5 starsI got my own quote online, emailed it to myself. Went back to my quote when ready, place my deposit. I like that theres an option to modify the order up until the day before. Its convenient to order everything from one place. One thing kind of erk me; over night fee, convenience fee, mileage fee, insurance fee. Fees for everything. It is what it is. Staff is very nice. Picked up when they said they would.

The employees we dealt with were all very courteous and professional. The jumper itself was adorable, kept well inflated and was clean. They delivered the jumper at the early end of the “pick up time” window and picked it up within the “pickup time” window. We will absolutely use again.

I have previously ordered a jumper for my sons birthday and had no issues. The services was awesome and they delivered on time but I recently reserved for the 4th of july weekend and it was anything but that. I had booked for 1pm and they didnt show up, I called the office and I was told they had a large delivery to make in buena park at that same time and they would get to me after that. By that time it was 2pm. I asked for a time frame and they didnt know. 3pm comes around and I get a call saying they were still in buena park but that they were on their way and should be there in about 30 minutes. An hour goes by! And nothing. I called the number to cancel and nobody answered. I am very dissapointment on how unprofessional they were. I literally live about 2 miles away from their business, If they had simply seen my address, they could drop off the jumper first before taking a huge order further out. I was hoping to keep renting from them but I didnt appreciate all the stress about when it would arrive.

I have been using Cindys Jumpers for over 20 years. They are very nice and popular jumper rentals services. I dont think that there is any others services that can come close to providing jumper rentals and services like that of Cindys Jumpers.

Jumper/Slide arrived a bit late but the set-up crew made up for it. They worked quickly and explained all about the blower and water hook ups. Reasonably priced and equipment was clean. Would definitely rent again .

Rented tables/chairs and when the time came for pick up, my event was still going on and they were very understanding and nice to allow me to keep the chairs/tables overnight when I did not request that beforehand. So great! Definitely will rent from them again when time comes.

I wish i could leave 5 stars, however i was disappointed with my rental. The bouncer arrived very early in the morning with no text or call that they were on the way. Upon inflation, i immediately noticed how dirty the unicorn logo was. It was black and looked like it had been sitting out for a long time.. i wish i could attach pictures.I asked the employee to please send me a text or call once they are on the way to pick up, and again, no notice or call.Not sure i will rent from this company again :(

I have always went through Cindy jumpers when planning an event. They are polite and professional on the phone and in person. They are always on time with deliveries or may come a little early to set up. The only thing I’m sad about is that they don’t have the game truck anymore. But I totally understand with the COVID-19 being very real. I give 5 stars hands down.

Booking online was extremely easy and signing contract via email was also easy process, which makes it a lot better due to the Covid pandemic. Communication was also good when it was the day of the party and they were late, when I called the number they contacted me right away to give me an update. I like the fact they made it a priority to reach back to me as soon as possible about my order. The workers were nice and friendly. I will be using Cindys Jumpers again for another event. You can tell they deep cleaned the jumper in which I APPRECIATED THAT SOO MUCH !

At first the jumper seemed fine but after 1 hr and a half it kept shutting off, the kids inside could’ve got hurt they had to keep running out some of them were crying scared. I counted a total of 11 times that the jumper turned off during the whole 6 hours I rented it. I called the guy that dropped it off and he came one hour before pick up time. I am very disappointed with the experience I won’t be renting from here again. Lady I spoke to said generator should last 6 hours it sure didn’t. My bf had to keep pulling the string to start the jumper sometimes it wouldn’t start.

I have rented a jumper for parties twice from Cindys Jumpers. The first time I went with just a bouncer and the second time I got a combination bouncer and slide. The Hello Kitty bounce house with slide was a big hit with my daughter and her friends. I even enjoyed it myself! Delivery and pickup both times was smooth and communication was good. I do recommend planning on delivery with time to spare before your event start time and plan on pickup for well after your event end time.

It has been a year since I used Cindys service for a jumper for my sons 3rd birthday party. I had a different experience from the previous poster. Reserved online an 11x11 jumper, tables and chairs about a month out from my sons birthday party . A Cindys rep called me a day later to confirm my reservation and verify the details. A week before the party I called and talked to Cindys to confirm my reservation and what I had ordered and my address. I also called Friday morning (day before party)to reconfirm they were coming. Well the next day they came about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled which was great. They setup the jumper, tables and chairs in my backyard in about 30 minutes and told me they would see me later that afternoon for pick up. They came about an hour later than scheduled for pick up which worked out because the party ran past and the kids were still jumping till they arrived.My experience with dealing with any company that requires reservations is to always confirm a week out and reconfirm a day or two before. Never hurts to be sure when your event rides on that reservation. Overall I had a great 3rd birthday party for my son. I would recommend them.

Cindys Jumpers is an amazing shop with amazing people. They supplied ALL the things we wanted and needed for a party we hosted for my baby girls :) Not only did they set everything up on time but they also showed us how to run the slushy machine, pop corn machine, and cotton candy machine! I HIGHLY recommend Cindys Jumpers for whatever you need regarding any party you want to host! Give them a call and you wont be disappointed!

I made these inquiries over a month ago and they contact me the week of the birthday party. I was suppose to get a call back from one of the ladies I spoke with and never heard from them. The first woman I encountered at their place was really rude. She didnt see that I was already being helped and stated what happened to that one guy and I was standing right in front of her being helped by someone else...Terrible communication, I wasnt even going to post anything because I didnt use the services, from lack of communication on their part, but it irritated me that last minute theyll try and get your business in the least people oriented customer service way like an email. Reaching out to customers over the phone is too much of an inconvenience.

The jumper was big and not so expensive and I even got a 10% off because I added tables and chairs. The guys setting up the jumper were on top of things. First time doing a party at a park, and it was just perfect. We got a bounce house, tables and chairs combo. They dropped off and picked up so all we had to do was set up the tables and chairs and break them back down.Got great service at the office when presenting my park permit. Rented their soft serve ice cream machine and popcorn cart for an event at the last minute that involved a flight of stairs. The gentlemen I spoke with his name was Robert, very helpful and courteous and set everything up for me very quickly so I would not have to worry about anything. The following day, the equipment arrived on time as promised in good working condition. First time I used them and will consider using them again.

This was my 2nd time using Cindys jumpers and both experiences have been great! The Customer Service was friendly and helpful over the phone and in person and gave me all the info I needed over the phone so I did not have any extra questions when I came in. . This time I only needed some chairs for a party but I was able to get them the same day which was Awesome! They saved the day!

They arrived on time and were very professional. They picked up the rentals and again they were very professional. Easy to rent with them, they were quick and easy. They give you an option to pay using your debit/credit card over the phone or cash in person when they come and drop off or pick up.

The year before I rented an ice cream machine for the 4th of July from someone else. They totally lost my reservation and brought an old crappy machine that did not work. I called Cindys Jumpers and they were great! Very organized. Sent several emails with instructions, called a couple of times. Will always rent from them. Machine was clean. They were very nice.

This is a review for a package rental that we placed with Cindys Jumper. We rented a combo slide jumper, five tables, 40 chairs, and a popcorn machine. I was hesitant to work with Cindys this year due to a not so great experience last year (they arrived late, when the party was starting, and forgot the popcorn machine, which they then retrieved an hour into the party). But because their website was relatively simple to work with, I thought I would give them one more shot. Boy, was I wrong to do so.We had a rental time frame from 10am to 6pm this past Saturday. They arrived an hour late - that was somewhat OK, as the party was starting at 12. However, they forgot two tables, and that was pretty major, as we had a large party to seat. The driver said he would be back in 15-20 minutes with the tables, and I was like, OK. That didnt happen. 12pm came, still no tables.Call log from my phone:12:09pm: I called, asking whats up. The guy says hes stuck in traffic on the freeway, and will be there in 20 minutes. I hang up, check Google maps, theres no traffic. Clearly lying.12:34pm: I called again. Still stuck in traffic he says. I tell him theres no traffic and hang up on him. Lying again!12:36pm: He calls me back, says hell be there soon.1:00pm: He calls again, says he has the tables.2:05pm: He calls again to say hes arrived with the tables.Finally here with the last two tables, fours hours after the appointed time, three hours after the initial visit, and two hours after the party has already started. I had people sitting on chairs facing each other like some version of musical chairs. I was so mad and embarrassed. I was complaining and venting about the company to our guests, which is not something that I really want to do during my sons birthday party, but hey, word of mouth?So if that wasnt bad enough, then we had issues about having everything picked up. Back to the call log:6:00pm: Driver calls, asks if everything is OK, and asks if we would like extra time with the jumper. I say, I dont care about extra time, I just want my money back for the two tables that basically showed up halfway through our party. Hes like, OK, Ill take care of it.8:55pm: Driver calls back, states that its too late for them to pick up the jumpers, asks if hes able to come by Sunday morning by 10am. Im beyond irritated by this point, but OK.Sunday morning rolls around. 10am rolls around. No sign of a pickup or phone call.At 1:50pm, I call the main office (I dont want to talk to the driver anymore - he might be stuck in traffic). I explain the situation to the person who answers the phone, he says hell see what he can do. Still nothing happens. At 4:01pm, I call the main office again, speak with another person (warehouse manager?), and while Im complaining on the phone again, the crew finally arrives to pick up the jumper and stuff. He also gives me $10 in cash for the table situation, and says it wont happen again. I basically state that I will not use their company again.So W O W. Talk about dropping the ball. I will never use this company again. Burned once, burned twice, and I will definitely not give you a chance for third time.

I love that your equipment is clean and kid friendly, this is my second year renting from you and I have just one suggestion when a person spends as much as $700.00 with you for a block party they shouldnt have to go out and purchase more popcorn or cups for snow cone. Horrible service. I booked and paid a deposit for a birthday event on line and the day after I received an email, that my event was canceled without explanation. Called and left a message and still did not received a call back. Went with a another company. And now they refuse to refund my deposit.

I rented a margarita machine for 4th of July.The machine was delivered on time, the young men were very thorough in explaining how to add the mix ins.I also found the rates to be very affordable as I shopped around for quite a while.I would definitely rent from them in the future and recommend their services to anyone!!!

Very disappointed. We had planned to use Cindys Jumpers because they were highly rated. Cindys Jumpers was late in their delivery, the soft serve ice cream maker failed miserably to serve what was promised per hour. Thety didnt fix problem when contacted. This was for a charity event and Cindys Jumpers would not refund any portion of the charges. I would not recommend this company to any one.

Just CALLED asking for a jumper price, plus delivery fee, however they wont deliver unless i spend 200 dollars even though i will be paying the delivery fee! what kind of service is that?? totally awful service.Thought i should let you all know ..

I have used Cindys Jumpers 3 times in the past and just made a reservation for my daughters upcoming 2nd birthday party. In the past I have rented bouncers, tables and chairs and this time I am trying out a slide combo bouncer and a soft serve machine. I have never had any problems with my orders, I like that reservations can be made online and payment can be done through paypal. I do always choose the earlier delivery time and later pick up time because they dont always show up during the scheduled times. They are usually on the earlier side rather than late but since I dont like to have them setting up after guests arrive I make sure they are early. They have also shown up early to pick up so if you truly want to have your bouncer until 9PM make sure you are very clear with the delivery guys about that. Other than that they are always very friendly and the rental items are clean and in good working order. The tables do need covers as they arent very pretty on their own but I always use tablecloths anyway.

Jumpers are clean and a good condition . But they raise their price in less than a month . I rented twice with a month apart and they even charged me for a extension and delivery . Which they didnt charge me a month before. I wont rent from them anymore ask for too many papers to sign and for a bill which i didnt have at tge moment i was renting my slide combo. Years before was easy and fast i been renting there for 4 years already. this time was a nightmare . If u plan to rent chairs make sure u payed for overnight vecause they will pick up evwrything by 9 pm.
