My spouse had been using State Farm for years, so I joined his plan. We also bundled our house insurance. The price is good and everybody weve interacted in the office is professional and responsive. They check in with us on a regular basis regarding our coverage and any adjustments needed. It is the perfect amount of contact. Its easy to work with them, and its so nice to be treated like a human and not an account number.

State Farm was always great at working with me when I had to file a claim. They made it really simple to do. I also feel like they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t without a car while mine was getting fixed. They also made the process easy to sign up and get started on new policies.

I love this office! Spencer was super patient with me and took the time to sit down and explain the numbers to me. All of my questions are answered in a timely manner. And Spencer goes out of his way to send me information I need for my job so I don’t have to log in and do it myself, so sweet! I have never felt so much love from a Insurace company my granddaughter was in the hospital my agent came to st Vincent during covid19 during a pandemic... what company reaches out to their clients like that.. they always have time to answer my questions . During the 3 months stay at home order times got really tough financially but they never canceled me they really stuck by me and my families side. They worked out a budget plan and they always help me to figure out what best meets my needs all in one life insurance all my cars insurance and rental Insurace all in one. Even my 14 year old daughter was impressed with being rescued by roadside assistances with a flat tire. So their role models and leaders to the next generations to come. I recently had to process a claim through John Elbins State Farm and the process was phenomenal. Ive had many issues in the past with previous insurance agents, the staff is rude or the claims take forever to process. Well, I can say its 100% the opposite for these guys, everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and claims get processed quick. Would highly recommend!

I personally do not have a problem with Mr. Elbin. But i do have a problem with how Things were handled on new years eve for me. My truck quit running on a country road miles from my home. Sitting in the road no doubt. Around 7:30 pm new years eve. I called the 24-7 emergency service line. Once they finally figured out where i was. I was told they would call back with info on when a truck would show up.. well at 11pm i called back and was told oh they didnt tell you we couldnt get anyone until the next day?.. So i pushed it into someones driveway over night. By 10 am new years day i went back to the truck never got a call back on getting it towed. So yeah dissapointed in that... maybe I should have left it sit in the middle of the road. Then you could have paid to get it out of impound? I mean what kind of trouble would I have gotten into if someone would have hit my truck sitting in the middle of the road over night and been killed or what not?
