Kevin’s has saved 2 of my family members over $1000 each visit compared to what a dealership service department tried charging them for some fixes & then fixed my Dads brake line on his Explorer which wasn’t a big fix but they charged him $0 bcuz it was something that was fixed quickly.. ANYONE else, would’ve said it took an hour or two +.. If that doesn’t prove they are the most honest, trustworthy “Auto repair shop” around, by far - idk what does.

After this experience, I cant imagine taking my car anywhere else. My boyfriends brakes went out his first day starting a new job, so obviously it was a bit of an emergency to get them fixed. We took it to Midas on 31 and they quoted us $780.17 to replace 2 brake lines and a wheel cylinder. We decided to get a second opinion thank God and ended up here. Knowing the situation and even knowing their only competition for us was almost $800, they got us in and out in only a couple days and our total was $148.93. The entire total at this shop cost over $50 less than what Midas was going to charge us for parts alone. They could have very easily taken advantage of us and said the repair was $500 because they knew what Midas had quoted us and they still gave us an extremly fair deal for quality work. 100% will be bringing my car here for any future repairs. Thank you!!

We had a great experience with this place! We were on a 7 hour road trip and needed a radiator hose replaced. Kevin’s got us in quickly, repaired, and on the road in an hour! This auto repair shop is the most honest place I have ever been to. The repair prices are so reasonable. They wont repair things that dont need fixing to make extra money from you. Staff is really nice.

Took my car in on Monday, for a quick estimate. I was told that they will give me a free estimate which was nice i thought. I was told theyll I call me back on Tuesday with the estimate ( I had to leave the car for a more accurate estimate) today is Friday I havent heard back from them, so I went pick up my car not even an apology just handed me the keys. As company owner i dont use this approach on my bussiness.

HonestKnowledgeable wont tell you something needs to be done unless it really does. Fixed two of my problems with out charge. My windshield wiper sqirter and my head light on warning bell werent working and they fixed it in minutes. Really great people

If I cant safely do it myself, I take it to Kevin. Ive had my car serviced here many times and the quality of work has always been great. Kevin and his staff do a good job. They havent tried to swindle me like most auto repair places do either. Hes honest, friendly and I highly recommend this place.

Kevins is fantastic! Hes been the go-to guy of our entire family for quite a few years and, thanks to him, even fewer cars. If it needs fixed and youre in the area, hes the guy to do it. Even in a whole other county, we still come to him for help with our vehicles. I called a few weeks back requesting a quote to have a new water pump put in our 08 Altima. I spoke to Linda and she said she would get me a quote and call me right back. She called me back and quoted me $200 cheaper than Hubler wanted to charge me. I set up an appointment for a June 27th. I asked if I could drop off the evening before and she told me that would be fine. I made it to the shop Monday the 26th before they closed at 5:30. Linda, Im pretty sure that is her name, was very nice and courteous. She said that they would give me a call in the morning before they start working on the car and let me know if they find any other issues besides the water pump. I received a call from her about 10 am today and she informed me that I would definitely need the water pump replaced and also would need antifreeze and a new serpentine belt. I was afraid of what the cost would be with the added need for the belt, but it only added $30 to the original quoted cost. I gave them the go ahead and she told me it would be ready before close of business today. We got to the shop at 5:15 and it was sitting in the parking lot ready to go. Went in and she again was very nice and helpful. Took my payment and explained they have a one year warranty on parts and labor. I definitely recommend this shop, you can usually trust a place where the owners name is on the sign. Thanks again Kevins auto repair... you saved us about $300-$400 compared to the dealership! If we ever need repairs in the future (I hope we dont, though) youll be our go to!

Well I used to think this place was honest but not anymore. I paid 450 $ in repairs and it took almost two weeks to get my car back, which if it was fixed wouldnt be that big of a deal. When I got there the guy told me they replaced the distributor not once but twice while they had it bcause of a crank sensor error was coming up(which leads me to believe there was something more extensive wrong possibly and was overlooked possibly). They fixed the bearing in right wheel which Im satisfied with but it doesnt really help when my car wont start! The guy i payed said he may have to jump the battery before I leave which was a huge red flag I shouldnt have paid right then when he said that but I figured it would be ok after it got started. Obviously that wasnt the case they some how drained my almost brand new battery to nothing without the courtesy of charging it which would eliminate a trip to an auto parts store. They guy was just like you might have to get a replacement but it looks new so its probably under warranty. Once I began to drive my car I noticed very little of a difference in the way it drove it felt awful like it wasnt getting any power when I slammed on the gas as an experiment it barely changed the speed at all. So basically I paid 450 $ for my car to not be fixed and on top of that my car wont start. Before I came here I had a car that started and 450 $. I called to complain and they acted like they didnt give a crap really. They offered to find me a cheap battery as if I would give them money again. I think they mentioned something about giving me a jump box or something and I think they said they could take a look at it again but the persons voice sounded like they barely cared enough to say the words. So I dont know what to do about this I cant even take my car in because It doesnt start. It just sucks and unless its resolved I will be forced to tell everyone in my family (who come here pretty much exclusively since living on the southside) to never go here again. .....update....... they fixed a part that didnt need fixing just to make money never going here again.
