Used them to fix a flat roof on a back porch. did a great job showed up when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner. Went above and beyond found a couple other issued they went ahead and fixed while doing the job. Were very thorough in cleaning up after themselves. I am using them again for another job I have to get done. Great job and would highly recommend.

One star is too many. Remodeled our house with them. None of the doors they installed works properly, not plum, not level or the frame was not straight when installed. One door was so bad it wont even shut. One corner keeps hitting the frame. Instead of taking the trim off and adjust the frame, Sam tried to sand off the corner of the door so it will fit. Two of the doors I redid have no header installed, I did not check the others. One door frame is warped.They drained one of the bathtubs right into crawl space. I have to call the county office before they come fix it. Not all required vent pipes were installed. I had to install under sink air vent so the drain pipes have air to breathe.I have to redo the entire floor. It comes apart in Winter and bulges in Summer. Instead of relaying the floor properly, Sam tried to trim off one of the sides so that it wont bulge. They said it is a floating floor, but bolted and nailed it to the board underneath. The floor wasnt properly leveled before laying the floor.Upstairs bathroom leaks through the ceiling and did not come back to fix it. I had to open up the ceiling and repaired the leaking pipe because I cannot wait for Sam who denied the problem is his work despite they were hired to remodel the entire home, that includes the bathroom.The wall are not smoothly finished, had lines, bumps, not square and cracks in the middle. The ceilings had cracks appearing a little after a year of remodeling. The screws were too far into the drywall and created a lot of screw pockets within a year. They did not even use drywall screws in many places.He installed some vent pipes but did not cap with one-way valve. As a result we had to endure the sewage smell for almost two months. He told us to install charcoal filters. We had no idea what to do or did not know such device exists for vent pipe. He finally sent a different plumber who install one-way valves for the vent pipes.The smell from upstairs lasted for two years, because we couldnt find the source. I finally open up the wall behind the sink and found the problem. They left the vent pipe wide open. See suggestions he gave me.One siding came off with a gust of wind. Siding wasnt installed properly leaving sill plate exposed. I used an extra siding to cover sill plate from getting wet temporarily.I had to redo the roof they installed because they never figured out where it leaks.He pretty much denied most of the problems despite I sent pictures to him. I was frustrated by the whole experience. It is almost two years since we moved in and I am still fixing his sloppy works.Make your own judgment, they laid carpet before they work on the ceiling and paint the wall. They lay the floor before the ceiling was done and the wall was painted. Such a mess. So, many unprofessional finishes to mention.He bet on not getting call to fix their problems. He blame everything else but his work. I have to twist his arm and threaten to fix a few things. Add much more unnecessary stress on us, not showing up and/or not answering calls.His contract with us requires payments by a certain dates. He expects those payment regardless of the amount of work done. The contract leaves a small frictional amount to be paid upon the completion of the job. The truth is he doesnt care about that last tiny payment, and he will use that money for anything he doesnt want to fix or could not fix.I just report what he did. None of my reviews shows up on BBB so not sure how reliable BBB rating is. 25 years in business according to BBB and only a few reviews? make your own conclusion.Windows: Condensation, wind draft, stains, not using window tape when installing and wrong sloping sill. Seriously, they sloped one window sill inside, instead of outside, so water sits on the sill. For one window, the install a trim by nailing the trim onto the window frame itself.

I hired this company to do some soffit caps, fascia board and patio door support replacements. I did have some scheduling issues mostly due to rain so there were several dates set up for which they did not come. I would give them a 5 based on the work performed but I think the communication could be a little better to reschedule when they are not going to come for an appointed time. When they were finally able to do the job they were fast, efficient, friendly, cleaned everything up and the price, I felt was very reasonable. The owner stayed on the premises while his crew was working. I would absolutely hire them again to do work of this nature.

We had Exteriors Plus do several small projects for us. Fixing aluminum flashing and replacing soffits; gutter repairs, and installing new gutters on our detached garage. Sam gave us quick accurate quotes on all this work. His team did top-notch work. Along the way, there were a few findings that he was quick to communicate that did expand the work a very little (rotten wood wont hold up a gutter). In the end, we were on budget and after a rain delay, we were on time!Exteriors Plus does great work and are priced right.

Me and my wife was very satisfied with the work they did. And it was done very quickly also very good work.

Lived in one of the owners rentals for 2 years, in that time, getting anything fixed was a hassle. Had to constantly blow him up and when it was fixed it was always a poor job. Most recently got stuck with a $325 water bill due to a water leak that he didn’t resolve back in February of 2018. His wife and him both assured me they had no intentions to do me wrong, but both did. Will not answer any calls or texts regarding the matter. A slumlord at your finest.
