We come here for all of our pool supplies, and the staff here always makes sure we get exactly what we need. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it is so easy to come in and get a free water test. We had to go to another pool store once to find a part for our pool pump that was difficult to find during the pandemic shortage but the service couldnt compare to the team here. We will definitely keep coming back.

Would NOT recommend anyone purchase a custom pool cover from Leslies. Im a new pool owner and have purchased a lot from Leslies. We purchased a custom pool cover in October with a 4-5 week estimate... it took 8 weeks to be delivered to Leslies and then another 6 weeks to have it installed. Worse, when it was installed, it was cut incorrectly and had multiple holes and snags in it.With all these issues, I asked Leslies if I could return the cover and purchase the more expensive (thicker) option (I was willing to pay the difference in costs)... I was told no, I couldnt return the defective cover - theyd send it back, have it cut correctly and fix the holes. I dont think this is satisfactory as I really question the quality of the cover if they cant put it on without putting holes and snags in the cover. Worse, I was told multiple times that I had to contact the manufacturer of the cover (that never returned my phone calls)I question if I will ever purchase from Leslies again (Ive spent well over $5K in the past 7 months) as they really arent focused on customer service (in my opinion) - they could have easily made this right.

Betty and the crew at Leslies are the most amazing pool Gurus ever. Our pool guy disappeared on me and I was absolutely lost as to how to take care of our pool. They were amazing. They educated us, provided written step by step instructions, and a great deal on supplies. I will not go anywhere else and could not be more appreciative for their assistance.

My mom and I went in today (Saturday) and had no clue what we were doing. The staff helped tremendously and were so welcoming. We left satisfied and are really happy with our experience. I think they said their names were Don and Betty but I can’t remember exactly. Also, the other young man working as well. They were great!! We will definitely be back.

My pool was green as green could be. I had seen lakes that had less algae. The manager recommended a few products. I want to say mean green, the plus shock and the product I believe kept my pool clear once we got it there. Was perfect pool adding this once a week. At one time it was some what clear and instead of continuing to recommend more chemicals to help with the clearing she advisedMe to continue to back wash until it cleared due to the amount of Algae that had accumulated through the winter. This was last year. This year my pool was clear and all I had to do was vacuum and have my water tested. When I took my water in for testing expecting to be recommended a punch of chemicalsShe came back and said all you need is this, I don’t remember but much to my surprise I spent $30 in chemicals and $60 worth of toys. FYI I purchased an Ali boxing glove chair. First of all it is the most comfortable floating chair all my friends love it. I would have been totally happy and surprise if I would have gotten this for Father’s Day. Betty is amazing! Shes very personable, knowledgeable and makes you want to come back. If you are having a problem with your pool/spa, need help with equipment or just have a few questions she wont let you down!

Amazing people. Very friendly and out going. We have two pool stores in Boiling Springs pool time they are good. The other will not step foot in will tear pool out first. Rude and hateful.

These guys have been fantastic . They are knowledgeable and will take time to talk and explain things to you.especially want to thank Betty and I think his name is Dan . They went above and beyond for us helping us with our salt generator for our pool . I won’t be going any where else for our pool needs !

Worst service in the world. 4th visit - will have to find another place for pool supplies. We will never go back. Management stinks. Never enough employees. Old way of testing water that takes for ever. Printer often down. Office person does not help line employee flooded with customers even when asked (on several visits not just today)

Decided to purchase the sonic book speaker and was told if it was not what we wanted we could return. The Bluetooth kept disconnecting and it was not as loud as the one on display. So the next day, we took it back with the receipt, box, and all accessories you couldn’t even tell it had been open. The manager (Betty M.) got an attitude and first said she could not give us a refund because nothing is wrong with it, then proceeds to slam the stuff on the counter with an attitude and says “I will do it”. what kind of customer service is this, especially coming from a store manager. & considereing our whole family spends alot of money on chemicals here. We will no longer be shopping at this location. This is no way to treat customers, especially not a store manager.

These people are very friendly and informative. They take their time with you to make sure you have everything you need. They also have a rewards program, you get points for every dollar you spend that go towards a discount.

They have everything pool realated you can imagine! The service i got was good. The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, but the prices are crazy high.

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and April knew her stuff!April helped us out when we were in a crunch, offered a lot of information, and had a super awesome personality to go with it!

The prices are higher, but when I follow what they suggest, I spend less in the long run. My pool looked great all year . No more Walmart for pool chemicals !
