Dajia Was Very Polite And Knowledgeable About Options Available . She Deserves A Bonus !!!

Although 933 North Iliinois Street Indianapolis,In 46204 Public Storage property manager lady Dajia when she opened store October 1,2021 Dajia did find I already had vacated/emptied the place before midnight September 30,2021 so in October1,2021 she checked me out Dajia provided/asked for approval the fact I was gone on September 30,2021 but I got billed for October 2021 yet thanks to Dajia I am awaiting the approval to rid mistaken billing.

Dajia is amazing at this location. Great customer service. I like this location because of the space. Our large trucks add no issue unloading and loading

Got My Moms Storage Out.....after they took all of the money in her bank account....She passed in May.....wasnt able to get it out until AUGUST.....had tried getting it out in May after her passing on May 10th.....they was never in the office! They are theives....

Awesome storage place. Was able to get a great deal on a parking spot. The employees that I spoke to, Hershey and Brant, were super friendly and helpful. They called me saying that they had my car cover when it blew off and they helped me out when I lost my phone. Would highly recommend for anybody looking for car storage.

Our nonprofit company has rented for several years. Last month, the payment was posted late and we were automatically assessed a late fee. I understand how these things happen so I sent an email through the website. I believe it went to the corporate office. However I got a call from Pat who manages the location where I rent. She personally followed my request and the site manager approved. What I appreciate most is the professionalism and consideration. Corporate didnt get involved. The entire situation could have been different but it wasnt. Thanks bunches!!! Pat you are a gem!!!

Hershey is such a nice person and so helpful. We just rented a parking space and the whole process was a easy, fast, and clear as possible. We spoke with her on the phone to clarify how it all would work, then went in for our (COVID required) appointment and it was all just as she explained. We are SO happy to have such an economical parking spot so close to downtown.

I came here to get a storage unit to put some new items in for my house until I close on it. They offered a promotion of half off but after all the initial fees it was still $123 and that was not prorated since we are already three-quarters of the way through May. And then I still owe another $70 June 1st

The hours you can access your storage is ridiculous. Six am to six pm and the single Staff member puts the carts up@ 5:30 and isnt always there until even 5:30 or maybe leaves early on Friday Im not sure. My unit was clean though and contactless arrangements worked with no issue. Make sure you have your ID as you have to leave it at the front desk as collateral to use a cart. 8 am to 8 pm would be better. Also the advertised free month isnt 30 days its more like the remaining days left of the month you more in us I have not had my unit two weeks are already being senta bill for next month....so ask for clarification on the pricing seams misleading to me

I would not recommend this facility. At move in my gate code did not work properly, the front office was closed during normal business hours, and customer service was not helpful. My movers sat waiting in the parking lot while I figured out logistics. Ended up taking my business elsewhere. I repeat, I do not recommend this storage facility.

Gate access has always been 6 AM to 6 PM. Office recently changed it 930a to 5p with no notification while continuing to raise prices. Would highly recommend staying away.

I’m not a big fan of reviews. But! I have been so consistently impressed with the service I get when ever I go in! Whenever I make a payment it’s quick easy and personable, Hershey always gets it done and keeps the place spotless.

Pat was amazingly helpful and patient. She explained things clearly and I understood all the terms and conditions on the temperature controlled unit I was interested in. She even helped me find a different unit with better access to the elevator than the unit I had reserved online.

The Ladies that work the evening shift last night were Amazing. They helped me and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes even though I did not have an appointment. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Boyfriend and I are renting at this location . They take advantage of people. Rented place for 106.00 July of 2019. The cost after a year later is now $159.00. Tell me how is it legal for someone to raise rent 50%. This seems criminal. CRIMINALS!!! Don’t rent here!

Ive had my storage unit for going on 10yrs and I loves it! Them folks that work there are amazeballs. They know how to give great service and keep it saucy and fun.

I recently met with Hershey to see some available units and ended up renting one that night. I wasnt able to get to the facility until 20 minutes before closing, but she was more than happy to show me around and stick around after closing to complete the paperwork. So far Ive been very pleased with my experience.

Hershey is awesome. She is so friendly and helpful. She keeps the office area clean, gave me a tour of where everything is, and when I cant remember something, which is often, she has no problem reminding me. She keeps things light with good short conversation and she never makes me feel like a burden.

Great customer service, security and safety included. I just got a storage unit today from Hershey and Leah. They were helpful, informative, and funny! Give me the process of getting a new storage unit a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. I gave them the criteria that I was looking for, climate-controlled 10 by 10 or 10 x 15 and near the elevator. They were able to quickly find me the perfect unit and help me get ready for my move. The only possible downside to this storage location are the hours, they close at 6 p.m. otherwise its perfect.

I was in need of a space to park a truck and 14’ trailer. Spoke to someone on the phone and was told to be on-site by 4:30PM. I drove 25 minutes in rush hour traffic through downtown to make it on time. When I arrived at 4:02PM, the sign on the door said they would be back at 4:45. Looking around, I discovered that the spaces they were renting weren’t even fenced in. I definitely won’t be using this company’s services any time soon.

I am new to Indy and Hershey and Jeremy gave me excellent service and got me into a nice, clean storage place. I was made to feel welcomed to Indy and even shared some laughs. It did not feel like a business transaction but more of a people transaction. Thanks guys :) Moving to a new city with little to no friends can be scary but they both took that feeling away.

My work uses this facility regularly for event storage and we never have a problem with Hershey in charge. She is the best - friendly, attentive, and well informed.

She has been trying for almost 2 years to get management to fix the broken light in our hallway. She is always friendly, in a good mood & tries to find a solution to any problem. The entire staff was extremely flexible with my schedule as I had some slight hiccups that delayed my arrival from Louisville. This Public Storage left a very good taste in my mouth with storage units. Truth be told, this is my first storage unit. Customer service is something I value in businesses, especially as a new customer. Hershey, the property manager, was very accommodating and professional. She told me all the information I needed to know and helped me find a unit that fits my needs. This is a good place to start for storage, if youre in then central Indianapolis area. 5 stars! I moved to Indy in late August and had the extreme pleasure of working with Hershey! From the beginning she was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient! I could not have asked for her to be any more awesome! She definitely goes above and beyond! The facilities are great also. The units are clean and safe. The access is very controlled so you know that no one is going to mess with your belongings. Also they have cameras everywhere so they know what is going on at all times!I can honestly not say better things about Hershey and this Public Storage! It was a great experience! Thank you Hershey! I have rented this storage for more than a year. I really appreciate the service, Hershey, the cleanliness of the facility and how easy it is to use. I was looking for a storage facility downtown and talked to Hershey. She was absolutely great to work with, very friendly, upfront with everything, and very positive. The facility was impressive, clean, and well-maintained.While we went with another provider, it had nothing to do with the folks or the facility - it was purely due to price. The price wasnt bad (really very reasonable), we just needed a little less.

I’ve been coming to this facility for nearly a year. I always get greeted by Hershey and her customer service skills are amazing... Never a dull moment, always helpful & she’s very knowledgeable at what he does!!! Definitely the best!!!

So I never do these reviews UNLESS the customer service rep deserves it. I came in today to inquire about my unit. Hershey had at least 3 other people there. She looked at me and greeted me with a smile though she was helping someone. However the customer was being very rude to her and you could tell she was uncomfortable. She handled herself like a professional and smiled and continued to assist them. I do not understand why some people treat others like they do. I applaud Hershey on how she acted. Smile, nice and once it was done you could tell the other customers love her. They each and myself included told her it was okay and not her fault. She was simply an escape for others frustrations.

The Manager, Hershey, has been great over the years. Very supported and helpful. My concerns were the new limited hours and no Dumpster.I should be able to get into my storage after 6:00pm. The new hours raised concerns and limited my availability.
