We live fours away. We found a used Lincoln online at their website. It looked great and had a competitive price. We drove down two days later and met with Michael Daniels. Mike was a great salesman. The whole process was very pleasant and we drove away within two hours with the Lincoln. One of the WORST parts about owning a jeep wrangler is finding a trusted service advisor for routine work/warranty. Since moving to Carmel from the Chicago area, Ive been to 3 different dealerships for routine maintenance/warranty repair and Im hyped that I found Jonathan from champion Jeep. Jon does what he says hes going to do. I especially appreciated the daily updates at the end of each day. Jon appears to be balancing multiple different customers at once and he does it with extreme professionalism and attention to detail. I would recommend to anyone reading this that they take their Jeep to Jon at Champion vs some of the other dealer service centers that are in and around North Indy. Save yourself the trial and error and just take it directly to Champion.

I commend my salesman, Kevin Lane, by being on point with his persistence in bi weekly/monthly phone calls about the particular vehicle I was interested in. My initial visit was in April 2021 and was on the fence about purchasing at that time. However, his continued calls and messages kept me interested. Champion is the only dealership in Indianapolis I will do repeat business with; as someone who tends to trade cars a lot, it is great to know who I can count on. That said, I plan to keep this one for a while. JoJo is the first salesperson Ive ever bought from to choose a vehicle for me based on my criteria (I tend to go in with a specific car already in mind); and she picked the right one on the first try. The color is unique and took a minute to grow on me, but I wasnt even tempted to test drive another Jeep, and this color is unquestionably me. She clearly has good taste, as well as being great to work with throughout the process. Gene is always friendly, efficient, thorough in his recommendations, and the paperwork took no more than 15 minutes.The Champion service department is the only one I will trust with my Jeep, and its mostly because theyve proven that they trust ME and my concerns. It is evident that the whole dealership cares about the customer and their lasting experience, and that is rare.

I appreciate Matt from service for helping me get my Dodge Dart taken care of. Matt deserves 5 stars. When I first arrived at the dealership on A Friday I wanted to get information on when I can get my vehicle fixed and a couple of the workers didn’t ask for my name didn’t book an appointment and gave me run around about how I need to bring my car back on a Monday when I already told them my car was Tolled here and unable to move. I kept calling the dealership on Monday to contact service and I’m not sure who kept answering the phone but I continued to be transferred and transferred and transferred. I was sent to voicemails. No one took my name down no one set an appointment. I only wanted to make sure my car was being seen and taken care of. Matt reached out to me and apologized for what was happening and made sure my car was took care of and then some. He made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Matt for your time and patience and decency getting my car done in my timely needs. I’m not a big fan of the other service guys but Matt you’re the best!

Dropped off my vehicle Tue. for a scheduled appointment the next day. Mid day Wednesday I call to check the status and no one has even looked at it yet. I wait till about 4pm my service representative left; and they promised a technician would call before they close. No surprise, no one calls. Its the next day still no status on my vehicle. Finally at 2:20 pm I received a call saying they are calculating the cost. They will get back to me soon. I wait until 3:50, oh we did a diagnostic scan you would owe roughly 3,600.01. Also we dont have the parts here and it could take another 15 days. Worst service ever. I wish I could give less than one star.

Doc met with me over the phone. I told him what I wanted and the finance I could work with. He sent me a bunch of options and gave great opinions. Didn’t try to sell me just anything. This was on my 2021 Compass Limited. I had a electrical issue with my blind spot indicators staying on temporarily after every car wash. They were able to find the problem & replaced the faulty part in a timely manner. A loaner vehicle was provided to me which was greatly appreciated. The entire experience was handled professionally and I was very impressed!

I know he gets commission on one but how many times do you have to say no? Overall I’m happy with the new vehicle I bought. I’d recommend buying here if they have what you are looking for. You may be better off selling your vehicle yourself instead of trading it since they charge you a clean up fee! I also seen they sold my trade in less than a week. Go somewhere else. Customer service is poor. The mechanics Did a good job fixing my clutch. It’s the Dishonest service people who are charging outrageous prices for diagnostics and repairs. They Are by far the most expensive Option you will ever find. If you don’t care about money This is the place for you. Never made me feel like I got a good deal on anything you will be embarrassed to tell people what it cost to fix whatever’s wrong with your car. They also did not Pay attention to the ignition interlock on my car while being serviced which was very unprofessional and cost Me time and money. Good service although they had my. Shucked fir a week. Ended up when Chrysler didn’t deliver the part Auto Zone had it in their warehouse. Wouldn’t have taken nearly as long if they had tried locally first. But Champion did come through and diagnosed the problem and the Jeep is fine.

Very poor customer service. I had asked about getting some paint fixed due to corrosion (that shouldnt be happening to a truck of this age) and my concern was addressed when I dropped off to have my oil change and I was told I would be referred to a shop that does their paint repairs. When I went to pickup my truck after the service appointment I had to bring it up again and they simply gave me a flyer to go to the body shop to get it checked out and they would send them an estimate. I went over to the body shop and got turned away because Champion didnt tell them they were sending someone over, so I have to make an appointment for them to LOOK at my bumper. I come back to the body shop the next day for them to look at it and they take some pictures and send it over to Champion. The next day I get a call from Champion telling me the claim was denied because paint corrosion is only covered for 3 years....not sure why they ever even sent me over to the body shop in the first place other than to waste an extended amount of my time. Terrible customer service. This will be the last time I get my vehicle serviced at Champion and will be the last Chrystler vehicle I own.

When they finally did i was told we dont know how long. Maybe next week.Would never ever consider buying my next car there due this horrible experience!

I ended up here after visiting 4 other Jeep dealers who didnt give any incentives. Im a returning lessee, return Jeep customer, Chrysler employee, etc, so I qualified for several deals. This dealer got me close to the deal I wanted, the car I wanted, the incentives. Other than the fact that no one was wearing a mask (even though the sign said masks must be worn). Thats my only issue. The salesman did offer to put one on after learning Im diabetic.

Let me start by saying that my salesman, Jason Armstrong, was great. I bought a used truck that was not a Dodge that had a couple of outstanding recalls on it and we had more than usual back and forth over the phone. So thanks Jason for having great, fantastic, follow-up. The overall process of buying a car was as expected. I don’t like buying cars or dealing with the whole process of it, so this review should explain my experience well. It’s a nice dealership that has great variety, seating, coffee, etc. I would buy another vehicle from Champion and I might in the near future. I give 4 stars as one of the repair items was not resolved completely, so I took my truck to the dealer closest to me. Again, my truck is not a Dodge so maybe that played into it. I did speak with the mechanic that worked on the truck and he was also communicating with me well over the week they had it in the garage. So I must say the customer service was what I want from anyone I would buy a product from. Kudos to the Champion team.

I was assited by Rodney and he was both a great salesman and was pleasant to work with!! The Dodge Durango wasnt in stock for me to test drive but the experience of the whole process was pretty stress free. He didnt put pressure on such a major decision, but was really good at laying out all of the facts. When the time comes to purchase, I definitely plan to come back to work with him directly.
