Emily Nowlin is the lone agent I have ever interacted with who I knew on a personal basis; she knew me as a human being and not simply as a set of numbers. Emily truly wanted to know me to best determine what my insurance needs were. Both when I was in a car accident in 2018 and when I needed my roof replaced in 2021, Emily and her agents were immediately responsive and thorough in helping me with both incidents. I am sad that I cannot continue to retain Emily as my agent after my recent move to Arizona.

Rachel Midkiff & Emily have been amazing. Rachel made sure I had the perfect policy for my job. My car broke down Sunday morning at 8am. I reached out to Rachel and even though it was Sunday morning she responded to me. There was an issue with the weekend customer service regarding road side Rachel even followed up with me this morning. I am so glad we made the switch to State Farm.

My husband and I were on vacation in Guernsey, Wyoming. It was 9:15 at night when the largest Mule Deer weve ever seen hit our rental car. We called Enterprise and they absolutely REFUSED to help us. They left us to fend for ourselves out in the middle of nowhere. They refused to come get us, to bring us another car and to tow us. We drove the badly damaged car 11 miles at 15 mph to get us and the car back to our motel to safety (on a badly damaged retread tire unbeknownst to us until the next day). We had to have Rachel Midkiff, our local State Farm agent, in Emily Nowlins office in Indianapolis, to intervene on our behalf. She was absolutely awesome! We spoke with her on/off for 7 hours the next day trying to get Enterprise to help us. Rachel is friendly and kind and genuinely cares about her clients well-being. She got everything taken care of for us and got us back home. She literally helped save our lives!!!!!! Rachel knew how completely stressed out we were so she handled Enterprise and the claim so we didnt have to do anything else. I highly recommend Rachel Midkiff!!!!!Not to mention, our rates on Auto and Home Owners are fantastic! Thank you Rachel for helping us and going above and beyond and for getting us home!!!!!

Dealing with insurance people is usually never a good experience, but Rachael was informative, helpful, and most importantly, genuine. She is an asset to State Farm and Emily, and I view my next interaction with my insurance company as very positive.
