Love this Barber shop Diesel is great. His hairlines last for weeks. Hes great with my 6 year old and willing to cut my 3 year old. All the men in my family come here.

Wow do I feel cheated. I don’t EVEN have any hair. (Bald af) And was somehow just charged 15$ for a beard trim!!??He didn’t use the straight razor mind you and still over charged me.I am absolutely astonished as a beard trim in any other shop is NO more than 10. He cut a few loose ends and lined it up. Took 10 minutes.I know people who barely make 15 an hour! Come here if you want robbed. Was my first time. And from experience you don’t overcharge a first time customer if you want them to come back. Will never spend my money with these gentlemen again.

Great environment and great barbers

Being from Miami I needed a barbershop up here but boy did I pick the wrong one. Dont go here. Why would the owner have a lady pretending like she knows how to cut hair there is beyond me. This falls on the owner for giving her a chair. She knows shes trash, its not her fault. She didnt even once let me look at myself in the mirror...I knew it was a bad sign then.

Been here a few times and always come out looking fresh. Everyone takes pride in their work and they are all super nice. Great customer service!

I visited this establishment, on 03/26/2019 this place was just awful very bad and unpleasant. I was a first time customer and I will never return..The men in this shop were very rude to me . Maybe it was because I was the only female in the establishment (females dont get hair cuts).. I walked in the door and was never greeted or acknowledged. I sat down and started to feel so out of place. I was never shown any kind of acknowledgement at all, not even out of respect that I may have been someones mother or grandmother.. Finally I asked the young man in the first chair if he was cutting walking ins, he responded yes but was done for the day... But he suggest the men in the rear of the shop.. Which I felt that as good customer service he should have asked the men if they could do a walk-in.. I then went back to sit down I sat there for about 5 minutes and finally went back to see if the two men would cut my hair.. They both said they were done for the day.. This 45 minutes wait could have been less then 5 minutes if there had been good customer .. I will never visit GQ Cutz ever again...

Before you start tripping about the star I gave this barbarshop, please let me example why:I was in Indianapolis for the Thanksgiving weekend visting my girlfriend, so I wanted to get my haircut. Once I walked in the barshop, I noticed that the atmosphere was warm and welcoming (which is always a good thing to me). With that being said, I instantly asked the young lady sitting down if she would cut my hair. Once I sat in her chair, I asked her if she could razor my head and she told no, I dont feel like doing that today. Not only was that the wrong response but it was very unprofessional from a customers stand point. Being a self-employed business owner myself the word no is something I would never say to customers because I never wanted to loose their business or make them feel as if I took their business for granted. I know some may ask why would you still allow her to cut your hair then? Which is a great question but think about it like this why wouldnt I allow her to cut my hair? I love supporting my own race of people but what I dont like is when we take each other for granted. I didnt have to walk into GQ Cutz that Saturday afternoon and pay $33 for a haircut, I couldve went anywhere in Indianapolis but I chose to go there (not to mention I planned on paying her $50 dollars before she told me no). Theres always sides to ever story and I would never know her side but I can honestly say that was a total turn off for me as a paying customer and I wont be going back there anytime soon. Ok, Im going to be brutally honest about this shop. First off Im sure these barbers are VERY talented and can really give you a clean cut BUT lets keep it real. Professional establishment? NO. Respectful to new clients? NO. Respectful of your time? NO.Ill try to keep it short. First time i went here i waited probably 2-3 hours. Im a quiet guy so i didnt speak up but are we still at that point in 2018?? African American shops dont have a walk-in or appointment system in place?I came to this shop 3xs. The second time was good because i made an appointment during week which rarely i can do. So because of my first experience on a Saturday i called on Friday to try to make appointment. They said FIRST COME FIRST SERVE on Saturday.Ok, so two barbers skipped over me and someone else waiting to be cut. No appointments, huh? Because they do half their job Ill give 2 stars. Will be my last time here simply because of how disrespectful these barbers. Oh yeah, Im actually waiting to be cut while Im writing this review. Been waiting for over an hour and was skipped over by atleast 8-10 customers.We have a long way to go with our shops. Smh.

Called ahead and asked if a chair was available. I was told on the phone to come on in. Then I arrived. And I was told no one is available. Including the person that told me to come in. Horrible experience
