Shelby Is a Rockstar. Staff here is Great always on point. No matter how long the line they get you in & out quick as they can. Definitely love the Double Mvp with hot & Cold Towel when its available.

They close at 4:00. I dont want this review to reflect poorly on those working at the store - Im sure they do a fine job. And its not their fault they close at 4:00. But how is anyone who works (people still work, right?) supposed to go spend their money getting their hair cut when you close at 4:00? Or even 5:00? Or even 6:00? Explain to me how this makes sense. Explain to me how you make money when you close as soon as people are able to come to your store. Im not taking off work to go get my haircut. Do people with normal jobs really do that? Do you really expect them to? Are you trying to be as inconvenient as possible? Ill just suggest that inconveniencing your customer base is not a good way to go about business. Come on, seriously, 4:00? You close at 4:00? How does that make sense? Im amazed that someone, somewhere, made the decision that closing at 4:00 made the most sense. They were like yeah, well just close at 4:00. That makes sense. Were not going to make any money after 4:00 anyway. And then someone else was like uhhh, most people get off work at 5:00, so I think maybe well actually make more money if were open later than that. But no, this genius held firm with 4:00. And then everyone else just went along with it. Its not my haircut that I really care about here. Its just hair. Its the amazing lack of logic involved in only having your store open during the hours when most people cant get there, and then closing when they can. Amazing.

Got there at 9 when they said the opened. No one there totally dark. checked in online. And my time changed to 54 min. I was first in line! If you don’t open until 10, please let us know. Went to Great clips with 4 other costumers that were waiting there also. Had a great experience there!

My stylist was Alii, I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and how meticulous he was on my cut. I will only be going back to him for future cuts.

I joined the waitlist online. I then arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, checked in and noticed that my time changed to an additional 54 minutes. The lady said that there was a walk in that pushed my time back but I should be the next one so I waited for my stylist to finish with the walk in. The walk in finished and then I was passed up again.I’ve been using this sports clips for years and always use the online check in due to my busy schedule. Since the online check In doesn’t really hold your place in line I’ll just find another place to have my hair cut.I don’t blame the stylist. I blame the process which is poor.

Kathleen is by far my favorite stylist there. Always have a good conversation while I get my haircut and makes it feel like an experience rather than a chore getting my hair cut. I always look forward to coming in again!

It only took them 40 min to cut my hair, (incomplete) hair cut ....big waste of time . Going somewhere else where it doesnt take as long and they actually complete the job..

We scheduled our appointment online, reached 30 mins early, checked in, waited outside, went in 5 minutes before our scheduled time and the screen said we’re on deck. It has now been one hour and 15 minutes since that and we have yet to be called up to take a seat. A $20 haircut plus an hour and a half of my Sunday - when such a long wait could have and should have never been needed - is not worth it. Will probably go to Great Clips across the street next time.

My boyfriend got his haircut here yesterday on 6/26/2020 by a so called stylist named Kia. She blatantly sighed in his face because he had to tell her to fix multiple areas on his hair that she butchered. All he asked for was a simple fade! She was extremely rough on his head with the clippers. She would swing her arm around, clippers in hand, then basically hit him in the head with them! His head is sore today from this experience! What kind of place is this?! This place does not deserve any stars period, if they allow this kind of unprofessional, rude, absolutely unacceptable behavior!! We will never be back and would not recommend anyone to come to this horrible establishment. We will keep our business at My Dads Barbershop in Clermont! Family owned and always professional!

My stylist was Kia, the single laziest haircut I have ever received. Had to have her fix several spots before I just let it go. Couldnt even do that without huffing and haphazardly swinging the clippers at my head. She clearly does not want to do her job so fair warning I would recommend choosing another stlyist

Always impressed with my son’s haircut every time we leave here. Shelbi is the best barber we’ve had in a long time. She is very personable and always makes him feel special. I highly recommend her. She does a great job every time!

Signed in and there were two people in front of me. Two more walked in after a while and signed in, got to go ahead of me. I thought whatever Ill wait.I didnt want to be an obnoxious person and say Excuse me etc so I only asked once and they said just a few more minutes. Half an hour passed. I was curious to see how bad it could get at the Avon location. Total I ended up waiting over an hour with only a few customers, all of which somehow got to go ahead of me. This was not a sign-in error as my name was at the top of their list the majority of the time. Cannot recommend this location.

If your a guy I recommend hair cuts here. I taken my boys here and they wont go any where else now. Only reason I give it a four is you need to find a hair cutter you like. Get the wrong one and you will not have as good as a experience.

My boyfriend gave specific details of what kind of haircut he would like & they JACKED up his hair & his hairline. We called to see if they would fix it, but the manager, Stephanie, was extremely rude & made us feel uncomfortable coming back. Don’t waste your time dealing with these rude stylists & just go to a true barbershop.

The barbers are very good about keeping track of how they cut my hair, but they are also extremely friendly, and polite, and fun.I drove through two cities to get to this particular sports clip, because its always been such a delightful experience, Kia in particular did an extra good job and making sure my haircut was perfect.Ive been coming here for over 6 months.

So the woman thinking that the stylist was trying to get with her man needs to lighten up and probably is never happy with anything concerning her man and any female customer service related contact. Service is about standard with most franchised haircut/stylist business. Some of the stylists are better than others. The MVP is a great service that other franchises dont offer and with the shampoo after the cut helps with getting rid of the cut hair that can be annoying until you get a shower. Hot towel and massage is nice. Yes, this can be a bit pricey if your used to other franchises but again you get more options and usually a great experience especially after a stressful day at work.

Visiting from out of town and had the best experience. Christina was very friendly and great to talk to. Will definitely be back on my next visit.

First off let me say this...Dont let them touch your beard, even if they do almost nothing you will be surprised with a $7 charge when you go to pay. Second, this lady must have been new because a wall talks more. I have never had a bad haircut there, but for the price dinner should have been included.

Ask for Shelbi if you want a really good fade! Military style or ball fade! Never disappointed.

Overpriced, good thing I had a coupon. Couldnt even tell my son got hair cut. It took them forever to call him back even tho he made advance appointment online. 3 women standing around talking while we sat..nobody there. But as soon as next man showed up took him right in. She spent very little time on him as well ...

Just got my hair cut. Usually have great cut and had a less than amazing exprerience. Told clearly what I wanted and got something comepletely different. It was hurried and very sloppy. Very disappointed because I usually get a great cut here. Guess I shouldn’t come in right before closing... lesson learned.

Normally love the service here, but I walked in weds near noontime 1/27. 1 person in a chair getting a haircut and 1 stylist. She says Hello and turns arounds proceeds to cut hair and chit chat. No further greeting or instructions and she never came to the counter. I stood there timing her and must have stood 10-15 minutes with no acknowledgement of me being a customer waiting. I took a gamble coming in hoping my regular stylist would be there. Rolled the dice and crapped out.... Ill come back later.

They did a great job. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Plus I had a great conversation.

Shelbi was a great stylist. She took a lot of time to make sure my cut was perfect, upgraded me to MVP because of my first time being here and was a great conversationalist.

Have never had a bad experience here. Always friendly stylists, never have had a ridiculous wait, sometimes its a long wait on the weekends or in the evening but thats to be expected. Michelle Rhotons ( I dont care if I misspelled your name) review is ridiculous and should be ignored, the shower room she speaks of is an optional shampoo service after your haircut and the massage she talked about is included in the same upgrade for the shampoo. The massage is a hand massager machine that the stylists use, not uncommon for any barbershop or salon that cuts mens hair.

This place really has poor service and there prices are expensive. Also i believe their offering alittle more than a hair cut here. Whats with the hidden shower room? Ladies my fiance went here to get a hair cut and he was getting massaged etc. When none of the other guys i seen in there got that. So if you gotta good lookin man i wouldnt want him going to sport clips!!! Horrible experience.

Lines can be long during the weekends...but that is usually the norm with most stylists. The MVP offers a shampoo, hot towel, and massage, with a massager on the upper back only. Michelle Rhotons review is absolutely ridiculous and in no way whatsoever has this been the case with my visits. This is a franchise! And you also do not have to get a shampoo, nor are they ever pushy about it. I have had 1 bad haircut but the stylist that did it was fired shortly after. This is the one place I will let anyone cut my hair, Ive had terrible experiences at Great Clips. You pay for what you get though.

Came and signed in 7-12 around 6:30 pm. Was busy so I sat in the front row of seats and waited. And waited. After seeing other people who came in after me get called back I walked up to the sign in sheet. It was another sheet and my name was nowhere to be found. They removed the old sheet without even noticing my name on it! You would think someone would have seen me sitting there for 20 minutes or more and came to see what was going on. POOR customer service, and I wont be back!

I got a really big transformation haircut and the lady who cut it was very nice even though I was unsure what I exactly wanted.

The place was clean and staffed, however it was not a great visit. Stylist was not at all talkative, Im not confident she knew what she was doing, and didnt seem to do it very well. She couldve been having a bad day. I dont normally go to this location, just happened to be in that side of town.
