This was my first time coming here to Chad’s barbershop. Wasn’t sure what to expect going in. I came out with one of the best haircuts I’ve had in awhile! A.Z. was my barber and he absolutely killed it! I’ll be coming back to him regularly for sure. If you haven’t tried out this barbershop then I highly recommend it!

Horrible customer service, was hung up on when I couldnt remember the barber we made our appointment with, first time customers, I simply forgot his name! Was told Id have to walk up to each barber and ask if they had a 5pm appointment. So do their job for them, like so many businesses today! Then... He hung up on me! So we signed in under Any Barber.. Bad idea shouldve left. My nephews tapper fade *1 inch off top* tapered sides* looks like hair cut at cookie cutters. Go to school with this hair cut and you will get baked.. as my nephew says. Worse this will only be fixable by way of shortening his bangs further! Also was told first timers usually do walk in then make appointments. Im not most customers Joe Blow! Took photos Ill post them. He usually goes to GreatClips. Guess the ladies can do what men do better 😘 Tyler was the barber.

Ill go months without a haircut because I only want these guys cutting my hair. Ive only had my hair cut by Jordan and Brandon both whom have done fantastic jobs every time.Not discrediting the other barbers who Ive watched do great work while waiting.

The place is clean and has the classic barbershop feel. The guys do great work and the price is probably too affordable for the service. They could charge a bit more but whos complaining? My son and I got great cuts and attention while being out the door for 40 bucks including tip. Cash only but ATM on site.

Drove 45 mins to get to chads cause all the barbers I called in the past 3 days wont answere tier phones. Chads answered thier phone so so I went. Got in checked in . then 4 other people came in they checked in. Barbers started to come up going over to the other guys taking them on. Then I noticed my name wasnt on the list no more. So I thought i was next. Sat for about 20 min then 2 more guys came in they got taken on. So I left. If your calling names out speek up ot turn down the music.

So Ive went here little bit more than a handful times and each time I deliberately got a different Barber and with every barber came a different skill level. So of the five different Barbers the cuts quality range from pretty good to not that great. Another concerning thing is that the person cutting my hair last was acting very Twitchy like a junkie. Call it what you want but the guy charged me $24 for the cut with the pictures attached....your call....got me for the last time.Update:dude nicked me twice up top and in the beard...if i didnt have to go ooo boy

Went to Chads about a month ago.Didnt expect much because Ive had my hair cut several times at several different places like most everyone else.Walked into the building and I was legit raising eyebrows and genuinely pleased. The barbers were extremely professional and courteous. The atmoshpere was alive. Poppin tunes and beautiful artwork on the walls.One barber, Brandon K, had the opportunity to style my hair with a fresh fade. My hair was long. At least shoulder length. This wizard of a barber refined my style like it was easy. 10/10 best haircut ive ever experienced.This man is a barbershop god. He will make you look and feel like your ultimate self after you get a fresh cut from him!!!!Chads is where its at!!!!!

A couple weeks ago I went to Great Clips (for the last time I might add) and the lady that cut my hair butchered me. I lost two years of work on my hair and had to basically shave my head so I didnt look like a fool. Ive been looking for a solid barber shop for years since moving to Indy but never found anything that really stuck with me so great clips was the move because its cheap. This all changed when I walked out of Chads today. My guy David ONeil spent over 45 minutes giving me precise attention to detail when cutting my hair and lining up my beard. Ive never had such good treatment from someone I didnt know at all. The vibe of the barber shop was super positive, everyone was chatting with each other and David gave me the grade-A treatment. I felt like Id walked into a room with all my friends and it was a first time visit! My search for a solid barber shop is over. Chads is the place yall!

Wouldnt go here unless you have a LOT of time. Came in on a Wednesday around 1pm. They have a check-in, that they dont go by, if you check first available. You will see a barber waiting for a client, that isnt even on the property. If youre lucky, he wont skip past you to do someone that just walked in. I had previously had a decent experience when Ive come in. Today was just mind boggling to see that a person actually on property will be ignored for someone 3 minutes out that doesnt even hit that time frame.

Ive been to Chads a few times and all the barbers Ive had are great. I recently got a killer fade and cut from Brandon! Ill be heading back to Chads Barber Shop for sure. Great barbers at a reasonable price!

To be completely honest there are multiple chairs and then depending on the kind of person (quiet or talkative) you like cutting your hair and the kind of cut you want (all straight razor or buzzers) it is a selection process from hell but, well worth it and I mean that!For all the men out there reading this. Youre not going to go to any specialty (sports clips) place and get the kind of quality cut you would from Chads.For all the men out there still going to great or sport clips, please stop hurting yourself, the world cares about you, go to Chads and save your head.For the ladies out there, I have seen them do some wonderful work. If youre a mother or father, they are great with kids as well.If youre tired of the messy head and the sloppy cuts from other places, get over to Chads and make your appointment or simply walk in and wait but dont forget to sign in.If youre not going to make an appointment dont show up after 4:30. Thats from experience.

I literally drive 2hrs once a month to get a hair cut and my beard trimmed here...never had a bad experience...there are different skill levels amongst the barber but all are good..never had a bad cut.

Its probably about as good as great clips, every time I went there it took about an hour for me to even get to a barber, and once I did they would cut my hair extremely fast, and I thought that was good at first bit then I seen the back and side, its luke the barbers dont even try

I travel for a living, and forced to use what ever barber shop I can find in whatever town Im in. This is by far the best barbershop I have walked into anywhere in the country. I knew the second I walked in the door I was in the right place. Kenny did a bomb job giving me exactly what I asked for.I highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Wish we had a shop back home that catered to their customers this well.

This place was great upon its first few years, but Im disappointed at it now. Barbers have became too chatty and try to be comical. If Im paying nearly $20 or more, I like for my barber to be focused and be productive the entire time Im in the chair. Many of them are cocky and think theyre the best. Step your game up and put ya phones down. For tweet n likes sake! Good barbershops are all around the city. Wont be returning for some time!

The secret is out on this place. Great place for a man to get all the barber extras. They trimmed eyebrows, ear and nose hair, witches peak, neck into back hair. Basically what ever needed done to make you look sharp.

My son wont let me take him anywhere else for a cut. They do a great job and its a fun atmosphere.
