I dont like the card you have to get. I had $60 in quarters to get rid of and you cant pay in change. I also hate how the dryers are basically on the floor. Its a weird set up and there arent enough carts for everyone here. Definitely not my favorite laundry mat

This is a really clean and efficient place to get your laundry clean and fresh. Its comfortable inside and the attendant is very helpful and kind. I like how they have all different sized washers and plenty of dryers. The prices are reasonable and this is overall a great place to wash your clothes!

Washer broke down headed to Royal Laundromat. They are a big support of the Humane Society for Hamilton County so i wanted to support them. Clean friendly place. Got in and out fast.

I’ve yet to have a bad experience here. Their facility is always clean. One thing I hope they improve on is the advertising their pricing for their laundry service. I’m interested, but not sure how to find out the service from their website and no signs in the building.

Very clean, plenty of areas to folder your clothes. No need for cash they have machines to load money on to use with the machines! Friendly Staff on site to assist with any questions or issues.

As laundromats go, this is as good a one as any Ive been to, and way better than many. Clean and roomy.

BEST LOCAL LAUNDRY NEAR FISHERS AREA! I SIMPLY LOVE IT . ON DAYS WHEN I DO NOT FEEL LIKE WASHING AT HOME! They are amazing!. The 2 workers there are amazing, those ladies rock! THEY KEEP IT CLEAN, and they treat everyone SUPER NICE as they can. I definitely will be going back a 3rd time and more :) Nice area, well kept, great prices, great customer service...:) The worker was nice enough to help me with all my questions, how to work the machines and was overall such a great and kind person. Go by and visit, you will be glad you did.

Best Laundromat near me. Very kind staff. Never had any issues with machines. Only witnessed one issue with a machine in the many many times I have been there. Most visitors are to themselves but some love to spark a conversation. Love how this place updates their Google account when they will be closed or unexpected issues. Will definitely keep coming here.

I have been to the Indianapolis and McCordsville location. Very CLEAN, machines are new, clean, great working condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. They take credit cards through adding funds to their laundry card at a kiosk (very easy). They refund back what you dont use (up to $10). I would use Royal Laundromat anytime! Very pleased.

This is a very nice and clean laundromat. It is easy to get started with any machine and the time it takes to wash or dry is pretty quick. The clothes feel clean when they come out as well. The staff are friendly and always able to help if you dont know what youre doing right away. 10/10 place to go when your washer breaks!

I dont have a great deal of experience with laundromats but have no complaints about this one. The washers and dryers open up quickly and the people who work there were exceedingly kind and helpful. The location is nice too, if you wanted to grab lunch while you wait for your clothes.

The staff here is very friendly! The prices are reasonable and the appliances are clean and well-maintained. Its in a strip mall with eclectic stores and restaurants so there is plenty to do while youre waiting.

Great laundry mat! My washer broke last winter and and I had to come on Christmas Eve and the lady was SO nice and showed me the ropes. Now my washer has broken again (bought a new one that will be delivered this weekend...) so Im here now and once again the service is just amazing!! Very clean and super friendly service.

I have been doing my laundry here for a while now. I came in like any other day that I go to clean my clothes and my laundry bag ripped so as soon as I put my clothes in I ran to the dollar store to get a new one. I come back and my laundry was moved from the washer I put it In and randomly set on a table. Someone said the worker here moved them. I asked the manager where it says that she has the right to move my clothes without my knowledge and she said it doesnt have to be written or posted anywhere. Last time I will ever come to this disrespectful place! 😡

Friendly, helpful Staff. Clean to the best of their abilities (some People are just unthoughtful about where they drop their trash). Very rarely are any of the machines down for repair. Nice super sized Washers that hold 8 loads, Only $10. Subway right next door if you get hungry. Parking can sometimes be tight.

This laundry mat is very clean and up to date... very inexpensive...no need to carry quarters...here you slide a debit card or put in bills for a laundry card... love it! And the gentlemen who works here was very helpful... machines are very quick!!!

Always clean, staffed and a good experience every time. Love the card system vs. coins. Pricing is excellent, no complaints. I wash larger items here such as blankets and mattress pads. One trip and done!

The facility is clean and easy to use. I like that I can use a credit card to pay versus having to find quarters. I’ve been there a few times now, and the staff has been helpful but kind of short with me; not the end of the world, as I’m sure they’re busy, but it’s a bit offputting. Not sure how the prices compare to other places, but you’ll spend maybe $4-7 per load.

Really good laundromat, kinda expensive for me, but in all honesty, everything seems like its all new. They use a card system, so just pay and it puts money on the card, which is nice, because I dont always have $3 in quarters... Also in a good lounge strip mall

If you want to go to a laundry mat that is comfortable outside and in then look no further. Plus no coins. All machines run on a preloaded card that you can reload with a debit. Simple and fast. Great staff.

I have a large comforter that needed washed. It was to big for my washer at home, so I went to.this place. Absolutely loved it. Clean, machines all worked, and.were.clean, and.it cost less than $6 to wash and dry.

Such a friendly helpful personable bunch, wash it yourself or drop it off, and theres a dry cleaners around the corner! I make no promises about the dry cleaners Im just saying how convenient is that?

The staff are so willing to help you without even having to ask. I even saw the man asking someone outside working on his car, if they were alright. You dont see that often nowadays.

First time here. Haven’t been to a laundromat in a long time and this didn’t make me dislike it at all. I almost prefer doing my laundry here than at home. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, the machines don’t run ok coins but instead a card that you load there and use. Very convenient. Only two XXL washes so if your going to do big loads or blankets know that much. There is food and stores in the vacinity while you wait. It was clean and I was assisted with kindness. Also, the Large washer I used fits three big comforters and one load of clothes. Everything came out clean and that was for $6 give or take some change. The dryer is $0.50 for 15 minutes I believe. I always divide my clothes up to avoid adding more time and witching 30 mins all of my clothes and blankets were dry fresh.

Dryers dried at different temperatures. Medium temp melted some clothes and high temp on other machines wouldnt dry towels. Expensive. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The attendants were very helpful..... The washers wet $6.25 for 60lb load express and $5.00 for 30lb express loads. Dryers were .50 for 12 minutes. It was my first time in a laundry in 30 years. They made the experience painless.

Place is too small so it is always crowded. It also would be far more convenient if they just had a bill changer and coins could be used. Because of the above, I found a new laundromat that is much larger and has a bill changer. A little bit farther to drive but worth it.

Pretty cheap, usually not too crowded when I have to go, nice people, and theres a Subway next door.

I dropped off 2 bedspreads to get cleaned and to pick up later. They were very quick, but ruined one of them. One of them wasnt even dry completely and the other was all kinds of messed up. The padding inside was all bundled up. They didnt even care to look at it or try to fix it. I dont even know how to fix the inside. I will NEVER go through them again... Very disappointment and pissed off that my comforter is ruined...

Wed just moved here and was impressed with the cleanliness of size of this laundromat.

Very Expensive! They do not have any regular washers. All of the washers are either express loads from $2.50-$8 or large loads for $5. The dryers are decent, $0.45 per 12 minutes. They also do not take quarters. It is all done by a laundry card that you have to buy for $1. There were also two dogs running around inside the laundromat. Apparently they belonged to the guy who was painting the place. The lady running the place kept throwing a ball with one of the dogs. The dog kept running back and forth in front of the dryers. The lady even accidentally hit one of the customers with the ball!!! I will not come back to this place! Expensive and unprofessional!
