I have lived here since last year and there is still no change in cleanliness, and the neighborhood is not good at all. I don’t feel safe most of the time and plus there’s trash on the ground, rude people, and the images in the townhomes are false. Need updates.

I have never lived here nor could I get anyone to actually respond so I could tour. The process to even get a tour is a mess, so what does that say about this place? Cant even make a first contact, doesnt look like a positive start so definitely not pursuing this place anymore.

There was trash all over the entire complex. On top of that, there was only one person working in the office and when I showed up for my scheduled tour she told me there were people ahead of me so I just left immediately even though I drove 30 minutes to get here. Pathetic and sad, get it together.

After reading the reviews giving ONE star was to GENEROUS. I always read the reviews of potential places that I may be interested in. However, once I read the reviews and the SAME auto-generated RESPONSE I DEFINITIELY will NOT be looking any further into these.

Very nice office staff. Extremely prompt follow through. I emailed before move in about a few minor issues I noted and those were taken care of the next morning! Recently renovated. Matching cabinets and counters throughout kitchen and bathrooms makes the entire home look pulled together and comfortable.Better front door locks would be great but thats nothing I cant take care off myself. Very happy!

I have visited West Park many times and the staff is always kind and professional. The 3 bedroom townhomes are such a great floor plan.

From corporate down to the office staff just horrible. My experience is to long to post but just know this apartment complex is straight trash..Ghetto is to kind to say.

I moved into Westpark 7/2017 and after living there for two years they sent me to collections after failing to notify me of the debt. I signed my lease renewal in July 2018. I continued to pay the quoted rent (yes late sometimes as single moms do) until October when the leasing agent told me to come in and sign a paper copy ( She was just walking the neighborhood checking in with tenants, had I not been outside I would have continued paying “month to month”). She stated I was living month to month and I reminded her I was not paying a month to month rate, I signed my lease online in July. She said there must have been a glitch and to come in and sign it. When I did I did not realize my lease would generated for an October start adding three months to my move out. With the new lease I also submitted without my guarantor. My guarantor no longer wanted to be on my lease which was communicated when I signed alone.July 2019 I receive a notice for move out!Aug 3 I lost my job. I reached out to the office to try and lower my balance as much as possible as it should have been the last month of my lease (remember they sent me the move out paperwork). I moved out Aug 15 and staff received keys and forwarding address.April 2020 - $3340 balance on my credit report. I was never alerted (they claim they didn’t have my information so they mailed all info to guess what....the apartment I just moved from)Fined for breaking lease early (October end date) and my guarantor has on her credit as well even though she did not sign the 2018-2019 lease.Be careful! Get receipts and copies of everything.

Wow I see the apt owner doesnt respond to negative reviews which makes me think they dont care to even try resolve issue . Sure persuaded me NOT to apply. If not showing compassion and concern now I can tell what type of complex it is. I love when people leave reviews gives better expectation on what you will be dealing with.

Literally dont move here, the kids here set fireworks every night and blast music all and night. you dont really feel safe here and the apartment i got had a cockroach infestation. over all come here if you dont got no where else to go.

I really want to give no stars. They dont do leasing business. They run looting business. They loot your money. I had the unfortunate experience of staying at their place. They loot your security deposit without any explanation and send your name to collecting agency saying you owe them money. When in reality they owe your money to you and they dont pick up your phone calls during busniess hours. They are always not reach able. Terrible business. They are not friendly.

Worst place I have ever lived. The office doesn’t do anything about any problem there has ever been. Kids leave trash on cars, rip headlights out, ding dong ditch, loud, kids throwing sticks over the fence at my 7lb dog, say they have good cameras but they don’t use them, fire extinguisher hasn’t been serviced since 2017 and is empty, Plug in behind fridge has no outlet, shower tile is uneven and clearly has mold said they fixed it went about a week without a shower(never got fixed), sliding glass door to patio won’t lock, kitchen sink leaks, and has insulation showing. Terrible would NOT recommended to anyone. Moving out tomorrow!

I am so glad I am out of that complex. I dont even know where to start. Would give zero stars if I could. Maintenance sucks(caught him feeding stray cats around the dumpsters 3 times). Who knows what else was getting fed. I told the office and she was nonchalant about it. When I had a maintenance request nothing would get done or they wouldnt do it right. They tried to raise the rent $150 when our lease was up with less than a 30 day notice. When we went to talk to the office about it they said the rent went up because of the renovations(which were horribly put together and cheap). This place is the west side hood. Got a lot of nerve to raise the rent that high. But Im glad because Im not living there any more.

They are expensive! What they want for a 3bedroom, you might as well pay rent for a house.

Terrible! I was looking forward to moving into this complex and was denied for asking where I stood in the process. Waited several days... explained my entire situation to them before hand... They received all of my information... went as far as conducting a rental verification (which I know was perfectly fine because Ive had the same landlord with no issues for several years) Plus who does all that work if they are going to deny you in the first place? Apparently following up and wanting answers to something you paid for is an issue. Most places if your denied tell you at least within 24 hours they waited almost 4 days to deny an application that they had no reason to be denying. Im going to have to consider this as discrimination! Take your money somewhere else and avoid the application fee because they will just collect it and waist your time.

Staff is extremely helpful. Maintenance completed all tasks within 24 hrs. Kitchen has been updated. Bedrooms are a little small.

I got my door kicked in and robbed at gunpoint by some neighborhood kids. Gave my 30 day notice immediately because my lease was up. They had zero empathy towards the situation and even had the nerve to keep my deposit. This area is the hood and the blue cameras are there for a reason. If you want a nice area head West on 10th until you cross Raceway Road and then find an apartment. Its more expensive but at least you wont get robbed and thrown in your laundry room while looking down the barrell of a 12 gauge

IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF COME TO WESTPARK!! Overcharged rent ..horrible staff ..horribly managed. Will penalize you for their outdated and cheap decor. They also took my deposit because I informed them I would not be signing another lease.

Felt like I was in the hood, rent was way too high. I dont feel comfortable having to have cameras all around.

Would give negitive 5 stars if I could.Water leaking through sealing from pipes. Got charged 400 for the carpet to be vacuumed when I move out. Charged 800 dollers for blinds and 300 for a cheap fridge door handle coming off. Community is filled with out of control teenagers that break in houses. Teens hanging and smoking weed on the side of my apartment. Gun shots and etc. Not a great community all together. Dangerous. As well as someone stealing everyones rent by stealing an entire drop box and they put letters on everyones door giving them a deadline to get theyre money order reissued and mailed to them or they would be evicted as if it was theyre fault. Terrible on call maintenance. When I called them after my pipes were leaking into the first floor with at least a inch of free standing water. He said he couldnt come because he was out of town but he was on call! All together a terrible experience. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

HORRIBLE!!!!!Id give zero stars. I moved from out of state last October. Nothing but problems. The property manager refuses to fix my move in maintenance issues. Property manager states corporate only allows cosmetic repairs. I contact corporate and told theyll speak to PM. So nothing is done. Unsafe neighborhood. Then 8 months in raises my rent. Cant wait for lease to expire. Uninsulated townhouse. Couldnt use first floor all winter too cold. Mice a concern. All my concerns notated but brushed off. Regret this move. Rethink if your considering renting here.
