I keep having issues with my regular pickup guy. Nitpicking over every little thing and leaving my trash. I took it out Monday morning at 7 am and placed it perfectly 7 inches from the curb, out of the way of my tree limbs, and there was NO cars parked near it. Got home at 6 from work and my trash can was still full! I reviewed my Ring camera and they came by at 10:03, grabbed my neighbors trash, drove right past mine, turned around and got the house across from mine and kept on moving!I do still have the video if theyd ever respond to my Missed Pickup Request since no one ever answers the phone when I call.

I walked out to get my trash cans and one was tipped over full still. The was emptied. You mean to tell me the driver can’t pick up a can and empty it. I’m sure that’s in is job description. I’m going to look for a better service

I watched the driver knock over both trash with a weeks worth of garbage and then driveway and leaving it in the street left for me to clean up.Thanks guys real bang up job.

Horrible experience. Requested a small dumpster for three weeks and was charged over 1800 dollars unauthorized when it should have been less than 500 dollars. Have spent months waiting and hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved and its still unresolved. Would recommend anyone but waste mngt. We later used Adams county waste disposal for much less time and money.

Dont go with their cheap $597 estimate for a 30 yard dumpster, that cost $1,500.00 to get it removed

Make sure you check their service area for pick ups before buying a dumpster bag. My husband and I purchased one and we are just outside of their service area and they will not pick it up nor will they reimburse us the money we spent on the bag. So now we are stuck with a full bag in our driveway.. Poor customer service and poor area listings on the bag packaging.
