I was seen quickly. The manager was efficient in doing paperwork, since its all electronically done. From what I saw from perimeters, property seems to be well maintained. There is 24/7 gate access. But, not outdoor storage. They have RV covered storage.There was a change in our plans, so we didnt chose their facility.Thank the team again for their assistance.

Cat is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and was professional and courteous. We are glad that we found such a welcoming place. The units that we rent are well maintained and the doors go up easily.

Today I went in with my son to use the office area that has a very large space to print off some things that I needed and Kat, the manager, offered to take care of it for me. She was so nice and polite that even my usually shy son started in with the conversation as well.I’ve rented from this facility 3-4 times and every time I’ve had zero issues. The facility has always been very clean and orderly and I’ve felt completely safe even when I’ve had to go there during early a.m. hours. Pricing is right and as long as I live in the area, I will only use this facility.-Very satisfied customer!!!

She was very professional in her manner and patiently answered all our questions. I found the units to be clean, spacious and temperature controlled. I was really pleased with their units.Carol and her staff was always very helpful. I rented 2 indoor units they were very clean, and I had easy access to them. All the units are on the ground floor that is one of the reasons I decided to use them, also convenience of the location I needed. I moved from out of state so it was convenient to come and go when I needed. They have flat carts to use in the hallways, also a box truck available to rent very reasonable worked out great for me. When I pulled in the drive, I was proud to say, yes! This is the place! Very neat, clean, and attractive, but when I greeted Carol, I felt like I had come in contact with a tiger! She was so rude and non-caring! I feel that if you have an attitude problem that can’t be adjusted or a racial problem, you shouldn’t be working with the public!!This woman cut me off when I tried to talk, wouldn’t answer my questions until I asked twice or trice, tried to charge more than what was advertised on the web, and acted as if she didn’t know what the site stated about a free truck rental, yet she claimed to be the owner of the facility. She also didn’t give us the free Costo card that was advertised! Then she only allowed 1 person can see the unit. Her attitude was despicable!We had to rent a U-Haul truck and ended up paying 96.52 because she said she only owns 1 truck, which was sitting on the lot and said it was rented already. The web says free truck rental with every new move in. And the Costo card? We we have no idea what will happen when! I gave a rating of 2 because of the rotten and rude way we were treated, and the 2 is in favor of the facility. The facility deserves a 5+ alone! Carol, hope you read this carefully and hopefully you can see yourself for who you really are and how you treat others and be encouraged and motivated to change! I’m sure you turn a lot of people away. Had I not come all the way from Wisconsin and been under a time constraint, I most definitely would have spent time looking elsewhere .

Competitively priced, options for businesses like a meeting room and packaging/shipping products. Facility is clean and offers wheeled carts for moving your stuff. Temperature controlled storage is effective, Ive never been there when the air was out or anything. They sell locks that also offer a discount on the insurance they offer. Moving boxes in front office are cheaper than U-Haul. Also they have a free truck available to customers.

Wanamaker Storage was a great experience. Carol and Clay are always available to answer questions or help reserve the truck for moving our belongings in and out.The location is super convenient if you live around Wanamaker, Acton or Franklin township. Its a clean location that offers many options on the right size to rent!

Revised rating as of 6/30/2019RV owners BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY! I stored my RV in slot #727 and experienced very large voltage drops when attached to the supposed 30 amp shore power supplied by this site. My surge protector and voltage monitor would trip showing a greater than 20 volt drop to less than a 100 volts continually when applying aproximatley a 10 amp load from the RV circuits. I never experienced this problem at any other site except this one. The local and regional management at first said they were having their electricians look in to the problem, then tried to deny that there was a problem but never seemed to be concerned enough to respond with any urgency. This is when I moved my unit to another facility on 6/30/2019 and have had zero voltage or electrical problems since. This may just be a problem with the #727 site but I doubt it.I am storing my RV at this facility in Wanamaker. It has been a very good experience and the manager Carol Peyton has been very helpful and responsive to all my needs. The only problem that has frustrated both myself and Carol is the inability for the remote control gate unit to operate the entry gate. This unit has been out of operation for several months and makes it very inconvenient when trying to access the facility with a 30ft. RV. I was sold the remote unit and was very pleased with it until it stopped working about a month after I purchased it. The lady who helped was very helpful i had got 1 storage unit and it wasnt big enough i got another one and after relizing that wasnt going to work. She made an easy transfer. Very helpful and would recommend. Also the truck was rented the day i rented the storage and she had called and seen if the still needed it. They said no so she had called and said i could come back and use the truck.
