I had my son thrown out in June and told me his last payment would be that month. I canceled my membership due to me moving and ended my membership so my last payment would be July. They have charged my son for July, August, and September and me for August. I have been trying to close my old bank account but since payments are still running it’s cause overage payments and I can’t close it. I’ve called their 800 phone number as well as talked to people at the fishers location and no one will help. I’m told I’ll get call backs and never do. It his is the worst customer service I have ever had. I can’t believe a retired military man would let his company run like this. I am a single full time dad trying to make ends meet and he is over drafting my bank account. Shame on you and your company!!!!

Best gym atmosphere I’ve ever been in. The owner is a solid guy who cares about his customers by having the best equipment. There are machines in each gym that you won’t see in most places. He is constantly adding neat things to the gym. A few have given bad reviews, but only because they were caught disrespecting managers, other people, and/or sneaking in without paying. They were upset and gave “bad reviews.”Needless to say, don’t listen to any poor reviews. This is a fantastic gym. Multiple locations! Great equipment! Awesome sauna! Awesome God!! I love how they are open 24 hours!!! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is amazing and the gym as a whole is always extremely clean. Staff is super friendly! The owner is very personable and always doing what he can to improve his locations that are already unbeatable.

If you are serious about workout, this is the place you are looking for. Enough space and large variety of machines and weights. Though there are almost no common trainers to guide you. And the best part is it is very affordable gym.

Hands down the best gym atmosphere in Indy with great equipment and consistent cleanliness. This is not your standard commercialized gym and it shows on a regular basis. The owner Mel knows the importance of catering to his members requests and wishes by regularly adding new and updated equipment to all 3 locations. Regardless of your level of experience in the health and fitness world, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is wanting to join an elite and world-class gym.

Not just the best gym in the city, but one of the best gyms I’ve visited anywhere. MEI Keystone has a wide variety of modern equipment and the owner is getting new stuff all of the time. As much stuff as there is, the gym never feels cramped or overloaded. It’s spacious and bright and always smells clean, which is probably attributable to the top-notch cleaning staff who are always around doing their jobs. The only downside to MEI is that it has spoiled me and now any other gym I visit is a significant step down in quality by comparison. Definitely recommend this place and especially for serious physique athletes and power lifters.

Mei fitness is the best Gym I have ever been, the atmosphere is awesome. They have the best equipment anything you need Mei fitness got you. Saunas are fantastic🤗 one of my favorite things I love doing. Workers are friendly they are always making sure your okay if you need something. The gym is always clean you don’t have to worry about nothing, Daycare is Provided which is one of the things, us moms worry about.Thanks to Mei fitness we don’t have to worry about that. Mei Fitness is the best gym by far!!!! If you are serious about working out/weight lifting, this is the place to go!! Owner is constantly updating equipment and figuring out ways to make the gym better. That being said, it is has state-of-the-art equipment all the way around! In addition, it is spotless (cleanliness is a must for me), reasonably priced, and has a friendly environment! Simply put, there is no competition as it is the BEST gym youll find!!

This gym is exceptional for numerous reasons. Things that stand out about this gym amongst the competition are: unlimited tanning paired with an exceptionally low monthly rate. 24 hour access. Childcare included for no additional monthly cost. Exceptional equipment that is all BRAND NEW with being a new gym. The owner is involved with his members and re-shares member content on Instagram which creates a unique environment where members can find each other on social media and feel a part of a community. Did I mention low price? Lowest price out of any gym when you count for 24-hour access, tanning, sauna childcare and high-end equipment. Joining this gym catapulted my love for fitness and I have been unable to find this love and community at any other gym.

I LOVE Mei fitness! Great atmosphere, wonderful people, top notch equipment + always making improvement & best of all its always open. As a mommy one of my favorite things about Mei fitness is the fact that I don’t have to worry about finding a babysitter, I could just bring my little one in and he always has a blast in the kids room.

I’ve trained at many gyms, and mei is the best! The owner is a genuine down to earth guy that truly cares about his members, and take great pride in each of his locations! The equipment is far beyond anything I’ve used previously, and instead of just buying a line of equipment, he picks the best from each company! Not to mention open 24 hours, and staffed most of the day. They do everything next to scrubbing the little crevices with a toothbrush each location is spotless!!

There’s a lot that i can say about this company but the most I would love to emphasize is that truly it’s a top notch gym! Not only do i have great relationships with the owners but they really strive to have total customer satisfaction. They do care about people’s perspectives and how they can become better and that is how this company keeps on growing. I love the Faith driven messages all over the walls and the positive vibes. There can be many gyms in this city but it doesn’t carry the same atmosphere and love that Mei Fitness gives as soon as you walk in through the doors. I’ve been a member at MEI for over a year, driving to Fishers from the BR area numerous times a week. I was so happy when the Keystone one opened! MEI has my 2 favorite things I want in a gym, lots of strength based equipment and a sauna. Plus the owner, Mel, is always wanting to know what he could do to improve his gym and listens to his members suggestions.

My husband and I discovered Mei Fitness when businesses opened up after being shut down for COVID. We joined immediately after visiting. We both compete, and the equipment is perfect for our needs. There are pieces I’ve not seen in any other area gyms.

Mei is my favorite gym by far. The place is always clean and they have the best equipment. The owner is in there always putting in the newest and best equipment. The keystone locations is super convenient by being so close to 465. I’m glad there are many locations around the city to choose from.

MeiFitness is a premier 24 hour gym unlike any other gym in the area. They have state of the art equipment that everyone from powerlifters, bodybuilders and casual gym users needs. The staff is very friendly and all of their facilities are always very clean, organized and equipment is always in working order. If by chance something does break, they have a fantastic turnaround on equipment getting repaired unlike other corporate gyms around town. 24 hours, tanning included, tvs to catch all the games on, coed sauna. They have it all!

Cancellation policy is terrible.The owner screamed at a friend to pay the day pass (AFTER my friend had already paid another worker)Sadly, the owner cussed another friend out because my friend showed concern about the gym closing (who was a member for 10+ years btw)Owner shut down other location in Avon in 5 days without plans of informing his members/associates but was forced to email everyone because an associate would to do the right thing and let members know ahead of time!Im sorry to say I will never support this business EVER again.
