Poor to non-existence communication; failed to inform me of car being delayed by multiple days due to trouble with both parts and labor. Took me contacting them multiple times and taking my car back to find out my car repair would be much longer than I was originally told. None of the (forgivable) excuses provided included why I wasnt contacted despite having collected $480 and not started work on my car. Having my familys compassion for others questioned when asking why I wasnt called was insulting. I care for others, but cant just accept not being called back for days.Had an oil leak issue with my car. The manager/owner John did a good job selling and making me comfortable. They did not inform me of the costs of looking at my car and get affirmative consent. They ran a full diagnostic costing $130; more than I expected. I provided a $480 deposit for repairs that did not get done. The work and parts where not available when originally thought and my calls where not returned.Upon collecting my car and still uninformed about parts or their labor shortage I was provided a 50% discount on the surprise $130 charge. I walked away very disappointed.
Lets start with patient! I had my car towed to them over a week ago and had to battle with my warranty company for approval on the repair. They stayed in consistent communication with me and diligently waited for my warranty company to give the approval for my car repairs.Secondary to this, I highly appreciated their customer service! Very kind and willing to provide the needed information. They seemed very knowledgeable about my car repairs and was privy to who I was each time I called regardless of who answered the phone.The only reason this is not yet a 5-star review is because I do not pick my car up until tomorrow. As long as everything is well, I have no problem updating this review to a 5-star, they were definitely a good choice as far as I can tell.
I appreciate these independent guys. I was able to drive home safely (2 hours away) after the shop repaired my car. I found this independent guy on a Saturday morning after I arrived in Indianapolis on Friday night. Something happened to my car and my steering wheel got very shaky as I drove out to the place I had to go Saturday morning. I called all the major chains but they were all booked. My Car Doc said it was about to close but if I could get it in 15 min, theyd be willing to look at it. Well, they ended up stayting and fixed one side of the tie rods in my car. They said, both should be done but at least it was good enough to drive home. He said if I was still here Monday morning, he can get the other parts (at the time only 3 parts were available but needed 4 to do both sides!) and fix the other side.Well, I was still in Indianapolis Monday morning. So I took the car in and the shop fixed it in no time.I was able to drive back 2 hours without worrying about getting stranded on the road.Great job, guys.
Horrible response from the owner after the technician scratched my leather or leatherette heated steering wheel. His email basically told me I needed to prove it. Never apologized, told me his technicians went above and beyond and worked through lunch on my car.... they did not. My vehicle sat outside in the drive due to the number of cars on lot with service not yet paid for and WAS NOT pulled in till after 1:30pm and to top it off, after I was told service was complete my jeep was brought around and my vehicle still showed service was needed. Guy hops in the passengers seat and in reaching over most likely damaged my steering wheel and just resets something. Lysol sprayed throughout and when I casually mentioned that they should ask for permission the owner responds that hes never had anyone complain about Lysol.Acted as if I was overreacting. What a rude man... Id like to invite him to GOOGLE aerosols and asthma and pay close attention to how Lysol from a can, can cause an an immune response and asthma attack.Ive never been treated so callously and my concerns disregarded. Glad the bees in their shop didnt sting me, and I didnt die on the way home. Rating = 1 since 0 is not an option.

Only suggestion I have is dont just read peoples good experience on this site..these people experience may have included just changing of a wiper blade. do your own searching around for good mechanics. In my opinion, this is not the shop and I will not be takin my car to them again. They dont believe in communication and they always had excuses why your car was not finished on the promised date. Plus they always found reasons to add those much needed parts to your bill. Find a jiffy lubes theyre cheaper and faster

The service was friendly and efficient. I sent an appointment to get my oil change and showed up a half hour early but they got me in immediately. They were able to tell me what work needed to be done based on my vehicle mileage. I came in on a business account and it was a seamless process. The waiting room is pretty nice. They have free coffee and waterperiod and comfortable chairs to sit in and even a table that I could get some work done while I waited. As well as good music playing. The waiting room is pretty clean.
This place is weird. They are super friendly and give the illusion of great customer service HOWEVER when my care was initially towed there I had to call 4 times during the day to get any response, I understand being busy but come on. I needed my car back so after he quoted me I went and picked up my car but told him I would reach out in a couple days to bring it back in where he told me if I came back he would give half of my 130.00 back that was charged to me for the diagnostic testing. When I called back at 8 am a couple days later asked for an estimate on separate repairs they told me I needed he said he would call me back later that day with a number. He never called back so I ended up calling back at 8:30 am the following day and he made a comment about that they just opened 30 minutes ago and he didnt have time yet but was just about to call me that morning. Needless to say 2 days later Im still waiting.
I was sure I needed a new battery but after they checked, my battery was fine. They assured me it didnt need to be replaced. I was so pleased with their honesty I scheduled an oil change appointment. He even offered to drop me off at a nearby Costco so I can do my shopping while they change the oil. I am very impressed and believe Ive found my new mechanic. Thank you John!
I had my oil changed and they went over my Jeep to make sure everything looked good. They have a great inspection print out to let you know what they found and what is due to be serviced. After my oil change and other services I received a notice from SiriusXM that I can get 3 months free for getting my Jeep serviced at My Car Doc. How great is that? I recently bought a used car off Carvana and took it here for an inspection before I finalize the purchase. What I received was an incredibly detailed report on the condition of the car (inside and out) along with pictures of everything from the fluid levels to the brake lines. They even provided pics of them sanitizing touched surfaces for covid safety! Abi and John were truly knowledgable and professional. Looks like Ive found my local car maintenance/repair place!

I am a 17 year old student, when my car stopped in the middle of the street I called them because they we close he said he would tow my vehicle for $89 and would add it to my bill. I asked would it cost to be looked at and was told no answer. After looking at my car they told me my vehicle needed the radiator water pump and thermostat fixed. I said ok and asked them how much would they fix it for if I have my own parts and he told me $900 so I decided I can get it taken to the Castleton shop who charged $450 when I told him that and I said I wanted to pay for the towing he charged me $239 for them looking at the car and getting it told didn’t fix anything. I’m pretty sure John played me because I am young and I am unsure in what to do.
From the initial phone call, until my departure Exceptional Service. I called My Car Doc early Thursday morning and did not get an answer. To my complete surprise they called me back. I spoke with John, who was not only patient but kind. He explained the service included in an oil change and the cost. After making my appointment, I received confirmation, and reminders of my appointment. When I arrived they started working on my car promptly. The amazing thing I love is that they texted me a Vehicle Health Report including photos! It details whats good, what needs work, and of course those urgent matters that I need to have looked at sooner than later. After I paid the attendant and collected my keys. I got in the car to find the cutest dashboard teddy bear with a thank you note and a special offer for brakes (which I need). Great job, I felt valued and taken care of by every staff member I encountered.****2ND REVIEW: I love My Car Doc. Thank you John for caring about me, my car and most importantly valuing me as a client. I sing your praises all day! Thanks for my second dashboard treat! love love love it.

My wife and I were heading to Chicago from Columbus when we experienced a blown tire on I-70 in Indianapolis. After taking care of that issue our check brake and ABS light came on, ugh. With still many miles to go, my wife began to look at auto repair shop reviews. My Car Doc Care Clinic has great reviews, they lived up to them. I would highly recommend getting your car serviced here whether its an emergency or regular scheduled appointment!
Incredibly exceptional experience here with these guys. John, the owner I believe, was more-than accommodating. With the charisma youd expect from your server at a restaurant or from a local politician, he makes you feel right at home even while just on the phone. They were flexible with their timing, quick with the repairs, and more-than fair with their pricing. They even did a little extra work using a coupon donated by a local church. Seriously Grade AAA performance.

Outstanding Service and CompassionLets face it: car maintenance is a headache. Vehicles are getting more complex with all kinds of high tech components that fail and need replaced. As a person with limited automotive skills, I can only do so much on my own and I dread taking my car to the shop.That being said, My Car Doc makes the experience much more pleasant. I went in needing to install some new headlight bulbs and found out that I had bought the wrong parts. The mechanics quickly found a solution and got the parts they needed on the same day. I waited in the cozy and comfortable lobby while my Jeep was serviced. The staff here are friendly and very transparent about the cost of parts and labor. Will definitely return. Dont overpay at the dealership!

Starting off with a rough morning by sliding off the interstate and causing damage to my undercarriage splash guard, John was able to get me in and out within the exact time he had allotted for the job, even with multiple appointments already lined up, AND at a very reasonable price. John even asked about our other cars weve brought to his shop, showing how much he genuinely cares for his customers and their vehicles. He truly is the Car Doc.
Please run away from this place. I am really really disgusted. I was told to bring My Mercedes which I paid for towing to be taken there just for them to tell me. They change and can’t do the work. Now I have to pay for towing and pay for them checking the car. It really bad how I had to again pay for towing to another company. I’ve spent almost 700 when I haven’t fix the car. No empathy for customers. At least show some considerations. They will tip you off every little. Do not. I repeat do not go there. Take the risk and loss like me. And if the owner respond explaining anything here. Gus lying. He told me that already. Worst experience. Will pass this words through.
I praise God for allowing John to come out and fix my husbands car. I really dont know what we would have done if you had not come out to fix it. First off I want to say that John had to go a long way out of his way just to get to the car. John was here on time and ready to go. He was super quick especially since it was about 0 degrees outside. He was ready to put the new part in when he discovered he had been handed the wrong part before coming here. Now this is the kind of situation that separates the men from the boys because John was so professional and came right up to our door to explain to us what he did and what happened to make sure it was not an inconvenience to us. His attitude was amazing the whole time because his services were nothing short of some of the most convenient services I have ever experienced. He had the whole thing done so quick and was so polite and positive...I look forward to working with John again. The price was fair and I know I am going to be telling everybody I know about our mobile mechanic. We need work done to another one of our cars and John has agreed to look at that when the weather gets warmer so we look forward to working with John again soon. First off, I tend to work on cars myself, but some work is a lot harder in the driveway (axles, control arms, etc.) so I came to them with a car I knew needed quite a bit of work and they did a good job of helping me narrow it down to what I should go with in the near-term.They bumped into some problems with a parts supplier but worked hard to try to catch up on lost time once they had everything they needed.There were a few minor concerns I had after and John and his team were responsive and extremely helpful in working things out, even helping on some things I didnt think they needed to.Ill definitely be bringing them other work that I dont have the time or patience (or perhaps skill-set) to do myself.
As a female, I tend to dread any car service or repairs because I hate feeling like I have to prepare for battle. Most places love to take advantage and suggest every possible addition to get you to pay the largest price. This was absolutely not the case with John and his team. He took the time to explain everything to me and even helped me understand what was most important to address and what could wait in case budget was a serious concern.I waited at the shop for about three hours while they assessed my car and did repairs. Their waiting are was very accommodating - with phone chargers and outlets available for me to plug in for work. They offered Netflix, bottled water, and even a very clean womens restroom which is something I have never seen before in a mechanic shop.I am happy with the work that was done to my vehicle, the price that I paid, and more importantly, the way that I was treated. I highly recommend this place to everyone - but especially women who are sick of feeling taken advantage of at other places. You will not be disappointed!

John and his team are really nice, accommodating, and transparent. I never feel condescended to for not knowing much about cars (like I do at some mechanics), and the prices seem fair. There is reliable wifi so I was able to work in the waiting room while my car was worked on. They also support projects in the community, which is great. Would definitely recommend!!

Time and time again My Car Doc delivers. I’ve worked with him for nearly 10 years and have never paid more than I thought was fair. Also, I’ve never had to take a car back because they’ve missed something.I’ve had to go to other stores in a pinch and I rarely feel like I’m being treated fairly. The national chain right near our house are nice but they ALWAYS find something new and of course it needs to be repaired right away.John may not always deliver the news you want to hear but you can be damn sure it’s accurate and fair.
Good place they tried their best to fix my car. Fair price and nice owners. Unfortunately, my electrical issue was a little out of their scope. Had to take it to another shop and pay for another tow and diagnostic. Wouldnt take anything here too complex. Wasted a few hundred bucks
We took our car there for possibly replacing the skid plate on it. My first impressions were good. To my surprise, they had plants and bird feeders right outside the doors and front glass panel. They offer free wifi, a Keurig, and candy. The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The car was inspected for other issues. We received a video sent to us via text about an upcoming repair recommended for the car. The video explained the issue. They offer a warranty on all their work.

Had a CV axle replaced. A few weeks later that very axle came out of my transmission while I was driving. So I had it towed back to them. They had my car for over a week, because they were too busy to make me a priority. They finally fixed it, and it was at no charge, saying the CV axle they put on was faulty and under warranty, but the same day I got it back it, I was able to drive it home, then later running errands it just stopped shifting/going. I was at a stop, I tried to go, and suddenly my car wouldn’t go. Made an awful scraping noise, was leaking transmission fluid. What this time? Well, had it towed back to them again, and this time it was because they had actually put the wrong part on! The axle they put on was too short, so after a bit of driving the wheel didn’t come out, but the part wasn’t connecting, so my car wouldn’t go.Bottom line is I went into this shop at the very beginning with a perfectly working vehicle that just needed a simple part replacement. A month and change later after being in their shop three times (which cost me a hefty initial cost for the first visit and lots of opportunity cost because of not having transportation while I waited on them the second and third visits). I now have a questionable vehicle that makes me paranoid to drive. I felt stuck in a Catch 22. Didn’t want to go back to them, because they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. But didn’t want to go to another shop, because they’d charge me full price, and the mistakes were on My Car Doc to fix for free. So, now technically my vehicle is fixed, but they’ve made me feel unsafe and paranoid in my vehicle. After all, I thought it was fixed the first time. And the second time. Third times a charm? Who knows!? They’ve made me feel like I have a ticking time bomb instead of a car.Just cant in good conscience recommend this shop to anyone.

This is a 5-star PLUS type of place! It is unlike any auto repair shop I have ever had the misery of visiting. I am not sure what you are paying Waverly, but she needs a raise!!! Waverly was BEYOND knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. She thoroughly explained every issue with my vehicle and was SO super helpful! I cannot tell enough people that if they have any issue with their vehicle that My Car Doc is the spot, so I am hoping this Google review will do the talking for me. They have a very comfortable waiting area equipped with refreshments & they let you watch whatever you like on Netflix while you wait! In a world where so many repair shops are just trying to upsell and make a buck off you, it’s a relief to have a friend like John. He’s fun to be around, the office is clean, and he takes care of you. He discussed prices and alternatives before we started and he had me on the road in no time. The staff is extremely nice however the communication between MrCarDoc and I was terrible. I had to call everytime to get an update on my car. MrCarDoc did not contact not once. Also I think that I was overcharged for the work on my vehicle. On a lighter note, my car heat works pretty well.
Truly one of my favorite local businesses! Never thought that a car maintenance shop would make the list but it makes sense to when your car needs regular care. You can tell that John cares about his shop a lot and makes a pretty consistent effort to get to know his customers and try connecting with his community. Its cool to see them try new things to make their store more than just a place you wait around while getting your car serviced. They have a unique model where they can come pick up your car for servicing if you choose to participate in that program. Even though I dont subscribe to it at the moment, I just love the innovation and creativity behind this business. No business is without its good and bad days (or periods), but John has always taking effort to provide a service that makes us want to keep coming back.
I tried this place after seeing several good reviews, they were right! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great prices for the service! And they really look out for you. I had taken one of our cars and for a break check, and they recommended new pads and front rotors. When I took our other car in for an inspection they said it was fine - no work needed. They could have very easily said it needed pads or something just get some money from me, but they didnt. Thats great integrity! I will certainly be back when I need more work done.
During One of the worst weeks of my life I had a tire blow out on the way to the funeral home down the street. John did not hesitate to make us a priority so we can get on the way. Not only did he get my spare on in record time, he even called ahead to another excellent establishment, Belle Tire (in Castleton) to let them know what we needed and when we would be there. I would give them more stars if I could!
Jon is the only mechanic we trust these days! Always fair and honest and always finds time to fit us in and help us out. My wife and i have used him for years and still do despite the fact that we now live over an hour from his shop!

I have spoken to John/owner over the phone a couple of times when I needed car advice. Recently, I finally needed actual services performed. From the beginning to the end, everybody was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained any questions I had. I will definitely be back...though I hope I don’t need to:)

I cannot actually review the quality of work this company performs, but I can review based on my interaction with the company as a whole. Submitted a form on their website on a Thursday or Friday - I cant recall exact day or date with zero response. I called on a Monday and spoke to the receptionist and we went over the details of my car (year, make, model, the details of the job, etc) and scheduled appointment for that Friday at 2:30 pm. I called them that Friday and asked if they could come to my home address instead of my business and I believe hes the mechanic/owner (name was John) and he had no idea of my appointment and or the details of my vehicle. Of course they were not ready to perform the work. John had his receptionist call me back to give me the good news and she stated that they didnt have my part in inventory and had to re-order. Haha. So, I give them a second chance and scheduled for today at noon and they said they would have the part ordered. I called this morning to check again and spoke with John and he was like yep, well be there if we have the part. I asked that he call me back to let me know. So, at 12:30 (no phone call yet) I send a text message and ask if they received the part. Guess who calls me back? His wonderful assistant that apparently handles his dirty work. In todays call with the knowledgeable receptionist, she states that the part is on the way and will be in this afternoon. However, it might not fit because it depends if your car is a sedan or two-door. I have text (see below) of the owner asking me that exact question on the Friday they cancelled the first appointment. In addition, she goes on to tell me that the part is a little under 200 dollars. I told her it wasnt a matter of money - it was about getting things done like they said. Bottom line, extremely unorganized company that does not understand the value of a new customer or seem to care to fix a problem they created. If you cant handle the business or set the proper expectations to your customers, you have some obstacles to overcome. I wish your business success, but urge you to create processes that work and set expectations appropriately. Be honest and upfront rather than deflecting/blaming others. It would of saved you a 1-star review and earned you a good customer.

I liked Johns punctuality as far as getting to me and bringing my car into his shop, but not at all in communication from that point on. Maybe I should have asked if I would be in a huge queue of waiting to be examined cars or something before admitting my car, but after taking my car to the shop and leaving a vehicle of his own I heard nothing for the rest of the day. I ended up calling him and he said he made it successfully, minus any need for towing (thankfully), but they had nothing on what was wrong yet. I was then told Ill be called when they find whats going on. To shorten a long story, a total of 6 days pass with no diagnosis. Three of the days I called John for updates since I would wait the majority of business hours with no calls from him or the shop. By day 4 I just left a message (since the call was unanswered) that I was ready to collect my vehicle and pay the diagnostic fee. Please mind that Im thinking I wonder whats up with my car/ am I gonna be paying a daily fee for them keeping it/ is my phone not working/ is this all a sham by some amateurs that upgraded from Craigslist? By day 6, (the voicemail was left sometime early on a Saturday) I called John, got to the shop, paid 75% of the diagnostic fee (thanks for the discount I guess) and retrieved my vehicle (which was blocked in by several other vehicles and a fence). The mechanic inside the shop (not John) said what he thought was wrong with the car and offered to fix it at that point, but never until I was about to just take my car and leave. Ive no clue what the shop is called by the way. I didnt see any reflection of the website I found out about the company(s) anywhere. That could definitely be my fault though, but overall the experience felt really sketchy. I was also told Id be emailed a receipt: that I never received.
My window fell down into my car door. I came here to get it fixed because they weren’t busy. When I got my car back, the window was back in, but it rolled completely down every time I opened the door. He said he could fix it but would charge me again. I went somewhere else and found out that he had cut one of the pieces to make it roll down like that, just so I would have to go there to get it fixed again.
Just stopped by for a routine oil change today. Ive trusted My Car Doc with the care of my cars and have received excellent service each time and great customer care. What I appreciate most is that John runs his business with honesty, gives me his service recommendations with thorough explanations and respects my decision on repairs. There is always Netflix on in the lobby, WiFi, and a restroom should you ever need to wait.

They changed the oil on my winter truck, pointed out some other problems. Promptly responded with a quote to do that work. Reasonable prices and quality work.
My car went into limp mode on Allisonville rd . Limped it to My Car Docs. They were officially closed, but they came out and helped me out. Left the car over the Memorial Day weekend. They got right on it Tuesday . Diagnosed the problem ( it was a wiring issue ) and had it fixed by Wednesday. Great bunch of guys, if I didnt live an hour away they would get more of my business. They seem to bend over backwards to be helpful.
Service was done ahead of schedule with recommendations of what to do next. Clean waiting room with very okay coffee. Very kind technicians that can answer your questions professionally and in detail.
Car repairs and maintenance are not enjoyable, but my wife and I are glad to have a reliable and informative mechanic at My Car Doc. John and his folks always do a great job and take extra care to give us options on repairs and explain everything very quickly. This is a locally owned operation that takes care of its customers!
John has been my mechanic for years and does consistently great and honest work. They are always quick to diagnose a problem and contact me with estimates, while getting the work done well and fast. Love these guys!
Extremely happy with My Car Doc. I just needed an oil change and brake pads, but based on my husbands and kids crazy schedules I didnt have time to sit at a shop to get it done. My Car Doc was able to pick the car up from me and take it back to their shop. They got everything done quickly, and returned the car in better condition then we got it. They even placed easter eggs in the car for the kids (which the kids LOVED and asked if we could go to the Car Doctor again!)We had called around to 2 other places before going with Car Doc, and Car Docs prices were unbeatable.Customer service was top notch, the gentleman I talked to was super kind, let me ask as many questions as I wanted, and took the time to explain everything to me.The girl who picked up and dropped off the car was super kind and very thorough going through all the paperwork.Overally, I am extremely pleased. I wont look anywhere else for car care from here on out.
Always really great about follow up, while they have your car, if they suggest additional maintenance, they’ll send a short video explaining the work to your phone. Very thorough.
My review is for Circle City Tint which unfortunately shares the same office/building with My Car Doc. They are two separate business so please please dont hold my review against My Car Doc.What Circle City Tint doesnt tell you is it doesnt matter what time you make an appointment its first come first serve. I had an appointment for 9a.m. to get a remote starter installed and didnt get my car back until almost the end of the day. If the girl at the front desk finds you attractive youre in luck because shell make sure to cut you in line before everybody else. While youre waiting on your vehicle in the smallest of waiting rooms youre not allowed to turn the television even when the receptionist goes to lunch because she takes the remote with her when she leaves. They need a new fair and professional receptionist to run things and I would rate them higher because their quality of work is great you just have to put up with too much drama to get it.

John, Waverly, and the entire team at My Car Doc is amazing!Not only do they do a phenomenal job every time, the staff is friendly, theres hot coffee waiting, and great wi-fi so I can work while I wait.Coincidentally, I just got back from getting a short fixed on my Honda Fit (they refused to stop until they found that pesky wire), and there was a HAND WRITTEN note from John thanking me for my business (it was also a Happy 4th of July card).Dont go anywhere else if youre looking for honest service with a smile!
The fine folks at MCD have always been up front with me, never gouged me, and were prompt with service.I WOULD recommend you check this place out. I go in for routine oil changes ALL. THE. TIME.Worth it, check em out.
Very disappointed with experience. It is very unfortunate because me and my wife were really hoping to find a mechanic we could go to all the time. When we originally set our appointment we had to reschedule because out refrigerator at home was leaking. I personally hate to reschedule but we had to. When my wife rescheduled the owner remembered my name but didnt even have the appointment logged. On the day of the appointment, he still did not remember who we were and no appointment was in the system. I had to tell him all over again what services i needed (which was already discussed on the phone). The crazy part was the next customer who came in was easily remembered and was told their service would be in and out.In the waiting area there was flies and the chairs were very uncomfortable. I asked for an itemized receipt that show the break down of costs of everything and he couldnt provide me one. And I quote I will get that emailed to you later tonight. Ive never gotten my vehicle serviced without a receipt that shows break down of cost. Customer service was not good. They did an oil change without putting sticker on window. They also didnt tell me that they couldnt fix something on car until I asked them about it.Not the best experience. I never received receipt and I have called and text messaged everyday for 4 days and still have not received anything. It was said that it was sent but I check my email 24-7 and I didnt get it.We really wanted to have a good experience because of some good reviews but we will never go back to them. Very disappointment in the service.
My Car Doc rocks! I have used the mobile service and have also visited the location in Castleton. All of my experiences working with John and the team were extraordinary.Its great to have a go-to mechanic who educates you on your car, ALWAYS has your best interest in mind AND goes above and beyond in providing customer service.The quality of work is excellent, the price is right and the car maintenance can be done on YOUR schedule. Heck, they will even come pick up your car for you and bring it back.Give My Car Doc a shot and youll never go to one of those other places again!

Highly recommend going somewhere else. Brought my car here because it wouldnt start (would turn over) but the cars battery worked- radio, A/C, etc turned on. The only thing my car doc did was check the battery. They put a new battery in my car without calling or asking me first and tried to charge me $207 for it. They then called me and told me they THOUGHT it was an electrical problem and they suggest I bring it to an electrical garage. Thankfully I didnt take their advise and brought it to a ford dealership instead. It was not an electrical problem but a problem with the alternator. Ford also informed me that my car doc did not hook my starter back up before giving my car back to me. Luckily ford did this service for free. Also keep in mind, they dont work fast.
Had my car for 2 months & didn’t fix one thing & had too get it towed back too the house because i rather had someone else take a look it & hardly ever gave me any updates on the car
