All they can sell is service... My career is currently at rays and I can honestly say they are the best employee I have ever had.. they will train you and help you progress in your career... The trash service is awesome the drivers and loaders are friendly and respectful... All in all Rays has changed my life and for the better.. I recommend everything about this company from trash pick up to even applying and having a career...

Consistently amazing customer service. I manage two condo associations that utilize Rays services. Any time I have ever had a problem I can always get the help I need when I need it, and they know who my customers are. They solve problems efficiently, and theyre always familiar with my properties. I dont even know how they do this with what is surely a wide coverage area. In a time when Indianapolis is struggling SO MUCH with labor shortages, these guys kill it all the time. Ii appreciate you so much.

Horrible customer service. My wife & I rented a roll off dumpster to clean out our garage due to down sizing. We rented this for a 2 week period. The dumpster is still sitting in our driveway a week & a half after it was supposed to be picked up. Just today I am told they cant pick it up for another week & a half. If I had known this before getting the dumpster I would not have gone with their lack of service. When I called the office to find out the issue I was cold transferred twice in less than 5 minutes because nobody wanted to handle the issue. Now I have other people throwing in their trash & driving up the weight in the dumpster which in turn is driving up the price I will have to pay. I highly recommend finding a company better suited for providing quality customer service. Rays apparently does not care or does not want to.

I rent and just moved to the area. I bought a new trash container with an attached lid. It cost $45. I put it out for trash pick up and heard the truck coming. I took my groceries in the house went out to get the cans and my new can lid was completely torn off and the lid was no where to be found. It looked as if the can was lifted by the lid. Some damage to where it was attached to the handle. The service it’s self is good but no respect for people’s personal trash cans definitely not.

I wouldnt recommend nobody to go to low life dump,half the time when i go they not taking trash after a 30 minute ride not a professional business at all on how they handle business n customers

Yeah they advertise right, Rays TRASH service. Good description of they service. They refuse to take anything that’s not in their trash can, like if you got a couple extra trash bags, it’s to hard for them to just get out of their trucks and take them. I never had that issue with Rumpkee. Wish my town would’ve stayed with Rumpkee, Rays must’ve been cheaper or something, but you get what you pay for

OMG I work for SecurCare self storage on 96th in Carmel and my Monday guy Mr. Plummer is great. He totally goes out his way for us as he covers for a couple of the stores I work at. He shows true customer service and it makes my day. He is truly awesome and I feel you guys should know. And if Im remembering right I believe he said Kenneth Plummer. He more then deserves to be noticed.
