The driver was able to pull my Van out of a ditch and tow me at an affordable price. Other company gave me quotes almost twice the amount.I would recommend them to anyone!

They gave me great service! A IPD officer stop th assist me and they recommend these guys. They towed my baby (Audi A5) from Indy to New CastleThe driver was very polite and knowledgeable. I commute to Indy several times a month so I will always keep them on my phone.

Yesterday I was on my way to the airport for my vacation . My car stalled about about 5 mins from the airport . I was in a panic I called action towing the the lady was so nice she sent a driver to me and they took me to the airport and then took my car to the dealership to be repaired. Thank you for your fast service and the awesome customer service .

The woman on the phone was really nice - BUT they missed my appointment - so they were 2 hours late. The tow truck driver had a bad attitude and wouldnt lift a finger to help get my car into position for towing. I understand it may not be his job, but what happened to being a good Samaritan? He said he had a heart problem, so he couldnt push, which is fine. So I asked if he could possibly steer while me and my bf push and he just shook his head no in disbelief. Anyways, I told the useless guy to leave and ended up getting a $40 ticket. I caught the officer who ticketed me (while my car was in the middle of being towed to impound) and he helped my bf get my car out of the middle of the alley and back up the hill into my driveway. Anyways, the point of the story is theyre flaky and the tow truck driver was a useless prick.
