My husband went for a basic trim and was given attitude from one of the two working that evening from the minute he walked in. Of course the one that was visibly annoyed was the one to cut his hair. He left with random parts of longer hair that should have definitely been cut. He said it was one of the most uncomfortable, botched haircuts he’s had in a long time and felt like he couldn’t even complain to a manager because of how they were both acting.

I wish I could give zero stars. That experience doesn’t even deserve 1. We checked in at 4:24 and paid at 7:07. We walked in with one gentleman man in the chair and two in the waiting area. Then after we had waited an hour and a half, a new customer walked in and they were taken care of before my son and I. It took so long, that they closed and I didn’t even get my hair cut. She never apologized or even appear to feel bad about wasting our afternoon! Worst sports clip experience ever!! Don’t go here. Several people came in and walked out. One lady came in. Said she had check in online an hour and half prior and when showed up, she was going to have to wait at least another hour. Terrible!!!!!!

Set down waited an hour and 10 minutes for a lady to cut one persons hair I cutting his hair I mean getting him a fade. Finally get in the chair says I made a mistake just got here get his haircut first I have to get up and wait longer. Finally gave up no apologies no haircut for $40 I expect betterI will never return to this establishment. Go to great clips at least they’re nice

Very friendly and worked well with my son who wasn’t too sure about getting his hair cut. Young lady was very professional and accommodating to my 2 year old. She did everything she could to calm him and didn’t seem upset that he wasn’t cooperating at first. We will definitely be back!

So I checked in on the app... and this has been the wait list. I get to the store.. they have put everyone in front of me.. and said it cleared off... but this was the correct order. Id also like to add that Nakia was dismissive and rude. One of the people in line tyrons mom saw the attitude and decided to leave. So the wait was not as long as it could have been.. but thats not really the point. My brothers wife used to cut hair for sports clips (Amanda Williams) and will cut it any time I want. I come here because Its close, and because generally I have a great experience and the people are nice... but this is the 2nd or 3rd time Nakia has been (Not Great) when I was here.

Online checkin is highly recommendes, but even with that still waited over 20 minutes. Staff is very friendly and they do nice haircuts.

If I could give NO stars I would. One of the employees yelled that I WAS LATE in front of everybody. Not ONLY that, but I got a horrible rash after getting a haircut. The clippers were not clean!

I havent been in a while. I usually go to great clips. But for kicks I went and got the VIP cut and prob be my new go to.

They did a good job in my hair. They were fun to talk to and also felt refreshed. Ill go to sport clips often to. Great workers as well.

Bad service all around. Checked in online, was told to show up at 529. Showed up at 5:12 only to he told its not her problem she was the only one working. Too many options to ever come back. And thanks for wasting hours of my day while waiting for my appointment

Always very friendly, and provide the highest quality cut/experience. Pricier than most, but you get what you pay for and wont get a better haircut anywhere else! Ive gotten Kiesha to cut my hair the last several times, and she always does a very good job! I recommend requesting her when you check in.

I have enough Cow Licks to rival Dennis the Menace. I just get a better cut at Sport Clips then else where. I also like treating myself to the MVP service. It comes with Hot towel, head shampoo, and shoulder massage. There price has jumped over the years but the service is on point.

Used to go here for the great service and quality, but now avoid it after several bad experiences in a row.Gave them a chance again this week, and they once again let me down. Thats enough.

This is the worst haircut my fiancé has ever gotten. He’s been coming here for 4 years and we will not be coming back. We get married in a week and his hair has been completely BUTCHERED. He has bald spots from where the “barber”/“hairstylist” shaved too much, then the front is very uneven along with the neckline, it isn’t blended on the sides at all. It looks like a child who cut their own freaking hair. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Was Saturday, but got right in because of the snow. Had two job interviews on Monday and needed to get a haircut. Alexis did a great job and, let me jabor on while she got me squared away. The MVP upgrade was well worth the money, which got me the shampoo - hot towel treatment, etc. Excellent! By the way, I received job offers from both employers. Thanks Alexis and Sports Clips.

I dont think they want me to do this. Out of 4 hair cuts only one was right. Way too much money spent for not so good cuts and there were part of our kods hair that were longer than others. Super disappointed

Probably had the worst haircut of my life. The stylist barely did anything and couldnt fade well - did nothing with the top so even though it wasnt super long its not even close. Ill have to get another haircut in a few days.

Long ago I have decided to boycott establishments such as sports clips and Great Clips where they treat people like sheep. I needed a haircut quite badly. The first time I was in that neck of the woods I remembered my boycott and passed it up. The holidays were coming and I was in dire need of a haircut, so I decided to sell out and I reluctantly stepped inside.The place was empty except for one other in the seat. My entire haircut lasted about 7 minutes even though no one was in line. Every entire step seem like it was rehearsed with no Pizzazz or substance to it. The back room smelled like cigarettes. There were several other instances I did not like about the establishment and or stylist, but Ill bite my tongue :/ .Never again will I subject myself to being a sheep. There is no reason to rush something as important as a haircut. 3 days later I noticed longer hairs mixed in with very short ones on my side, really!? I am appalled at this supposed to season experience stylist that I wouldnt trust cutting my hair ever again. I will stick with 18 and 8 fine mens salon whom I know and trust. The only downside is they are 45 minutes from me, but well worth the drive and wait for me

My old barber closed down apparently. So I needed a new one. Still in the search for an actual barber shop / barber, but this place has been great in the mean time.

Janelle was excellent hair care person. She is a well educated and knowledgeable individual. Conversing with her was great, and the cut was great too. Im very pleased.

They do hair right. Sports clips is not a hair salon for women it is generally for men and boys wanting to get a decent haircut. You can come back for a free trim before your next cut so it keeps you from looking shaggy.I tried the salon where my friend went (pictured) and for the money Sports Clips did a much better job on my hair.

It was a great. My first time there and I enjoyed the fact that the place was very clean, the wait wasnt even that long, and they gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I would definitely recommend this place

Sent my man over there for a haircut and even though I am very pleased with the haircut I am disappointed in the way he was treated. I understand that some places require the hairdresser to upsale but embarrassing my man by loudly proclaiming how his dyed hair is dead and his scalp is flaky is not the way to go about it ( he is very aware of the situation on his head). A little more tact would be appreciated.

My wife went to get a fade and trim for yge first time. Needless to say she came home and it looked like her head was butchered. She was bald to an angle both sides completely uneven, and what was supposed to be a fo hawk hair style but it was so crooked around the edge of it. So it looked like her fo hawk was sitting on the left side than in the middle of her head and then looking at the fade at the same time it just was the worst.
