All of our trash in our container wasn’t picked up last week. When we called, the customer service representative told us they would come by the next day by 6pm to pick it up and they never did. We’ve tried calling numerous times to get a manager call us back and no one has returned our call. This is extremely poor service and very disturbing! They need to be more courteous and helpful if they want to keep their customers happy!
We signed up for recycling pick up. They have missed 3 times since we started 2 months ago. Each time I call I’m on hold for 15+ minutes and told they’ll be out late that same day or the next morning and each time nobody has shown. This causes our recycling to pile up and only so much fits in the bin. It’s super frustrating. I might as well just buy another trash bin and not even recycle.
I keep having missed pick ups for my residential recycling bin (like its on the curb but they didnt come). It was sporadic and not too frequent for the past 2 years so I overlooked it (Ive had the service for 5 or 6 years now) but it is getting more frequent and today they missed the second one in a row. Last time I had to make missed pick up requests four days before someone reached out and said theyd come. On top of this when you contact them about the problem they are completely unapologetic and act like its you whos the nuisance. And the cherry on top is the price has increased from $18 quarterly to $26.50 quarterly which is +50% in 5 years, yet the service has gotten much worse and is completely unreliable. I am cancelling as soon as they take this pick up and take back my bin.

This is the absolutely the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I have spoken with 4 employees over billing ( I no long have service with them ) for a bill that i was told was taken care of. All 4 told me it was taken care of. Today the 5th person said can’t help you it’s your bill. 😡
THE WORST SERVICE EVER. They literally drive by and miss your pickup even when you’re standing there! You call to get them to come back... they don’t come back. You call to schedule another pickup- they don’t show up! Report to higher ups? They don’t care!Piece of sh*t company!

They charged me for an additional rental yet I never got it. They took the Dumpster away and never returned it. 4 phone calls talking to 6 different people and they promised to fix it an didnt and operations never called back. They took my money and billing was unable to help get back the money they charged. She said she could not refund my money as she could not find the bill. My Credit card Company found the charge and they got my money back.
I Try to drop off some junk and the guy was going to charge me $50 just to drop off what I had and then tried to charge me another $20 for a hard hat and vest so I could go back there and drop this stuff off. I went to their website and there is nothing on their website about this. This is a complete rip off to the customer. I give you even a less than one star but that’s the lowest rating I could give you
LIES!! We have been lied to every day for the past week from this company after they didn’t pickup our very full recycling can on Monday due to their error. We have called every day this week and been told that it will be picked up the next morning and how sorry they are. And then they don’t come. Every. Day. We were told by the manager Jessica how sorry she was and that it would not be sitting here after the route today and she would call back to confirm that it was picked up. It still sits in front of our house at 8:45 this evening. Why keep lying to us each day? I’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Im about to take my trash to the building and dump it on the door step. Drove right by my house. Called they said they would be back and never came back. Wish I could give negative stars. Place is a joke

Simply the worst. Started service on May 20th, 2020. They havent picked up my recycling once on time despite nearly 10 separate calls.
I have lived in the same house for eight years. I have been subscribing to this service for 2.5 years, and the drivers still cannot seem find my bright blue and yellow recycling can, eventhough I placed it where it would be impossible to miss it, unless they practically have a gun to their heads to find it to empty it. They can then remember to find it two consecutive pick ups, before I have to call to beg and plead with them to refresh their memory. The people who answer my complaints are great, to bad the drivers are either so clueless or hopelessly lazy. This time around, I talked to a very nice supervisor, who contacted the general manager. Im not going to hold my breath though..The drivers returned the following Monday after I posted my previous comment. They left the big blue and yellow can on its side on the edge of the road(on a very still sunny day)and left large pieces of cardboard debris in my yard.The representative I spoke with to cancel my services asked me to wait for the GM to call me (in a few days). Just as I expected, Mister GM never bothered to call me as promised. Now Im wondering if the problems with this company originates with the drivers or the management/administration. Its irrelevant now since I have cancelled my service.
My recycling hasnt been getting picked up. Id been reporting issues for months and only just learned that it was because the bin was not in the right spot. The customer service agents said I need to stop being dishonest about where I was putting my recycling bin, but it isnt fair because I was never told where to put it and Id been putting it next to the trash bin which intuitively made sense.I wasnt being dishonest, it was just a lack of information that Republic is punishing me for.Republic isnt the worst company in the world, but the only reason they receive business with such poor customer support is because of the monopoly they have over Indys recycling industry.
A very racist poorly managed work environment.. if you are white or black you will face discrimination... no overtime and the pay is lousy.. work a whole year and you literally get maybe a dime raise.. terrible terrible job stay away urgent stay away!!

Every single week they leave bags of trash. And every other week they leave bags of recycling in my yard no matter how neat it is. Quite possibly the worst waste management company in the world. I know a few being a veteran Ive lived all over this country and none are worst than this joke of a company
I wish I can give them zero star there is one Mexican in the office I was there to for delivery I called earlier they said they close @5 pm I got there at 4 pm and this dude is telling me he is close mean while am supposed to pick up another load 3miles away but this dude refuses to unload me told me to go and come back the next morning he was rude keep asking me to live their property he even said he is going to call the cops on me when I try to talk he said he run the show there I hope u get fire soon this place is horrible
