When Uber surges to $90 its good to know there are still good taxis in Indianapolis. $35 with tip to airport. Clean, safe ride from downtown to the airport early on a Saturday. Lost a star for excessive speed on the freeway but was safe.

Called a cab for a blind customer. I went out to tell the driver that the customer was blind and would need help in/out of the vehicle and will need help with his bags when he arrives at his destination. He rolled his eyes and shook his head and I immediately declined the ride. ZTrip was faster and kinder! Green Cab will never get business from my bar ever again!!!!! TERRIBLE customer service and terrible treatment for disabled customers. Flat out RUDE and hateful. Do NOT give them your money! ZTrip is much better!!!!!

Called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to go from my house to an auto shop 30 minutes away, was told he couldnt give me an estimate and then promptly hung up. Extremely rude, unprofessional business.

I called the cab company an hour and half. Just in case. I called an hour later. A new person answered and said he had no clue that I called. Very unprofessional. Never again.

Called for a quote to see if it would be cheaper to rent a vehicle or book a taxi. Individual who answered the phone wouldnt take the few minutes to speak with me. When they found out I was asking for a price instead of booking a ride they immediate hung up on me.

Called 35 minutes before I had to be at work. I was quoted 15- 20. Called to check on it after 30 mins. The man said he was on his way. Waited 10 more mins called back and was hung up on. I tried again phone rang and rang. When I called private he answered and said he was calling to check and left me on hold. They never showed up.

Cab 109 was super unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend to anyone ever. Doesn’t know how to drive. I was scared and my life was in harms way. There were multiple instances where we almost got into car accident. Not to mention he was saying inappropriate things to me. I would rather walk. Uber and lyft is the way to go.

Green Cab #528 was driving crazy. Cut me off, actually got out of his car and came up to my car. Then proceeded to follow me. All because im a Lyft/Uber driver and cabbies hate us because we take away from there dieing business. Cabs are twice as much as Uber/Lyft.I had to call his dispatcher to tell him to have his cab driver back off. Fat ugly angry man who has no business driving and dealing with people.

Today is March 2 at 10 o’clock I just called to get a friend a ride from 16th and community Hospital to E. 14th St. at the hotel there and the guy informed me he didn’t know how many miles that was so I told him he was about 2 miles he said to be about 10 bucks but he doesn’t want to drive it he doesn’t have drivers that want to drive that short of a distance and he was rude and then after I hung up I realize they only have two stars and I can see why and then I read everybody else’s comment so I agree with them because he was rude hateful and don’t want to drive less than 2 miles

I called them today to get to an important appointment and I was already iffy because I called them previously once before and were Very RUDE .. So I took a chance today and was highly annnoyed and felt victimized because I’m 7 months pregnant and kinda falling on hard times I only had to go about 12 mins from my house which shouldn’t be but 10 dollars maybe he drug the ride out to almost 14 dollars each both there and back and when I called them back to pick me up instead of calling and saying they arrived he just honked the horn at me and seemed upset I had got me something to eat but I’m pregnant for God’s sake ! He kept trying to drag the ride out to get more money and when he dropped me off he stayed outside my house like he was taking down my Address and was being really rude about his door as if I really have strength to open and close it at 7 months pregnant like a normal person would they are just horrible and will never contact them again Money Hungry Rude Prejudice Predatory People !!!

SO ON NOVEMBER 9TH, 2017 AT 5:55 PM CAB # 302 NEARLY SIDE SWIPED MY CAR SO I FLASHED MY LIGHTS AND THEN HE INTENTIONALLY PULLED UP ON THE SIDE OF MY CAR WITH CUSTOMERS, IN HIS CAR, & BEGAN TALKING SMART, YELLING, CURSING AND TELLING ME TO SHUT UP 😡😡😡😡.SO I CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE CAB AND THIS BOOTLEG COMPANY HAD SOMEONE ANSWERING THE CALLS WITH HIS PERSONAL PHONE.... THIS IDIOT NEEDS TO CHECK HIS SELF BEFORE SOMEONE MESSES HIS IGNORANT STUPID BUTT UP....THERES A REASON WHY THIS CAB COMPANY IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CAB TOTEM POLL.......THEN AGAIN YELLOW CAB LETS THERE BLACK DRIVERS GET SHOT AT AND SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG, BUT WHEN ONE OF THERE WHITE DRIVERS GET HELD UP AT GUN POINT, THEY HAD IT ON THE NEWS.......CABS SUCK, USE UBER AND LYFT.

I called to notify this company that #620 vans front left tire was vibrating badly as if it were loose and about to fly off! When I reached them, they answered in English, then when i told them the problem, they started babbling incoherently then hung up on me! That van could be an innocent persons last ride due to their negligence, plus he was going 80mph super scary! Very poor communication and customer service. I highly recommend to not use this cab companys service!!

This review would most definitely be receiving a negative 5 stars if I were able. Severe lack of professionalism by both drivers and the office. Cab # 528 finds it acceptable to run other drivers off of the road, make offensive gestures, and go as far as to point a gun at my fiancé when his negligence was pointed out. My fiancé called the company only to be ignored. When he voiced his concerns to them the only words stated were ok before they disconnected. For your safety and everyone elses, AVOID these drivers and this company all together.

The name is pretty ironic considering their driver #964 spent the past mile littering along Michigan Rd. Why he couldn’t wait to put his soda cup and burger box in the trash can at any gas station or public trash can is really something I can’t understand.
