THESE FOLKS!! The ONLY reason they get 3 stars is because....well! They got us there!! But, they were late! And the reason for their tardiness is because HE PICKED THE WRONG PERSON! The lady at dispatch basically told me, I understand that u booked the fair 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE, but so soddy!! Hell be there when he gets there! He picked up the wrong person! I had to catch a bus, and it wasnt gonna wait on me! So, I cant really brag on them.

I ordered a taxi 3 hours in advance. When it came time for pickup, the website just said looking for available driver. No wonder Uber and Lyft are destroying you. Never again will I trust you.
Called three different times on critical need for transportation for medical need and told no driver available for future date. Not good source if you must get somewhere as a senior.

I called Indy Airport Taxi at 9:30 am after grocery shopping for a ride home. The dispatcher told me it would be between 45 min. and 1 hr. After waiting an hour, I called them back and asked for an ETA. I was told there were no taxis on the west side of Indianapolis but they would try to get a driver there. 20 minutes later I was able to get home via Uber. I used to use them because of their good service but that seems to have gone away. Let the market force them into bankruptcy.

I take a cab(Indy air) to a doctor and its in and out but I cant ride back with the same driver that took me even though hes still there, so I have to wait for a hour and a half for another driver to come take me home no matter how far away he is. This happens every weekend so this was my last trip with you! Please note all your drivers are great but your system sucks for what should have taken me30 min round trip has now been 2hrs and 36min and still not home
I booked a taxi on their website on May 1st to pick me up from work at 11pm. I called to see if the taxi was on its way and the lady who answered the phone said they were not taking any bookings because of the virus. When I asked her why I was allowed to book a cab, she rudely said she did not know and she just worked there. Not the first time I had a problem with this company. I had a problem with booking a cab a few months ago so I kept trying and when I booked a cab, the lady said my cab was canceled because I cancelled my booking for a cab three times so I had to have a friend of mine drive 45 minutes to take me to work. I will never use this company again. Lucky for me, UBER came and picked me up last night.

Called this company for a lift to the airport from a country inn and suites and she just sent the taxi to one on the other side of the city. When we called to verify and give her our address again she pretend she was taking our info then hung up. Terrible customer service.

So it depends on the driver if it is a good ride or not. My husband has rode a total of 4 times with them. The first ride the guy was talking on his phone in his foreign language the hour that it took to get there and then in the way back he was on his phone watching videos. Oh he also had it 100 degrees in the van. The next 2 rides were pretty good. Then the ride today the guy almost had a head on collision trying to pass a semi as slow as he could on a hill in a no passing zone and then he almost clipped the semi getting over to avoid the head on collision all because he was on his phone. I am not trying to sound racist at all but both the bad rides were with people from the middle east . But they do call 10 mins b4 they get there.
Great deal on a reliable car for a friend! They have great drivers prompt service and friendly! To expedite our pickup we had complete info ready for the dispatcher where we were and to where we were going. They seemed very happy to help with things to do once we were picked up and had a very comical driver too.
Ive been riding in cabs for many years and I have to give this company 5 stars. Theyre always there to pick me up, always respectful, caring, very happy every day! I will always feel blessed to have them as my cab service!

Extremely erratic and reckless drivers! Saw THREE this week driving 25+ over the speed limit in heavy traffic, weaving between cars and tailgating other vehicles. Was behind taxi 179 this morning for about an hour plate 244TWD. Driver was continually driving at high speeds between 90-100mph before having to slow down for traffic, was then cutting off other vehicles and semis, tried to pass long line of vehicles in a construction zone with ONE LANE TRAFFIC near Fort Wayne. Clearly drivers are not monitored or screened for safe driving practices and some of them should NOT be on the road.
Based on the driving of van number 156 Id say youd be better off hitchhiking with a convicted murderer. All over the road from Winchester Indiana all up 36. Would go 15 mph under the speed limit and then speed up to 15 over. When finally able to safely pass this aashat, hes on FaceTime.

Called them for a man that is hearing impaired. Called because cab never showed up. The dispatcher told me that they came and that they know this since cab has GPS. If I could give them the tip of one point I would.
Great service! Every time I ride with Indy Airport, I end up having a good conversation with the driver. They have all been on time and really nice. Im surprised others have had issues with paying credit card, Ive paid cash and with card before and never had the driver be upset. I trust taxi companies much more than Uber and I will use Indy Airport Taxi whenever I need a ride!
I try not to complain but Ive had about as much as I can take.Unfortunately its not just this company but this review is for this company.I started a new job about 5ish months ago that requires me to work weekends often and Ive tried using this company many times in the past and at times they are very quick but unfortunately most of the time it takes an ungodly amount of time to get a cab.Today 2-25-18 I called at 5:42am for a pickup (checking the status numerous occasions) 7:40am still sitting on the board. Im due at work at 7:30am.This isnt the first time this has happened.
We use airport taxi a few times a year and have never had a bad experience. Starting calling them after another cab company didnt show up on time. They are reliable, quick, and courteous. I was surprised to only see a two star rating when I looked up the phone number today. Ive never had anything but good service.
They have the rudest dispatcher,(only one there on a Saturday evening) you better smooch up to her because if you dont she will find any reason to hang up on you and refuse to pick you up!Taxi service companies no longer care about polite customer service, they always are rude and hateful, and you had better be within a certain area as well within a mile or so from where they were dispatched from, or else the drivers will fleece you for more money than what the meter says! I would give this negative stars if possible. Do not ever use this service. Driver over 40 minutes late to take my son for chemo appointment. When they do pick up the vehicles are filthy, Tried to file a complaint and the “supervisor” who answered the call took absolutely NO responsibility. By far the worst cab company in Indianapolis. Take an Uber or Lyft instead. You will be much happier!
Always on time if a little bit early. Yes they are hard to understand but that is to be expected. Momo is a great driver and friendly. I am a weekly customer and ride with them to Gary,IN every Sunday. All in all a positive experience and I will use them again.

I called and was very respectful & just asked a simple question “Do you have any cabs available” the lady said no and hung up directly in my face as I tried to ask her another question so I called back to try to tell her that was very rude and I have another question she then stated “we don’t have taxi’s” and hung up again very unprofessional, very rude & I will not be ordering or referring anybody else to use this taxi service, where is the respect, the customer service highly disappointed.

I fly weekly and parking at the airport can be pretty expensive, and I didnt want my daughter to have to get up at 4am to take me, so I decided to try scheduling Indy Airport Taxi. I went online and registered, then scheduled a cab for the next morning. There were places to put the gate access code to my apartment complex, as well as additional instructions.At 3:55am, the cab driver called me and seemed to be having difficulty with the gate code. He did not speak English very well and communicating with him was difficult. He said he got the gate open and I told him to drive straight back to the first stop sign, then turn right to my street. 10 minutes later, there was still no sign of him. Driving down this road should have taken less than 1 minute. I called him back and he said he was at a dead end. Then he said named a street name that isnt even in my neighborhood. I tried again to guide him with instructions and told him that I had an International flight and we were now running late. I walked 2 blocks with my baggage to attempt to meet him at the stop sign. I waited there, and he still did not show up. I called him again and he said he had driven past the stop sign. This confirmed that he wasnt even in my neighborhood! I had to walk back to my apartment and wake my daughter to drive me after all. Horrible service!! If you drive a cab, then you need to know how to operate a GPS and be able to locate a street address. Clearly incompetent, and had I not had someone who could take me as a back-up, I would have missed my flight for sure.
Would not even give this company a single star. I was told the driver would call me when he got to the airport to pick me up. I waited over 40 minutes for the taxi and when I called back was told no drivers were in my area. Needless to say I NEVER got a call and was NEVER picked up. I am an older lady and was traveling alone. Nota good situation late at nite.
Scheduled a pick up the day prior and when the driver was 15 minutes late I called to confirm that someone was on the way. I was told that no one had been assigned yet and that there was no one in the area to assign. I was informed that maybe in twenty minutes a driver might be available. After using the Uber app I had a great ride at my door in ten minutes. I canceled my taxi and dont plan to use anything but Uber from now one. I now know why the taxi industry hates Uber.

Called for a cab and waited 25 minutes. When I called back they said it was cancelled due to traffic and no one else was picking it up. We never received a call saying there was a concern and may now miss our flight. Very unprofessional.
I used to like how the drivers would show right up once they were booked, but now, it seems the minimum wait is 30 to 45 minutes. I called them to ask how much longer, and I always get some dry answer as to where the driver is currently. That was NOT MY question. Im tracking the driver on my Tablet, and its showing that the driver has been in the same spot for 15 minutes. Im over it.
This is by far the worst taxi company by far! They made my daughter late to her Doctors appointment that i have been trying to schedule for months because they were so late. I will never use this serivce again. I wish i could give them 0 stars. Uber it is from now on when i dont want to drive.

Almost every drive i have had since using this service has been extremely rude, and short. If they are not talking on the phone in african they will flat out not even say 1 single word to you. It is very uncomfortable. On a good note it seems to be cheaper then yellow cab, but with the rude drives i see why.
If i could rate negative stars i would. I had scheduled a pick up & return tritrip. Driver was late picking me up & i had to wait almost 3 hrs for my return trip. After several calls dispatch told me they didnt know what happened. And that as soon as they could find a driver theyd come get me. But they werent sure how long it would be. And that they didnt schedule trips. That is a flat out lie! They do & they did schedule my rides. This company is completely unreliable & will lie to cover up their mistakes. The drivers themselves were nice. My driver who did finially pick me up felt bad i had to wait so long & made sure he got me home as fast as he could. Its just a shame he is working for such a terrible company
Smelly, stupid, rude. They show up 30-60 minutes early and then get angry about waiting. They get rude over literally nothing, not just the drivers but dispatch as well. The drivers are almost without exception foreign nationals, almost none of which speak English fluently and almost all of which honestly stink. Regardless of their fluency none have been able to follow simple directions, this would not be such a problem if many of them also lack proficiency in operating their GPS. I have also enjoyed the very loud shouting matches in whatever Aftican language they (almost exclusively) speak. Do yourself a favor, if there is any other way to get where youre going, use it.
Needed a taxi at a certain time reserved it 5 hours in advance using their app. Called to make sure the driver would make it at that time. Was rushed off the phone but assured he would make it. Well he didnt so I looked at the app to see how far he was from me. To far to wait. So I opted for another service. A call or something would have been nice.
Zero stars isnt an option. Weve had a few issues with this company. They didnt show up to take my girlfriend to an appointment a couple times then today, she was dropped off at the hospital and wasnt picked up for two hours. Thank God she didnt have our four year old daughter with her. When she called to ask what the deal was, they said they sent the driver to the wrong address and claimed they lost her phone number...thats why they didnt call. When we called to talked to somebody in charge, Lacy was EXTREMELY RUDE and down right HATEFUL!!! Wouldnt let us talk to her boss. Not to mention, she always says the drivers are reckless.
Awful! Called to the airport to pick up passengers on a private flight. Came in to check in with me. I told him it would be several minutes. Next thing I know, hes pulling away and leaving...right as the passengers were walking in! Dispatch tried to say that drivers dont come in to check and thats why he left without saying anything. That would be a valid argument if he hadnt just come in to inquire about the flight! I had to call back and request that the rude driver return...doesnt deserve a dime.

Taxi 046. Unprofessional driver. He was honking at drivers to speed trough yellow lights and almost caused a collision. Once he passed the driver he was harassing the cab driver flipped him the middle finger. Very unprofessional and dangerous. I’ve never had this experience with an Uber driver. Will never use Indy Airport Taxi.

I used Indy Airport Taxi for 3 appointments for my 12 yr old daughter & all 3 times we waited almost 2 hrs to be picked up not to mention customer service was horrible every single time. The women who answer the phones cut me off while Im talking and dont correct their own mistakes. On my daughters last appointment, (which was for the dentist) they had the address to her eye dr (which was her appointment prior) & because they refused to correct their own mistakes, my daughter & I had to walk down a very busy street to go to the address they had on file so we could be picked up (her eye dr) I explained to the lady on the phone that they must have confused her prior appointment with the appointment she had now but the lady didnt even let me finish explaining that I have my kid with me & didnt feel comfortable walking or waiting 2 hrs to be picked up but she refused to fix her mistake & my daughter & I ended up walking to her eye dr to wait to be picked up. When I explained to the cab driver he was going to the wrong address he treated me as if I was lying & when I tried to prove to him because the building was closed he left us there anyway & said he had other customers to get to. This was the last straw for me because my daughter & I where left in a situation I was uncomfortable with, nobody around so if anything had happened to us nobody would have know & to top it off the driver could care less. Customer service is 100% horrible & I would never recommend Indy Airport Taxi to my worse enemy! Mine you I made my appointments a week in advance so if there was a problem with the address they should of fixed their own mistake not abandon my daughter & I when I showed the driver the door to the building was locked & even said your just gonna leave us! & sure enough he did & said call dispatch (so I can wait 2 hrs to be picked up from a place I didnt feel safe at with my child at an address I didnt even ask to be dropped off at) The do not care about the safety of their customers adults or children!!
Driver 617 changes lanes without signaling in the middle of an intersection while going 20 mph below the limit. Guy behind us honked and flipped us off while the driver was completely oblivious to the situation.

Van #283 almost hit me while trying to switch lanes on US 31S today... I honked and braked; he proceeded to cut me off. Luckily one of us cares enough to avoid an accident.Then he sailed out into an intersection, about 3 car lengths past where he was supposed to stop, to turn right at a red light where there is no turn on red.
On 31 S heading towards Carmel. Taxi 654 is texting and driving, swerving all over the place. Extremely dangerous to other drivers.
I flagged down one of these cab drivers on a Saturday night at the bars downtown. The driver took me home, calling me beautiful and sexy the whole drive. It made me uncomfortable, but I had been drinking and was SO ready to just get home asap. Once we arrive, he insists on carrying me up to my door because I had a scraped knee. It didnt stop there, he then was walking inside my doorway even when I said not to, to the point I had to scream for my roommate to get her to wake up and make him just leave. As mentioned, I had been drinking, I do not remember tipping anywhere near as much as the tip that appeared on my debit card the next morning..suspicious.. he had my phone number from the ride and persisted to text, call, FaceTime, and leave voicemails on my phone for 3 days calling me his baby and saying he missed me and to contact him asap. As a young female, this is TERRIFYING, especially the fact he now knows where I live. Cab drivers are supposed to be people you trust with your location, to get you from point A to point B... not to have you about to press charges on behalf of harassment. On top of all of this, I spoke with the manager of the company who said hed work everything out and call me back....never heard back from him

This is the second time Ive used this service to schedule a taxi for my daughter who is a student at UIndy. First time, there were no issues at all. This time the lady who answered was rude and demanded a physical address for her dorm building. When I could not provide one, she told me she couldnt help me. UIndy is not that big of a campus so when I told her it was on Campus Drive, she still refused to take my info. I hung up, dialed another company and they were more than happy to help me WITHOUT a physical pickup address.
Terrible. I was getting off work and needed a cab home. The driver I flagged down asked me where I was going before he would let me in the car. Then when I told him, he decided he didnt want to drive there. So I asked him to call in another cab to come pick me up. He refused. Started to roll up his window, and drive off. I asked him what his cab number was, and he said that he didnt know. Seriously, worst cab company in the city. Im kinda shocked Uber hasnt put them out of business yet. If you really want a cab, do yourself a favor, and flag down or call ANYONE but Indy Airport Taxi. Their drivers are rude, dont know their way around the city, rarely speak fluent English, and the cabs just generally smell like farts.
Not good at all. They never have help and they always have delays like two hour delays. We used to use this service, but nowadays they suck and never have any drivers available. They need to hire up and get their business in order.

Attempted to pay fare with credit card like we had been for the entire weekend. Driver kept telling us we had to pay cash. He got very angry with us. When we said we did not have enough cash, he finally used credit card. He then told us it was denied. We gave him another card and he said that was denied also. We believe he was entering wrong information on purpose since both cards were valid. After 15 minutes he tried the credit card again and it magically worked this time. Very bad experience.
I would definely give this company 0 if I had that option, this company is trash! Drivers can’t drive, they take the longest route possible to get you to your destination, also, there was a situation where I needed to be picked up, I was far from home, I was told it would be 20 minutes, and it was hours. I switched from yellow cab to indy airport but now i switch between the two. indy airport is rude, not only are their drivers rude their dispatch staff is rude as well. ive never understood a place that doesnt have managers on the site.they feel if you book with the app they dont need to call you when your cab is late, although their business cards state your appointment is important to use, we will get you there on timeyesterday a dispatcher told me well our drivers go where they want so i cant give you an estimated time of when a driver should be therei booked my cab the night before and my job pays me to pay the driver.they need better service
Out of desperation, this is unfortunately your best bet for transportation if Uber or Lyft arent working but by no means does that mean Indy Airport is reliable or trustworthy. The drivers barely speak any English and tend to be on the rude side. Half of the time, I am fearing for my life as they swerve between traffic like were in a video game. On more than a handful of occasions, cabs have dropped my request without notice and left me stranded, wondering when my ride will arrive.. if ever. They complain that other services such as Lyft are stealing business due to cheaper prices but frankly its the service that is to blame. Id pay more money, in fact, to feel safe and secure and arrive or leave a destination in a timely manner. None of those things are ever true when riding with this company. I wish this city would do something about it.

I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years and sometimes i get a good cab driver but majority of the times the drivers are rude and have attitudes. They get mad at the fact that you use your debit card to pay instead of cash, some will even say smart comments to you about using your debit card. They are alot cheaper than yellow cab but like I said the drivers are rude I just had an incident today where the driver got mad because all i had was my card and his machine was down. I simply asked him nicely could he call my card in and he got mad and said this was a waste of my time.And he left me out the car without me paying for the services. I dont care about a free ride without im more upset with the rude attitude he had as soon as i step foot into the cab. I usually dont do reviews or stand up but he is not the first rude driver but its been far too many so I will no longer be calling them. Idc how much cheaper it is ill take my chances.

Taxi made my boyfriend late for work. We had reserved it the night before, but nobody ever showed up, he had to catch a ride with someone in our complex.
Two experiences with this company was enough. Both times, I booked in advance using their website. The first time was OK, but the driver arrived 30 minutes early for my airport pick-up, leaving me scrambling to finish packing. The second time, no cab ever showed up, so I had to find another way to get to the airport at the last minute. That sort of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable.

99 percent always on time, I know theres bad in every company but this company the majority of the drivers are honest and dont try to take you a long route to get more money out of you, and if something is left in the cab they dont try to keep it.

Driver was late and dispatcher said he will be there. No ETA was given. When the driver still didnt show, I drove myself. Then I received a call from the dispatcher saying my driver had been calling me and that I wasnt there. I received no calls. When I told her I left she said I cannot do that and that I will be listed as a no-show. I lodged a complaint with my insurance company. Today, I am waiting for my transportation and no one arrives. I call my insurance company and they tell me I am on a do not ride list for this company. My insurance company was sent a list of people on this list, but my name was not on it. Strange how they did not include my name but when my insurance company called asking the location of my transport the representative is told I am on that list. The person from Indy Airport & Taxi did not leave it at that though. The person told the representative that I am rude and a few other things. Completely unnecessary behavior and lying to my insurance company.
Never showed up! I had to get a neighbor to take me and paid them instead! Useless!
NEVER on time. When I call them it is never their fault they arent there, always mine? I have been waiting for 5 hours for my cab to show up...stayed the night in the waiting room with my son who had just had chemo. A different taxi company came the next morning and got us.
Cab never showed up. Called and no answer. Never again will I use
