I have been trying to reach them and unable to reach them. Number rings directly to an Allstate call center. Rep confirmed that Scott Verbarg is no longer in business (or in business with them). By the way, in my opinion Allstate has also slipped in their customer service and competitive rates. Canceling my policies with them and switching to State Farm, which provides better coverage for significantly less money.

Allstate has been amazing! I switched to them almost 6 months ago and I’ve had such an amazing experience! I switched form progressive, and they were charging me a ridiculous amount! Sooo happy I switched to Allstate!! Literally I pay 50% of what I was paying with progressive! Highly recommend!

I made several attempts to contact this office via phone during normal business hours to no avail. I then sent an email asking to be contacted via phone before end of business that day. Well that call never came. Why have a local agent if the only way I can conduct my insurance business is with the corporate office? Time to find a new agent /company

I’ve really never had an issue with this office until recently. I’m a SAHM and was looking into life insurance, I received a little notice in the mail about it and it got me thinking I should probably get that having two kids and a husband. I got on the website and was trying to do a quote and it wouldn’t let me follow through I had to contact an agent. I emailed this office who handles my auto/home - Scott V. directly via site and explained.. no response. I called two days later now Monday and gave Nikki my info she looked at my account repeated my # that was it. Said she’d call back within the hour. Nothing. Not even the next day or the day after. Bad luck maybe? I just took my business elsewhere.

I got into a rear end collision this morning and within the same hour as my accident Michelle Schuster had already contacted the other insurance agency and walked me through everything step by step. She took a huge burden off my shoulders!! highly recommend she gets a raise!

Scott has treated us well. He very reactive to questions and gets on things right away. He seems to want to meet our needs and cover our situations the best for us and not his pocket.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Scott and his staff. They went out of their way to find the coverage and rates that worked best for me. On a recent occasion I made a mistake with my insurance and they went out of their way to help me resolve the issue. Not once did I feel like I was being a bother. They are always pleasant and prompt. I definitely recommend them for any insurance need!

Ive worked with Scott in local business groups we are are part of. He isnt just knowledgeable, he is able to show how that knowledge will help the people he is working with. And this is done even in situations where Scott is not acting as a vendor, but as a resource.
