Mr. Porep was more than helpful finding me new auto, renters, and life insurance! I was turned away by several other places and thought I would be here too. The service I have received from this agency doesnt even deserve one star but cant get lower! I was quoted a price and in the end, Im paying more than I was before. Add to this, Tom basically told me I was wrong and that I would NEVER have been told that low of a price to be all inclusive. Well, guess what?! They listened to the calls and I was right! Toni did apologize and take full responsibility for the miscommunication but Tom didnt bother to apologize for speaking to me the way he did!I am shopping for a different agency!
