled with water, it’s a terrible feeling. Who are you supposed to call? How much money is this going to cost? How much time will it take to clean up? Is there mold? There are more questions than answers—and if you’ve never been through something like that, you don’t even know where to start...When this recently happened to me, I immediately started placing calls—looking for help. Many calls went unanswered, but Paul Rusticus answered immediately. Paul was calm, collected, and, to my relief, he asked if he could come by by right away. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, told me a little about himself and his firm, and said he could start right away if that’s what I wanted.The place was SUCH a disaster and there was so much to clean up, but throughout the next 4 days or so, Paul and his group at 9Line Restoration diligently worked the project. Paul kept me up-to-date daily, answered ANY and all questions I had (and I had a LOT!) and was polite and respectful throughout. Whether it can be attributed to his military service, his experience in this field, or its it’s just his personality I don’t know—but he never complained or seemed stressed once. He was 100% (not 75% or 85%, but 100%) available and professional throughout—and he did absolutely everything to completion from start to stop without me having to do a single thing. He got all the water out, dried it completely, removed all damaged materials and cleaned the space completely. He even came back more than once to look at things that probably weren’t even “his job” AFTER he had already completed his work. The guy was amazing.To be clear, I NEVER want to go through anything like this ever again, but, if I did, or if I knew someone who did, there’s only one person and one firm I’d even bother calling—Paul Rusticus and 9Line Restoration. 9Line crew was very nice about the whole thing came in under everyone else bid and was not pushing just wanted to make me and my wife were happy they went above and beyond and I appreciate everything you guys did thank you .

We have a 9 month old baby and were concerned about damp carpet and her crawling. They came out 1st thing the next day but made sure it wasnt nap time. They were one of the most attentive and hardworking group of guys. They were very detailed oriented. Would definitely recommend.
