Cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen. The lady there named Cindy was nice, helpful and friendly. She keeps the place clean and organized. Will definitely go back again next week on laundry day.

Has and always will be my go to tanning place. And love taking my comforters there to wash while I tan. The staff has always been A1 never trying to overwhelm you with lotion sales but let you know what has worked for them and thats what makes me love buying lotion from there, they speak from experience!

Been here 3-4 times and I gotta say its very well kept. I do wish I could witness them cleaning and sanitizing the machines especially with the pandemic. Most of the staff is friendly but a couple are not so outgoing. Prices are good and normally there are sufficient items to do your laundry. I havent tanned there yet but I plan on it that is if the prices are good.

The very first time I have ever went to a laundry mat & it not be busy . They young ladys was always working wiping the machines, sweeping floors, & always working . The customers were very pleasant as well in this crazy world that we are living in . We all have to remember that common respect to each other & helping one another goes a long way in each others lives. Even if it is a conversation with each other might just make that other person day . Again it is just showing compassion, respect, and kindness no matter each others race, religion, creed, female or male, or what one has or does not have . I have been going to this location every since it opened even after I moved on another side of town I always still drive over to do my laundry the girls that work there are nice its always clean and I love that hours of operation

Very clean due to a really nice older lady she was the only one cleaning and helping the tanning customers.

Although the surrounding area looks a bit rough, when you step inside facility, you’ve entered a different dimension.This place is STELLAR! Large parking in the back for big rigs like me and extremely well kept. You can tell that the owner and mgt really care about how this facility us presented to their wide range if customers. As a driver that visits laundromat around the country and almost never the same one twice, this type of excellent facility is much appreciated and I personally told the staff the morning, of my visit.They even have tanning rooms for those so inclined, plus free Wi-Fi. Everything is clean from the floors to the machines, to the rinse sink. Staff friendly too. So if you need to wash you laundry, whether local or from out of town, The Laundry Connection has several location around Indy and the reviews are consistently for this laundry chain.Well done, Laundry Connection!!

The place is reasonably clean, the lady working was as helpful as she could be (that’s why two, not one star) BUT, the dryer set to medium burnt my expensive Hilfiger fleece pullover.The lady working called her boss who offered me six dollars for my pullover.I paid more than that to wash clothes there!Sketchy.I was asked which dryer I used, when I showed her which one, she said, “it’s always these dryers that burn clothes”. Hello!? That tells me they are aware of the problem, but not concerned with doing anything about it!Gee, break the backs of the poor some more, why don’t you?Like I said, sketchy.They will NOT see my business again, unless I’m desperate and need laundry done on the fly.What happened to businesses that valued their clientele?Clearly this one does not.Go elsewhere unless you like crunchy clothing!

My husband dropped me an our niece off to do the laundry while he finished up doing deliveries. We were there until close, my husband was on his way back but hadnt got there yet and one of the workers waited with us till he got there to make sure we were safe. She went beyond her job description and I appreciate her for it. The employees there are always very nice as well an the place is always clean. And I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

Its a laundromat what more could you say other than the place is very clean

Tried to go in 40 minutes before they closed at midnight. Only needed the dryer for about half that time. But was told I couldn’t use the dryers at all. The website didn’t specify a “ quit time”. Now I’ll have wet sheets. Or have to drive to a less than safer area. My drier broken and this was just 5 minutes away from home. I wonder if the owner or management even looks at these reviews, but maybe they should had mentioned this “ quit time” online. I’m a nurse and have very little time to squeeze in these inconveniences. I won’t be back. I’ve been coming here ever since my dryer broke in October.

The washers were great. The dryer took a while to dry the clothes and had lint on my clothes

The laundry facilities are adequate. They dont enforce the mask requirement, so I suspect theyll get a visit from the health department, soon.Their internet sucks, so if you need to do some work requiring net access take your own.

Number one!!! You have a sign on the door stating that theres a mandate for Making!!! But most people or not wearing them. thats a no no!! right now its against the law. There was a really big roach came out of the washer of front by the front door I believe it was washer 3 $6 washer I watched no one sanitizing anything tables chairs Thats a Problem!! I can take 3rd time washing at this laundromat and I was very dissatisfied..

That place is pretty good considering how bad some of the others are in the area. Most of the machines were working, the place is pretty clean and lots of vending machines, games, ATM, and even just a tad cheaper and some others around it. Not perfect but probably the best youre going to get it in the area

I have been tanning here for a very long time, the employees always treat me like family. I love to tan and relax. This place is my go to when I have a rough day and need some me time.

There are plentiful machines and reasonable prices. I didnt need to deal with the staff, which seemed pleasant. The facility is well illuminated. And there are change machines, video games, and vending machines available. In total, it provides everything that you would need from a laundry facility.

The laundromat is clean as was the bathroom. There are plenty of washers and dryers. The prices for the machines are fair in my opinion. There are places to sit and snacks to purchase while you wait. The one downside is the parking. Although it wasn’t crowded, there were only two spots available. I would definitely return here and would recommend it to others.

Rating would have been higher if the employee had not attempted to lecture me on theproper way to dry my laundry.

It was clean. But I didnt feel safe in there. Two homeless people walking around and one asking for money. My husband ask him to leave. The staff did nothing.

I love this location because the staff keep everything very clean. They wipe out the washers several times per day and are always sweeping and cleaning. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They have fresh complimentary coffee for the majority of the day. I have never been a fan of laundromats but I like this one. I wish theyd get the megatouch fixed though. I love playing it.

Usually easy to get in and out in about an hour, complimentary coffee and popcorn for patrons. I dont tan but noticed JWow branded tanning lotions and loads of Australian Gold products. The attendants are nice and constantly doing things to keep the place tidy. Half price is washes on Wednesday from 7 am to 1 pm. Makes it easy to use that jumbo washer for bedding and big items.

Really nice for the side of town its on. Great staff of wonderful ladies in there. Helped me out when I thought the machine ate my money.Would recommend

Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Its large enough that youre never waiting on a washer or dryer. They have some extra extra large washers that actually do a great job. This is where Ill be doing my laundry every week.

Staff says you cant fold your clothes there towels are oviously not going to dry at the same rate as other clothes so whats going to happen if you fold them while waiting for your towels my advise go where you can fold your clothes while waiting as I did today so the folding clothes thing oviously not true.

I have to come in late like 9 pm because I have a handicap. Its easier because there is not alot of people in the way. Now mind you the last load in a 1030, close at 9. Even if Im wrong the staff will come and move my things with wet hands. So disrespectful, dont say hi or excuse me nothing. They start to mop the floor and sweep and move things around me. I will be done at 1030. This can wait.

Great place. They keep it clean and Yvonne is a good, honest, hard working employee. The fact that they are always busy tells you its good value.

This laundromat is a mainstay in the community. It is accessible to public transport. There are single, double, triple and quintuple load washers. There are large dryers which dry clothing for 6 minutes per 25 cents. There are only two larger dryers which dry quadruple loads for 4 minutes per 25 cents. If you use a double or triple load washer, the staff is always happy to wipe it out or provide a towel and cleanser to wipe it which is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The dryers get very hot, so if you are drying a comforter, put it on medium heat, and check it periodically.The batting inside can be burned making you blanket misshapen, and taking away the coziness. There is a club for those who tan, and many tanners are in and out with little fuss in less than twenty minutes. Tuesday evenings or Early Friday morning are the best times to visit. There is a deal on washers 7am-3 pm every Wednesday.

It was nice and clean. However the person that was working could stop acting like the customers are a pain in her backside. No name but, she has very short hair and act like she might be a manager.

Clean, not busy on Friday afternoon. Wish they would correct their clock since its been almost an hour behind for the past two weeks. Keeps fooling me into thinking its earlier than it actually is.

This is the 1st laundry and tan I have been to. It was pretty big with good quality washer and dryers. There were a lot of people there but it still didnt feel over crowded.

Washer prices are kinda high but Ive always liked this place bcoz its really clean, in a convenient location, and the employees are always awesome.

Clean store, plenty of machines, plenty of places to sit, reasonably priced, the dryers get SUPER hot really fast so thats less money needed for drying time, and the staff was really cool and professional!

I’m very upset I love coming to this laundry mat because it’s close and convienient.Dec. 12th 2018 Dryer caught my belongings on 🔥 fire and staff are very rude knowing the dryer is too high needed a out of order note it shouldn’t been available in the first place 🤬😡

The laundry is good. My only problem is that its so big its hard to watch your clothes. Ive had clothes stolen once & caught 2 attempts & I dont go there that often.
