Amazing front office staff. They are quick with repairs and are always friendly. One of the tech knew I had a dog and brought her a treat. I highly recommend this place to rent through. They also help find a place within your price range.

Why cant I leave no stars? Over four years, they have failed to fix our sink and now we are left (having reported this every day for a week) with NO way to prepare food for my disabled husband - at this rate, we will not be able to have Thanksgiving dinner. Weve let Raphael Sanchez know since the Indiana housing agency is being investigated already, but if you value your health and have a desire to clean your kitchen (or not have any of the other issues weve had, like no AC for two weeks in June when we moved in) find somewhere else to rent.

I cant say i had a great experience but it wasnt absolutely horrible either. i think you just gotta go there on a Friday cause i feel like earlier in the week everyone there is grumpy.

Friendly Staff, will work with you on finding an affordable home. They are prompt with any maintenance issues, excellent follow ups, I enjoy doing business with them.

If i could give them no stars I would. My previous comment was deleted. They are horrible people. I lived in a house that had MOLD growing in my daughters room. On the carpet and the walls. I asked many times in order for someone to come out and fix it. no one ever did. i called the board of health and they told me it was unsafe for my daughter and I to live there. When I moved someone busted the windows out of the house. I was informed by a resident next door. The house used to be a drug house. awesome right? I am being sued for moving from a horrible house. do NOT rent from them

This is the worse place to get a house if i had the option to not give them a star I wouldnt they Dnt have a key to my home I have asked them to fix m tub more than once and in the last 3 months the tub keeps breaking I had a stove that only had 2 working eyes and after they came to fix it I only had one working it took them a whole year to replace the stove all around I give this companys negative 8 stars for the and also Ive never been late on my rent so there is no excuse after my lease is up Ill never come back to this place ever again smh.... U have been warned

They have a person working for them scamming ppl out of there money renting units that are not ready and keeping the money leaving my wife myself and our 3 kids in a crazy broke predicament do not rent from a guy name DJ and his scam buddy rachel or u will be homeless and broke

Dont rent, buy or let Barron manage your properties!I tried purchasing an apartment that is owned and operated by Barron Property Services and I have never been lied to so badly in a real estate deal before. 13 of 14 units were suppose to occupied and all look similar to the 2 nice units that were presented. 6 units were abandoned and there was horrible mold that got my pregnant real estate agent sick, hanging loose asbestos so obviously bad that my inspectors were concerned whether or not they should be in there, dripping water next to uncovered open solenoid valves, exhaust fans in the shower wall itself AND they werent even on GFCI breakers, the entire top 2 floors dont have heat and all the tenants are running electric heaters on insufficient amps. Im upset that he flat out mis-led me and caused me to spend $2,000 in inspections that could have been avoided if he was upfront. Besides a bad business man, I couldnt believe he would let his units... the ones he owns... have unsafe conditions. There is even duct tape on the holes in one of the showers that has so much dry rot that the tiles are caving in. Stay away from this guy and DONT rent from him or buy anything from him. Dont let him manage your property!

They dont do much beyond what they have to do, i have a bed bug problem and i believe they are skipping my apartment when the exterminator comes through
