I had to leave and go to another location they were so rude! I have been with joes auto sales for a long time and I am currently sitting on Joes Auto sales at Pendleton pike location and it is the worst experience with joes auto sales. The sales person John Watson is extremely rude and almost acts like he doesn’t want to sell you a car( he is assuming I do not make as much as I am claiming to) which is rude and out of place.I have always paid on time and I usually got the the south east location and they give me great service and energy but this is astounding. The ladies at the window are also extremely rude and I will not be returning to this location.

Warning: The 1997 black Jeep Wrangler is a lemon. Please get a Carfax report before you decide you want it because you will be in for a world of misery. Also please know if you went to Joes because your credit isnt great or you are drawn by the on site repair shop, that at least in our experience they did not do proper repairs on the overpriced lemon that we purchased. There are reputable car lots out there that will work with you with bad credit. We didnt know that before we went to Joes East, but please research and do your homework. Ray Skillman, Andy Mohr, Blossoms. All local reputable car lots that may have second chance programs. And to be clear, this review is much shorter than the one I actually wrote, but it exceeded the character limit.There is so much wrong with that Jeep Wrangler that it baffles mind that they put it right back on their lot. Just mind- blowing. That Jeep should NEVER see another road it is dangerous to drive!Proper repairs were not made. Ever.They charge us $10,000 for the Jeep then charge us an additional $300 to add a rear-view mirror and fix the differential before we even bought it. We had to agree to pay $300 for something that should have already been working. Jeep Wrangler = 4 wheel drive? and we had to pay for that? The mirror was an old mirror they pulled out of some random car in their junkyard behind the shop. It doesnt even sit straight, just flops around.7 times in their shop in the first 6 weeks and still a ton of issues. We wanted to return it and SANTOS threatened to sue us.*Intake valve sucked in water and flooded the Jeep more than once when it rained.* Tires are dry-rotted per Goodyear Auto Center Greenwood. We have had it for a year and only driven to work, so it wasnt us!* Headlights BARELY work. You literally cannot see where you are going at night. They say it was fixed, NO. Not fixed.* Right signal was also supposed to be fixed but they didnt fix it either. They just replaced the bulb.The problem is the wiring, not the bulb.*Heat DOES NOT WORK they also say they fixed that but NO, NOT FIXED.*Radio does not work, never did.* Doors do not lock*Bottom is rusted out.* Oil pressure randomly drops and the oil is getting burnt somewhere in the system. We told them but they couldnt figure it out. Picture included from Goodyear Auto Center.* Get ready to NEVER get to go out of town because you will barely make it up a simple hill on a highway in that Jeep. If youre lucky it will occasionally hit 60mph on the highway, but forget places like going camping in a state forest for example, because it would literally not make it up the hill. They didnt fix that (the lack of acceleration) either. Pretty much driving down a road being passed by everyone who gets mad because you cant go any faster. Get used to it if you buy that Jeep.* Joes did you fix the clutch pedal that I told you was broken (when I called for you to come get your lemon? Because you sure have that lemon back on the lot quick and in a hurry to be fixing all the things that need fixing on that Jeep.We had them take it back on Friday, and by Monday (three days later) it is back on the lot. They are closed on Sundays so they fixed all these issues in two days?? Really? I am so very worried about anyone who ends up with this Jeep. They did NOT do a proper inspection on that Jeep, and we were lied to by Santos who stated otherwise when I questioned why the price was so high. BTW, we were quoted $7000 on the phone by Donald who wasnt there the next day, which means we got Santos who in turn jacked the price up to $10,000. Ask yourself WHY there are no price tags on the cars. Think about it.

I bought my 2015 street 500 from santos. That man is marvelous! My payments are affordable and the bike is amazing, I had 2 issues when I bought it 1 no Mirrors 2 the break lever was broken. I didn’t ask them to fix it because well when you buy used you have some issues cosmetic or mechanical that need some attention. I’ve had 1 payment issue with joes and it was they didn’t verify the amount and took a double payment, when I called in to ask for a partial refund the lady on the phone (not Brittany) laughed and said good luck. But they did refund it back and worked a payment plan with me to get it caught up. Through COVID they’ve been a little firm on helping people but as long as you keep your work they keep theirs in helping you through this pandemic. I’ve lost 3 jobs due to COVID. And they’ve always been more than willing to work with me.

Awesome placed to take your car. Gabe is our mechanic and he is the best! Bathrooms clean and show room nice. Doing construction on road. It will be nice when they get done. Cant say enough good stuff about Joes.

This dude kept calling my fiancés phone number asking for a different person and when I called to figure out why and to have her number removed. He was real rude and hateful and hung up on me. Because I had a attitude when I didnt, this was their manager.I feel sorry for all their customers because they seem like some push overs who cant understand basic commen sense or respect for other people. He knew I was out of state and decided to run his mouth to the wrong person. I know the location i thought about buying from them a couple times but I wont now. Now Ill be going in the there and let em know what a attitude really is!

I dont think a 2009 chrysler town and country with 135*** miles on it is really worth the 10,000.00 they want us to pay them when the car is doing nothing but falling apart everywhere and has so much wrong with it they act like they fix the problems and then they want to make you start paying more on our payments and they only temporarily fix the problem they dont fully fix the issues thats wrong with it

Santos the guy who sold me my van was amazing. Unfortunately I have had a few problems with my van and I have had to take it back every two weeks on my days my payments were due. I am here yet again today 9/12/17 waiting for them to fix my van. Thankfully they are not charging me for this issue which is what I do like about Joes .

The service department is thee worst!! Management in the front of the building is awesome, but the service guys are jerks!! I got a truck, come to find out has no heat. They claimed to have fixed it(even tho I literally only have had the car for a week), was charged 500 dollars to get it fixed and it went back out not even a week later! And they put water in my antifreeze reservoir!! I’ve had it with them and I have only had this truck for three weeks today!! Very disappointed, will NOT recommend anyone to get car serviced here at Joe’s.

I honestly dont know anyone at the Pendleton pike location but i do know the salesman at the South location is awesome after many turndowns from other dealers i went to the South location and honestly was quite upset when i walked in because i figured would be the same old run around and bs then get told couldnt get a vehicle after talking to the salesman i decided to try 1 more dealership and get 1 more turndown well i was wrong he took our information and then told us we were approved for any vehicle we wanted with the exception of 3 and 1 was a cash vehicle the other 2 had higher down than i could pay looked at 3 vehicles and ended up getting a nice clean LEXUS from them would recommend anyone here

They over charge! They take payment when there not due. And when you call in o there must be a mistake on your end. So then you have to prove them wrong with paper work before they will fix it thats happen twice. If your payment is due on a holiday and they miss taken your payment you better believe there gonna take double the next week. Ill never shop here again and Im tell everyone not to buy here.
