The staff has been courteous, and the online payment system is fairly quick and easy to use. The only issue Ive ever had was the physical location being closed on Sundays or during holiday weekends before the push was made for online bill pay. Nobody likes additional fees. Overall, Ive had a decent experience.

I had a unit with them for over 3years. Great customer service. Even when I was late they communicated to me and allowed me to come in and get account current. Will be using them again

Recent changes are unfair and unresolved. You can’t pay online in Indianapolis from their website and now they don’t take payments over the phone forcing you to go into the location. They assessed a late fee with the above issues still unresolved. We have been at this location for years! Definitely looking to move!

The light was not working but other than that was good storage

I have used U-Stors facility for years. The manager is wonderful to work it and is very thoughtful. Appreciation Day for the customers at least once each year. The security is great!

The manager, Gail McFarland has always been so helpful since the first month that I rented from this company. She is the reason that I continue to rent here. Never had a problem. :)

Rates are too high

Assistant manager was very rude, told me its Sunday and not his problem I cant get into my storage unit. Was just calling to get my account number to pay online! Will be contacting corporate for this rude customer service. Could not believe how he spoke to me. Will be visiting the property tomorrow to PAY and remove my things and go to another storage facility.

The staff here didnt really seem in the mood to help and was slightly rude.

Excellent. Clean, private, excellently maintained grounds, entrance is next to & viewable from a fire station, automated credit card payments.

I am not pleased with the personal or service at this facility. Day 1 after i put my items in storage I noticed there was no power.Stopped by the discuss with manager and she flipped out on me sayin that the lights are out cause Quote Yaw wont turn out the lights at night well mmmmmm i decided to live with that but everytime im there im checked on so to speak 4 or 5 times now the lady manager thinks shes mother hen or something harassing me each time im there loading or unloading my items. today accused me of living in my storage and running a business out of it and wants to evict me. I dont mind leaving but none of this is true. I wouldnt want her working for me very rude
