They pretend they care about you.but its just about the money and you better take the car you bought there to a trusted mechanic, because theyLeft oil leaks and dirty filter when they said everyone gets an oil change.they never thought I would look underneath the car I bought there.
So rude, rude rude, I called at 7:36am a lady answers the phone. It was not friendly at all. I tell her that I have a minor oil leak and where the leak is and I need to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. 1. The first apt available is the 26th. I then ask if there was anything sooner because Im moving cross country to Az. She said no vary rude then I ask well if I do bring it in on the 26th will it take more than a day to fix. She again was extremely rude with attitude and says heck I dont know depends what wrong with the jeep. Clearly I told her exactly what was wrong with my jeep and she didnt even listen. I wont take my jeep there thats for sure. If you dont like your job lady get a new one.
Friendly Staff. Always open and ready with full info on what is going on with the vehicles in service. Highly recommended!

Not friendly, over priced. Most of the times you can buy a brand new vehicle for what they sell their used ones for. Mechanics dont watch what they do, from forgetting to put oil in your car, to stripping your oil pan, to dropping it off the lift. No all these have happened to me, but Ive seen it happen
A few months ago I purchased a vehicle from a different dealership,REGRETTABLY. However these are the guys that I purchased accessories from. They are always very pleasant and professional.
Steve was my service advisor who was very attentive to my issues and concerns and saw to it that all of my questions were answered and issues were taken care of. I received my vehicle on time and repairs were expertly completed.
I was in a car accident November 6th. Tom Obrien CHRYSLER Jeep service department told me that my car (2016 jeep Cherokee) was fixed as good as its going to get today...after two and a half months of having it. My vehicle is still wobbling and feels like the tires are going to fall off and has intermittent jerking after them having it for over two and a half months. Between poor customer service and incompetent service department, I would rate them a zero if it were an option.
Toby, my Mopar mechanic is excellent. He went out of his way to get a part for my car. He is friendly and kind. He makes taking my car for service a pleasure!
