I’ve been going to John for 2 decades and the shop has been part of the community for longer than that. I’d argue that he give the best fades in the city. I’ve got a big/weird shaped head and John is the only barber that has ever been able to give me a perfect looking fade/haircut. He takes his time and gives you a great haircut every time. The dude is an artist. The business has a Korean barbershop type style. John cleans up the top of your cheeks and eybebrows a bit if you have a beard...uses a straight razor around your neck line and ears, etc. I haven’t had a bad haircut in 20 years because of him. He has a TON of regulars and everybody kind of thinks of it as “their place” and love to tell other people about it. If you are a guy in need of a haircut you can’t go wrong at DW Lees.

The guys need to cut on womens hair too.i just want a straight cut but the guys wont do it.so I cut it myself .other than that is a cool walk back in time,tic toc tic toc stroll inside a look at all those clocks.the guys are funny,caring,and will put a smile on your face .

Old school shop, latest and greatest styles, down to earth BARBERS (love the hot shave). These guys are versatile and true craftsmen. I live over an hour away and still make it a point to get in there to have my hair cut by the best - Eric (though if hes not around, Joe and the rest if the guys are more than capable).

Not real sure why the ass clown gave a one star. Unless your hair doesnt grow back in 2 weeks then complain or he shaved your head bald and you looked like a clown. However this place was the first place in stopped after my retirement from the military and they did a really good job on a military cut. Thanks guys.

My sons have been going here for years. They went from boys to men under Eric scissorhands. All of them are awsome and I can say you would enjoy the service at Lees Barber Shop.

Great shop, great prices, old school but they know the latest and greatest cuts with good equipment. Recommended. Will return when I can.

I waited for about 45 minutes and they let another customer that just walked in cut in front of me. They didn’t even ask me if minded waiting, the barber just said I could wait it would only take 2 minutes. I got up and left. Very rude. If you aren’t going to take appointments then stick to the order or at least ask the customer if they mind letting someone cut in front of them.

Lee’s Barber Shop always leaves me feeling clean with my fresh cut! Lee manages the first chair and his son Eric “Lil E” has the second chair and does a great job each time! Never had a bad cut, nics, or screw ups! The third chair is shared between JoDell and James ! They cut sum great hair too! I’ll never goto another Shop as long as they are here, I’ll be there and I make quite a roll out to get there fromthe Southside of Indy! They are at 62 Nd and Allisonvile rd!
