Only had one desk person working but we acknowledged this waiting was apologetic. They worked with me regarding the issue for my visit. I will confess I havent utilized the facility due to the onset of COVID and just making the time to go there (even though it on my way home from work) but that it on me. It is a great, friendly establishment which is non-judgemental as stated.

Nice workout space with good atmosphere. Friendly people that welcomes you on arrival. The equipment is top notch as well and clean. There is plenty of new technology nowadays where you can enter in a 4 digit combo to lock your belongings, but hopefully that will be updated in the near future. Other than that, I definitely recommend this place. If you’re looking for a quality gym in Indiana, this place is it!

This gym is a great gym for people who work normal 9-5 hours. However my problem with this gym is that they claim to be open 24 hours, 5 days a week, but they arent. When they are actually open for 24 hours for 3 days of the week!I work out at night frequently, typically on Monday night, Wednesday night, and Friday night, but I cant get in on Fridays because they arent ACTUALLY open 24/5.Their claim is a blatant lie and im surprised no one hasnt called them out for false advertising yet.Edit regarding owners reply: I am aware that your hours are accurate on Google and the Planet Fitness website, I am talking about the SIGN ON YOUR DOOR THAT SAYS 24/5. THAT SIGN IS A LIE AND YES IM WILLING TO DIE ON THAT HILL.

This is a pretty laid back environment including the staff. I enjoy coming to workout here when I’m in town. Now it would be nice to come into some private dressing rooms after showering but overall, I’m satisfied with the space.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The owner of the facility isnt keeping up with maintenance. During storms the roof leaks and floods the tanning booths and the massage room. Every time. Seems very dangerous to have staff clean up leaking water around electric machines. Ive heard its been happening. The owner is aware and would rather put his employees and guests in danger vs just repairing the roof.

Adrian is a great trainer. He is a good listener (doesnt forget my shoulder injury) and down to earth about putting together your fitness plan. The gym is clean and has a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff is super friendly and they keep the place very clean. I also appreciated that they stuck to the mask mandate and gave gentle reminders when members weren’t swearing them correctly. I recently moved from another gym and it’s been great. Highly recommended. 10/10

Went in to tan..I dont belong to this particular location..less than 1 minute located my membership # and assigned me a bed. Fast & easy!

Can feel a bit crowded with only a few people. A few machines you will have to wait to use because they only have one.

Machines are Nice some are different than where I usually go so I like this ones better at this location

The staff are very friendly and even with COVID restrictions, they have been great about adhering to capacity and spacing. This location has excellent customer service. I had recently lost an AirPod in one of the machines and the staff practically dissembled the whole machine to recover it. They did this recovery mission with a great attitude even though I know it was an inconvenience. This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

PF on Madison Ave It’s a great place to work out at a great price! Staff does a really good job of keeping it clean, especially with Covid! Even with many machines not available for social distancing reasons, there are always some available due to limited number of people allowed inside. I kind of like the distancing and being a little further apart than side-by-side on the cardio equipment . Overall it’s a great place to work out at a truly great price!

Not a bad place to work out my only complaints are the parking lot which is never cleaned, its littered with masks and a Diaper thats been laying in the handicap spot for 4 weeks. And they removed Fox news from their channel lineup.

Im all about effective social distancing but they have a max of 2 people in the 30 minute express area which has 10 machines spaced decently apart, and they made my workout partner leave the area because there was 3 in the area instead of two, I wouldnt normally complain but the duplicate machine outside of the express area was crowded af.... how does it makes sense to condense people even tighter during a pandemic, if its safer to let us workout and social distance properly then why say something ?? Not to mention every single paper towel dispenser was out of towels...apparently you dont need to wipe machines down

As a Military Vet I love my excercise. But being told I cant use machines because of State Mandates is absurd. Also very unprofessional employees. Was discussing this problem with manager and then an employee decided to be very unprofessional and over score the Manager on duty. These people are bad people. Dont go there

Came here twice. Place is small and they cram machine’s together. There is no rhyme or reason to the order of machines. To add insult to injury machines are so closely situated, they have “social distance/ can’t use sign “on them. They only have one rack open. The only preacher curl available is in 30 min workout area. You can only use that if you are doing 30 min workout. Other PC machine has SD DNU sign on it . Lmao. Brilliant.I have a Black Card but was informed I can only come here ten times because I am from out of town and out of network. Would have been nice to know when I signed up. Don’t come here . You will not be happy.

Clean good place to work out friendly staff

I like the social fitnessing, and everyone has their own personal spray bottle to use on the equipment. I noticed that everyone working out in there was properly using the spray bottles and wearing masks. The staff was spraying equipment down and cleaning regularly. I feel safe in there and I’m glad to be back in the gym!

I got just got membership in indianapolis indiana I came to Kentucky to use it I like the place

Over the years with a few long breaks in between I’ve had some terrible experiences with gyms and trainers but besides for how busy it gets, this location is great especially with Max (I hope I got that right...anxiety and middle age brain). I will be driving to this location during the day whenever I can just for his support and training. Max is a truly kind and very motivated trainer. The kind of trainer that makes you feel comfortable in the gym and that gets results.

Great, clean environment. Inviting staff that are there and willing to help with anything you might have questions about. Jason has been an off-and-on consistent in my life for 3 years (since I first started frequenting this gym) and feel genuinely welcomed back every time I get back in.

No judgement. No BS. Just me and the machines at 4 AM. I love this location.

I was just there today. I usually go to the one on Kentucky Ave but their massage chair where down and I pay to use them. That manager is too spazy about face coverings and I am not one to come at like that. He needs to lighten up acting like hes afraid of covid. Turn off the news for once, Tiny.

I work nights and go to the gym after work around 11 PM. I would like to use the gym on Friday & Saturday nights, but the gym closes too early. I understand the need for staff to have time off, but why not just hire more staff to accommodate members.The staff is always friendly and approachable, however, none of them know how to change the channels on the television. I really do not want to watch infomercials and CNN coverage of murders and so forth while I am trying to exercise. During the NBA Playoffs I asked for the games to be put on and no one could figure it out.I see several people misusing equipment and performing exercises incorrectly risking injury, but the staff never steps in to show anyone how not too hurt themselves. I think the staff should offer to help when they see someone exercising incorrectly.Lastly, I see tons of people not wearing proper clothing and/or footwear. There should be policy against wearing jeans, muscle cut tank tops, and open toed shoes. It is not safe to lift weights in flip flops or sandals.Planet Fitness should educate just as much as it provides a facility to exercise in.I am glad to be a member and glad that the gym is in my neighborhood. I recommend Planet Fitness to my neighbors and friends. Membership fees are affordable, equipment is top notch, and facility is clean.

The gym its amazing very nice clean but the lady in the front desk she is rude shes at night shift no customer service or any kind or manners she needs to go back to pre-k to learn some you asked her something and her answer is whats up like what do you need if Im in the gym and Im a customer I expected to be treated as a customer or she need to find a profession that make her happy she act like shes very miserable with her job oh am I being racist thing as well didnt catch her name because she was not even helping at all other than that I would post it here

I like th his gym alot. It is very clean and open 24, 5. I cant say much about the staff, as I do not interact with them much, but unlike my last gym I dont need to. I take is as a good sign. The facility is well maintained.

Hunter is the best! You can find him on East Street, great customer service and awesome personality. Love their Hydro Massaging table on a stress day, it take 10 minutes and you will feel brand new. THANK YOU HUNTER! FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO.. Love my membership!

Sort of a smaller one, but I love the location and I always feel comfortable here. Just wish they had better hours on the weekend, I work late and would love to workout after. Plus driving to other locations for better available hours defeats the purpose of this being a convenient location.

Its a friendly atmosphere! Although they close at 7 on Saturdays and Sundays I wish they wouldnt do that I wish they would just go ahead and stay open 24/7.. like the rest of the Planet Fitness...

Clean facility, faculty members are very nice. Love the massage beds and tanning beds. My only issue is the same as everyone else I wish you guys didnt close so early on the weekend. I think it should be open until at least 9, maybe 11. Other than that Planet Fitness has been a great experience and affordable.

Horrible parking lot. Staff doesnt seem to care much about members. Tanning beds not as clean as other locations. I would not recommend this place or even planet fitness all together. Once you become a member you can not cancel without being there in person. If it takes you a year to get back to the same location you signed up at. Guess what you wont get reimbursed for any of that time you didnt use. Most places let you cancel online or over the phone. Which is convenient if you ever move away or like me was involved in a car wreck and wasnt able to run right to planet fitness to cancel. Also they take unauthorized money from your account. Plus this is based by location. Where you sign up is where youre expected to go. If you visit another planet fitness location they dont seem to like that and they limit how many time you can visit a different location. They just want money and will do anything for it except customer courtesy. Think twice and read ALL the fine print before joining.

Really nice atmosphere and customer service. However, they do not have as many types of machines as the keystone location but the machines/equipment are good enough. I dont feel judged here and it is usually very clean

The amenities, like the hydro massage beds, are fantastic, the staff are helpful and polite, the selection of machines is awesome. The only thing that would make it perfect is if they had a sink in the restroom, lol.

Staffing doesnt apply themselves much. Not that its a bad thing due to most fitness goers just want to get in and out. Im a black card member and never have I once been asked if I was interested in pointers on using the machine. 3 staff members just hang by the registers and talk.

I came in, scanned my card and did my workout. I was not welcomed or greeted, but they were busy. My first time there, do dont know if they treat members like that all the time or not. I got my workout tho.

Its so nice to finally have a Planet Fitness facility on the south side of town. After struggling since birth (LOL) with my weight, and after meeting with the personal trainer (I forget her name), I feel that I am on the right track to loosing weight and getting in shape. Although I havent visited the facility in a couple weeks, I cant wait to start back tonight and get back on track.The staff is amazingly nice and very helpful. I just wish they would redo their parking lot and make the lines more visible.PF, thanks for being 100% judgment free! :)

Its been alright for me, theyre short on a couple of equipment but its just $10 a month, nobody really bothers me over there so I like that, so yeah definitely recommend pf for beginners or even just those who wants to keep up their physique

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. The staff have assisted in anything that Ive needed. the only complaint I would have would be the fellow people working out not being courteous but thats not the fault of Planet Fitness..

Clean facility with good equipment. Do wish the weekend hours were longer, at least to match other competitors nearby? A little confused as to why tannjng beds, red light therapy, and computers and being shut down 30 and 40 minutes before closing impeding customer service and the club fully functioning during operating hours.

It is now 7:50am and this location was supposed to open at 7:00... Doors are locked, no one is here working and people are sitting outside waiting...have been waiting almost an hour at this point.

I hate going to the gym, but I know it is good for me, so I do it anyway. This location is close to home, has convenient hours and truly embodies the PF concept of a Judgement Free Zone. There are plenty of people who are obviously committed to fitness and/or body building. But there are also plenty of people like me... middle aged and having consumed too many servings of biscuits and gravy 😉. We all go about our preferred workouts on well maintained equipment in a clean, safe atmosphere. The staff and trainer are friendly and helpful. I love that with my reasonably priced membership, the trainer is ready to assist at no extra charge, I just need to schedule a session. The upgraded membership gives me access to all PF locations, allows me to bring a guest and best of all, unlimited used of the hydromassage beds and massage chairs! That is my favorite part of every visit 😊.
